I bought the "Venison Croquette" which was limited to 20 pieces a day and cost 140 yen each. Even though it was past 6 pm on a Saturday, there were still 3 left. The venison had a slight gamey flavor and a slightly dry texture, but it had a light and healthy umami taste. It seemed like they seasoned it well, possibly to mask the gamey flavor. The color of the croquette was quite dark, which may have been due to the cooking method or simply because venison and croquettes don't really go well together. I could tell that the quality of the ingredients was good.
