On Friday, amidst Typhoon 13 approaching... a major business deal came together and was successfully closed! For lunch, I went to "Kogane-ya" and relaxed while having a break. I searched around this area and found "AFTE ALL COFFEE"! It's a beautiful and stylish cafe ☕✧ with amazing hospitality from the staff (they even warmed up my donut). I enjoyed a delicious combo of SOY hot latte. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

Cafes that are open at night are really convenient! And the Basque cheesecake I ordered was just my style! I was wondering if I should get dessert after eating, but I ended up going in and ordering the Basque cheesecake, which was so delicious! It was not too sweet and the combination of cheese and salt was outstanding! It's a cheesecake that goes well with alcohol! I shared it with a friend, but I could have easily eaten the whole thing myself, haha. I feel like I'll be going back again soon, haha.

Quiet cafe in Shinjuku, a hidden gem. The interior is small and even on a Monday night, it was full. The signature baked cheesecake was incredibly rich, with a slightly bitter baked part that was outstanding. The homemade lemonade soda was refreshing and easy to drink, with a hint of honey.

The atmosphere of the shop is cozy and welcoming for solo customers. The Basque cheesecake is truly delicious, soft, rich, and not too sweet. There are salt and pepper for flavor variation, which is great for those who don't like overly sweet desserts. The sweet and salty taste is enjoyable. I definitely want to come back to this cafe. ☕️

A stylish cafe that opened in July 2022. The cafe is open late, making it convenient for customers. The Basque cheesecake is especially delicious, with a creamy texture that is a must-try, along with other tasty baked goods. The cafe also takes pride in its coffee, serving freshly brewed coffee made from carefully selected ingredients and methods. A cafe that would appeal to those who love sweets and coffee.
[Atmosphere]
The cafe is located in a clean and stylish space that used to be a dance studio. It has a small seating area with 3 counter seats and 3 tables for 2. While the turnover rate may not be high, customers can enjoy a leisurely time in this cozy cafe.
[Food]
- Sugar Donut:
The donut is lightly warmed upon serving. It has a simple and nostalgic taste, with a fluffy and light texture and a simple sweetness that is universally appealing.
- Basque Cheesecake:
The cheesecake is baked to perfection, with a crispy outer layer and a creamy, almost liquid-like center. It has a rich cheese flavor with a hint of sweetness and a creamy texture that is truly impressive. The cheesecake can be enjoyed with unsweetened whipped cream, salt, and black pepper for a sophisticated flavor profile that is perfect for those who prefer less sweet desserts.
[Drinks]
The cafe uses original blends roasted by Magnet Coffee, a self-roasting coffee shop in Shibuya, as well as beans roasted by OKAYAMA ROASTERY from Cafe Kitsun, a famous cafe in Omotesando. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the high-quality coffee options available. The cafe also offers a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, making it suitable for those who enjoy pairing their drinks with sweets.
[Service]
The staff members are friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the visit. The cafe also offers a variety of limited-time menu items, such as milk tea Basque cheesecake, which adds to the overall appeal of the cafe. With its beautiful interior, delicious sweets, quality coffee, and alcoholic beverages, this cafe has become a go-to spot for regular visits.

"After all coffee shop"
• Basque cheesecake 580 yen
• Cafe latte 580 yen
True to my declaration, I revisited the shop without any delay. Since my first visit, I have become completely captivated by After All Coffee! Last time, I tried the carrot cake, so this time I couldn't wait to try the Basque cheesecake that caught my attention just as much as the carrot cake did. The carrot cake was incredibly delicious, so I had high expectations. The shop is conveniently located near Shinjuku Nishiguchi Station. The staff welcomed me warmly and kindly as usual. The moment I finally met the Basque cheesecake I had been eagerly anticipating was pure joy. This is it! This visual presentation is exactly what I wanted. The appearance of the cheesecake, with its plump and creamy look, is already a cheat code for deliciousness. Even before taking a bite, I knew it would be absolutely delicious. The smooth and creamy cheesecake has a rich and velvety texture, contrary to its appearance. The center is incredibly smooth, while the surface and edges have a firm baked crust. The meltingly smooth texture and the gentle sweetness of the cream and cheese are truly exquisite! It's incredibly delicious! I highly recommend it to Basque cheesecake enthusiasts! The slight caramelization adds a nice touch of fragrance. I also appreciated the unsweetened whipped cream, salt, and black pepper provided for flavor variations. It pairs well with strong black coffee, mild cafe latte, or even alcohol! It's so delicious that I'll have a hard time deciding between the carrot cake and the Basque cheesecake on my next visit. There may be a line at certain times, so I recommend visiting early or on weekdays! I can't wait to visit again soon. Thank you for the meal."

Basque cheesecake (milk tea), sugar donuts, royal milk tea - I'm currently obsessed with Basque-style desserts! The gluten-free option was delicious, with a creamy texture. You can enjoy it with salt or jam, which keeps the flavor interesting until the last bite. This time, I tried the limited-time milk tea flavor, which was amazing! Paired with a milk tea drink, it created a delightful tea aroma in my mouth. Perfect for tea lovers! The sugar donuts were moist as is, but when warmed up, they became fluffy. I appreciated the option to have them either way. The staff was friendly and accommodating, cutting the donuts for sharing. The shop has a spacious feel with full-length mirrors, and even late on weekdays, it was packed with female customers looking for a sweet treat after dinner. It's a welcoming spot for solo diners and ideal for a late-night cafe visit. If you're craving something sweet or a place to chat, this is the place to go! Highly recommended for women looking for a cozy dessert spot.

The restaurant was not too spacious, which made it feel cozy, and it wasn't crowded around 18:30, so we were able to get a table quickly. The staff were polite and provided good service. I thought that if the distance between tables was a bit wider, it would be even more relaxing and easier to have a meal or conversation.

A cafe where you can enjoy sweets and drinks until late at night located about a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. When I visited around 9:00 PM, the place was almost full. You receive the menu at the entrance, then you go back to place your order and pay. I ordered the milk tea basque cheesecake and lemonade (1180 yen). You can choose between ice or hot lemonade, and with or without carbonation. I chose ice with carbonation. The dishes were stylish, and the cheesecake looked delicious with a gooey center. It came with pear jam, spices, and salt for flavor variation. The cheesecake is made by infusing Assam tea leaves into the cake. When I tried it, I could slightly taste the black tea and cheese flavors. It was a unique taste that I had never experienced before. It was delicious when eaten with the jam. The lemonade was refreshing and sweet. The cafe was lively with many foreign customers, and the female staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

Before I knew it, there were many foreigners speaking mostly in English, some even had large suitcases. Despite its small size, this shop seems to have firmly established itself. Upon entering the shop, you place your order first. The two women running the shop create a pleasant atmosphere. This is a recommended place to relax when you want to unwind.

• Carrot Cake 480 yen • Cafe Latte 580 yen. Carrot cake activity around Shinjuku Station. I've been curious about this place for a while. After All Coffee! The Basque cheesecake seems to be famous, but I just had to have the carrot cake ♡ I was torn between the Basque cheesecake and the carrot cake, but ultimately went with the carrot cake. And I paired it with a warm cafe latte. I was happy to be able to choose the espresso beans and shots. The stylish interior with a wood theme. I selected my order and paid at the counter. First of all, the warmth of the staff made my heart melt. Even before eating anything, I knew I would definitely come back!! This is now my favorite place, and I will definitely stop by whenever I'm in Shinjuku! And then, the long-awaited carrot cake ♡ Just the right size, not too big or too small. A triangular carrot cake topped with smooth cream cheese frosting. The visual was too cute to resist ♡ The texture was relatively moist with a hint of fluffiness. It wasn't dense, but rather had a gentle, fluffy texture. It reminded me of steamed bread, with a moist and fluffy texture. When you take a bite, you can taste a hint of cinnamon, the gentle sweetness of carrots and brown sugar. The soft and smooth frosting had just the right amount of sweetness and a light texture. It perfectly complemented the spiciness of the carrot cake. The gentle fluffiness of the cake and the flavor gently enveloped you. Although the carrot pieces were finely chopped and not overpowering, they added a subtle presence. The large pieces of walnuts added a fun texture as well. I'm so happy to have found another wonderful carrot cake. Looking for a delicious carrot cake led me to discover this lovely cafe, which is one of the joys of carrot cake activities. Next time, I'll be seeking out the Basque cheesecake. I'll be back again soon!! Thank you for the delicious meal.

I visited the cafe in Nishi-Shinjuku that my Instagram friend highly recommended for their Basque cheesecake, After All Coffee. I ordered the Basque cheesecake (580 yen) and an iced latte (580 yen). The cafe was spacious with a friendly atmosphere, and the staff were very welcoming. The Basque cheesecake was as delicious as they said, with a creamy texture that melted in my mouth. The iced latte was also great, and I enjoyed the option to choose the type of beans for my coffee. Overall, it was a delightful experience and I look forward to trying more of their Basque cheesecakes in the future.

Hidden gem cafe After All Coffee in a narrow alley near Shinjuku Nishiguchi✨ The cozy space has a counter seat and a few tables for two. Originally a dance studio, the walls are all glass. This time, I tried the limited edition Milk Tea Basque Cheesecake. It's a Basque cheesecake with plenty of Assam tea boiled and mixed into it, giving it a rich tea flavor! It comes with red tea salt and apple jam on the side, which is very stylish✨️ The creamy Basque cheesecake with a strong tea flavor was amazing

I saw this Basque cheesecake on social media and it looked delicious, so I came here! The interior has a counter with 2 seats and 3 tables for 2 people, not very spacious. When I arrived, the place was full so I had to wait a bit before being seated. I ordered the Basque cheesecake and a cafe latte. They asked about my preference for the latte, and it was made strong, just how I like it. Then the Basque cheesecake arrived! It was served tilted to the side, which was unusual. But I soon understood why. In the middle, it was so soft and creamy, almost like a liquid cheese cream. It had a rich cheese flavor with little acidity, and it was incredibly delicious when eaten with whipped cream. I tried adding the pepper and salt provided, and it was a perfect match, really tasty! This Basque cheesecake is of a very high level, one of the best I've had. They also recommend the lemonade, so I plan to visit again.

I visited the shop around 3 pm on a holiday in March. I waited in line for about 30 minutes before getting in. I tried the Valentine's limited chocolate cheesecake and the regular plain cheesecake. Both were delicious with a creamy texture. It was interesting to have salt and pepper on the side to add to the cheesecake, and it surprisingly complemented the flavor well. The staff were very friendly, and it's a lovely shop. I would love to visit again when I crave delicious cheesecake.

I ordered a café lemonade (soda) and cheesecake from a very friendly café owner. The lemonade could be served cold, hot, or as soda, and even though the carbonation was weak, the lemonade was easy to drink without any bitterness. The cheesecake had a smooth texture and came with unsweetened whipped cream, salt, and pepper. I didn't know that cheesecake and salt could go so well together. The café was quiet and cozy.

It is a small shop with a wall covered in mirrors, giving it a stylish look without feeling cramped. I ordered a Soy Latte (Hot) for 620 yen. You can choose from two types of coffee beans, and I chose the original blend. They grind the coffee beans right before making the coffee, giving off a unique and fragrant aroma. The coffee had a rich flavor with a hint of sweetness. It was topped with fluffy steamed cream. The drinks are a bit on the expensive side, but since there are not many stylish cafes in the area, it is popular among young women looking for a trendy cafe. The service was friendly and polite. There is a bench near the entrance that seems to be for waiting, but it is actually used as seating. That seat might not be the best spot. If I have the chance to go again, I would like to try the cheesecake with salt and pepper. Thank you!

Located in Nishi-Shinjuku, there is a cafe called Shinjuku Cafe which is open late into the night, making it very convenient. I went on a Sunday and there was a long line, probably because it's been popular on Instagram lately. The exterior of the cafe is very simple with the name engraved on the concrete. Inside, the decor is wood-based with glass walls. I thought it would be on the 2nd or 3rd floor of a building since it's a cafe that's open at night, but it was actually on the 1st floor. You order at the entrance counter, and there are a few seats and tables inside. The staff were friendly and explained the sweets and drinks when I was ordering. I ordered a cafe latte and a Basque cheesecake. The cafe latte had the option of single or double shot for the same price, which was nice. There were two types of coffee beans available, a deep roast blend and a lighter type. The Basque cheesecake, a popular menu item, was smooth and creamy with a rich cheese flavor but still light. It was served with salt and pepper, which was interesting, along with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. You can choose the beans and shot number for the cafe latte, which is fun, and the sweets are high quality. The staff's warm personality and the cozy atmosphere make this cafe highly recommended!

The interior of the store is almost completely covered in mirrors, which is rare. It looks stylish, but kind of unsettling. Even when sitting by the wall, you can see the screen of your phone. (self-conscious) However, the spaciousness of the seating area gives an open and airy feeling. The friendliness of the staff is also noteworthy. They greet you with a smile and provide simple and easy-to-understand explanations of the coffee beans, creating a comforting customer service experience. It can take some courage to enter a non-chain store like this for some people. The welcoming attitude of the staff can greatly affect the peacefulness of the time spent in the store. (despite the mirror walls...!) I came to this store determined to try the donut with red bean paste on top that I saw on Instagram, but it wasn't on the menu... I couldn't find it... The donuts in the display case didn't seem to have red bean paste. Hmm, what should I do? Is today just not the day...? With great courage, I mustered up the courage to ask, "Um... I saw it on Instagram, the donut with red bean paste on top..." and they swiftly swiped on their tablet and said, "Is this it?" The photo I saw on Instagram. The donut with red bean paste that I longed for! Yes, that's it. I'm glad I mustered the courage to ask... The donut itself is fairly ordinary, but the red bean paste is delicious. It has unsweetened whipped cream on top, and sprinkled with sesame salt! What a surprise, such a creative idea. It's sweet but occasionally salty. And since the cream isn't sweet, you can adjust the saltiness, sweetness, and creaminess as you eat it. Wow, what a well-thought-out menu > < It's delicious! I wanted to try other menu items, but I had other plans and I'm not a fan of mirrors (laughs), so I left early. I would love to come back if they have more red bean paste menu items in the future.
