Visited the newly opened "Sakanasama Hamamatsucho Store" of "Sakanasama," a restaurant I often frequent in Otemachi! It's really great to have such a delicious restaurant opening in the Hamamatsucho area! Although there is no smoking area inside the restaurant, there is a smoking room in the building nearby...haha. Anyway, I enjoyed delicious drinks and food. Thank you for the meal! I will definitely come back again!

I was wandering around Port City Takeshiba and came across this restaurant. I tried the assorted sashimi, fresh oysters, and various other dishes, and they were all delicious. The assorted sashimi platter was 2,948 yen and all the fish were fresh and not fishy at all, very tasty. The fresh oyster was 429 yen each, not too big and easy to eat, very delicious. The salt-grilled saury was 968 yen, although I think it was not from this year, it still tasted good. I wish they had more variety of sake. The service by the foreign staff was also good.

It was a delicious izakaya with tasty fish. The appetizer was chilled chawanmushi. It's always nice when the appetizer is well-prepared. The sashimi and fresh oysters were delicious. The presentation was beautiful, with real plants as decoration. The saury was surprisingly small but tasty. Thank you for the meal.

I came here because I wanted to eat fish after a long time. The daily special set meal. It comes with fried fish, simmered fish, and sashimi! Only 1150 yen! Cheap! The tartar sauce on the fried fish is based on shiba-zuke, and it's so delicious. I think I can replicate this at home! It was a great set meal with deep-fried chicken as well.

This is a lunch review. Weekly lunch special for 1100 yen. On this day, they had minced cutlet and simmered fish. There were a decent amount of dishes, and you will leave feeling full. Fried food tastes best when freshly fried. Before ordering, one of my companions asked the staff about the weekly special, and the staff replied, "It's written at the entrance," in a somewhat awkward manner. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the restaurant around 2 pm on Saturday. There were only a few customers inside. I ordered today's grilled fish set with all-you-can-drink drinks for lunch. Sashimi and small grilled mackerel were served on a plate. The mackerel was thin and lacked texture. The sashimi was delicious. I had an iced coffee as well. Thank you for the meal.

We visited as a delightful trio on our way back from the JALUX sale. Feeling a bit hungry, I ordered shochu with soda, and the beautiful container made it taste even better. We shared some fried oysters and chicken karaage as snacks, and the pink tartar sauce was a unique touch!

Fried oyster set meal (¥1,100) near Takeshiba. The set came with 2 pieces of fried oysters, cold tofu, pickles, and miso soup with a seafood broth. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and overall, I was satisfied. However, I couldn't figure out the taste of the pink-colored tartar sauce. It wasn't mentaiko.

I used it for lunch. I ordered the daily special set meal. It is quite reasonable in the vicinity of Takeshiba, with a good volume. The pink sauce didn't really whet my appetite (lol). The sofa table in the back is comfortable to sit at.

I entered the restaurant around 11 o'clock on a regular day. It was empty as it was just before lunchtime. I ordered the "Sinful Bowl" for 980 yen, which was limited to 5 servings. It came with tuna, sea urchin, and salmon roe. Although it was a limited item, the ingredients were not particularly high-end. The salmon roe seemed to be masu salmon.

To start off the "Tokyo Intense Battle Edition," we have the SoftBank New Headquarters Building in Tokyo Port City Takeshiba. On the second floor, you can find "Umi Machi Sakaba Sakanasama Hamamatsucho Store" (Tokyo, Hamamatsucho). I ordered the limited edition Sinful Bowl for 980 yen, which includes tuna, sea urchin, and salmon roe.

I visited for lunch on a regular day. I entered the restaurant at 11:50 am, and there were about 10 people sitting at the long counter and about 5 people at the L-shaped counter. The seating arrangement was comfortable for individuals. Besides the counter, there seemed to be table seats as well. I was told to choose any seat at the counter. Before entering, I looked at the menu outside and ordered the Grilled Fish Set Meal (with sashimi) for 1100 yen. The breakdown was that today's grilled fish set meal was grilled tuna collar for 1000 yen, with an additional 100 yen for sashimi. The dish was served in about 5 minutes, and they mentioned that rice and miso soup were refillable. The tuna collar was a bit smaller than I had imagined, which made it a bit dry with less fat. Although I was interested in the 100 yen sashimi, I didn't have high expectations. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find very small pieces of tuna and yellowtail in the small side dish. It seemed like they were served apologetically. Thank you for the meal.

I used it when I stayed nearby. I wasn't hungry, so I ordered a light meal, a tomato salad, pickles, and various drinks. The restroom is located outside, but it was clean as it is inside a commercial facility.

This is the most spacious and user-friendly izakaya in Port City, in my opinion. The taste is decent and the menu is easy to enjoy without being too polarizing. The tamagoyaki and chawanmushi were delicate and delicious. There was also a surprising dashi-flavored element in the potato fries, which was quite good too.

Today's lunch adventure took me to the 1,166th restaurant in the Hamamatsucho/Shiba Koen area - specifically, a place in Tokyo Port City Takeshiba called Takeshiba Gourmetium. Originally planning to visit another spot in the Gourmetium, I ended up choosing this one as it was less crowded. It seemed like there was an event happening on the 3rd floor today. I ordered the Tuna Poseidon Bowl for 1,200 yen. Cubed tuna sits atop the rice, and when mixed with wasabi-infused soy sauce, it was a delightful experience. Simple yet delicious. Finished off with some kimchi and rice. I'm intrigued to try the limited "Sinful Bowl" next time.

Grilled fish set meal with sashimi (free rice and miso soup refills) - all of this for only 1,100 yen! Such a great deal! I had two extra servings of rice and one extra serving of miso soup! And with a 20% PayPay cashback, it was even cheaper! The price was a steal!

I used a regional coupon and dropped by the restaurant. I was drawn to the oyster hot pot, which was a perfect size for one person. I also enjoyed the yellowtail and a rare island shochu. The counter provided a stylish space where even a woman dining alone could have a good time. The staff were also very friendly. Thank you for the delicious meal! :)

On November 2nd, I visited a seafood restaurant for the first time, even though I don't eat fish. I had the "Seafood" Curry (950 yen) which was surprisingly delicious. The curry had a light texture with the umami of vegetables and seafood cooked in spices. It's a unique flavor that only a seafood restaurant can offer. The balance of spices was perfect, and there was no heavy feeling in the stomach after eating. I believe this curry is very good for the body. There was a self-service drink corner with a VIP sign, but it was unclear how to use the drink service without a point card at checkout, which was a bit confusing.

Waiting for the 11:00 PM ferry, we decided to have a mysterious drinking session at Takeshiba. The waterfront, lined with beautiful buildings, turned out to be surprisingly crowded. People live in various places in different ways. A Korean who loves Japan is visiting for the first time in 3 years, so we had a sashimi festival. Tuna sashimi and ochazuke, accompanied by shochu and highballs, made the night go by. I'm currently developing a game, and I plan to add Korean, English, and Chinese before deciding on Japanese. It's strange that someone like me, who loves Japan so much, is doing this... After going through COVID-19, the world has changed in many ways. But the bonds between people remain unchanged. From Takashiba, it's just a short walk to this place. There are very few open shops around here. We managed to find this place just in time. It's a nice izakaya with glass windows where you can see outside. On Friday night, there were many people in suits who had just finished work. As the name suggests, they serve delicious sashimi and fish dishes, so we ordered a variety of dishes. The cost performance is average, maybe it's good for a second stop? Yesterday, I went out to Hamamatsucho area to meet up with a friend who is temporarily back from the US. We had a gathering with a few friends, and it didn't feel like it had been a long time since we last saw each other, thanks to our regular online drinking sessions over the past two years. The restaurant we went to was called "Sakanasama," a Japanese izakaya specializing in fish dishes. Our organizer friend had reserved a course with all-you-can-drink for 5,500 yen per person. Originally planned for about 11 people, only 5 of us ended up attending due to various reasons. We didn't wait for a friend who was running late because of a delay on the Keihin-Tohoku Line, and started toasting with just the four of us. The last member joined us just as we finished the toast. True to its concept of "playing with fish," all the dishes featured fish in some way, including fish on top of chawanmushi and a tasty dish of fried fish with sauce. The drinks for the all-you-can-drink course were ordered individually via a QR code on the table using our smartphones. I tried some unique drinks like kabosu highball and strawberry highball, but the kabosu flavor was a bit lacking according to our friend from Oita. The strawberry highball had a strong strawberry aroma, a whiskey scent when you start drinking, and a strawberry syrup taste at the bottom. It was interesting to try out different drinks during the all-you-can-drink session. For the finale, we had cold miso soup over rice, which was a refreshing summer dish with fish in it.
