I recently visited the popular restaurant Cyodo, which has moved to Hatagaya. While the Clock Madame is a popular choice, I was there for the Gorgonzola cheesecake. When I arrived around 15:05, there was only one seat left in the crowded restaurant. The interior is mainly counter seating and quite small, but the staff and other customers are friendly and close, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Many solo customers were enjoying daytime drinks. I ordered the Gorgonzola cheesecake for ¥900 and a café latte for ¥600. The cheesecake had a noticeable Gorgonzola flavor blended into the batter, providing a unique and delicious taste. It wasn't overly sweet, and the honey drizzled on top added a nice touch. While the restaurant seemed to focus on wine, the strong café latte paired perfectly with the cheesecake. Overall, it wasn't a casual spot for students to drop by, but rather a place for adults to enjoy good conversation with the staff and other customers.

I finally got to visit Cyodo, which I had been curious about for a while. It was about a 5-minute walk from Hatagaya Station. I stopped by around 19:00 on a Saturday and was lucky enough to get a table! By the time we left around 20:00, there were already customers waiting. We ordered the Gâteau au Chocolat and Pudding. The cheesecake we wanted was sold out, so we went with the Gâteau au Chocolat, which was also very satisfying in terms of portion size. It was a nice, slightly gooey chocolate cake, which I enjoyed. I would like to come back for a rematch during the day. They also have Croque-Monsieur, which I'm curious about too.

At Cyodo, I always go for their usual pudding. When I suddenly crave something sweet late at night, I rush over here like a sanctuary. It's great that I can relax without alcohol even late at night. The space is tailored to each individual (which I think is rare) and there is so much to learn. The pudding itself has a rich bittersweet caramel sauce that I really enjoy. Its richness also adds to my happiness. Thank you for the meal.

I used it at a cafe. The classic pudding is rich and gooey, with a delicious caramel bitterness. Classic Pudding Fennel & Green Rooibos

I had been checking out this shop for a while, and it seems like they recently moved based on what I saw on social media, so I decided to go there. The shop is small and cute, with a lot of attention to detail. They open at 2pm and serve light meals as well as dishes that go well with drinks. They have pasta, sweets, and I ordered the Croque Madame with herbal tea. The herbal tea I had was Yuzu & Lemon Myrtle from the brand My Cup of Tea. Looking around, every menu item looked delicious with great taste. I think it would be best to order some wine and a few dishes, but having sweets and drinks is also a good option. The shop has limited seating, and it seems like you can't wait outside, so if you go, it's best to go right when they open. It's lucky if you can get in right away. I would like to visit again for tea next time.
