A craft beer bar where you are greeted by a calm and friendly master with a lovely smile. They always have about 5 types of beer available and will kindly explain the unique characteristics of each one. They always manage to surprise you with delicious tastes that you wouldn't normally try or drink. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service make you want to keep coming back. Perfect for a quick drink, prices range from 2,000 to 3,000 yen per person.

It's really fun to have a variety of different beers to choose from. The prices may seem a little high from the perspective of a regular izakaya, but for a craft beer bar, they are pretty standard. This is just how it is!

I visited around 6 pm on a regular day. I sat at the counter and more customers kept coming in. By around 7 pm, the place was almost full. It's quite popular, isn't it? I had a pint of Y MARKET Lupulinnector from Nagoya, and half-pours of Hokkaido Oni Densetsu Sweet Strawberry, also Shiki Kijin IPA, and Nara Brewing Monkey Twins. The total came to 3,950 yen. I had to leave early that night as I had another appointment at 7 pm, so I didn't have any food. The food menu looks interesting too. This place used to be Sakusaku before, but it moved to Sakusaku. Personally, I'm glad to see a great izakaya still nearby and a new authentic beer bar opening nearby.

Chofu Meal Series #302. I found out recently that Koizumi-san had opened a new restaurant online, so I decided to stop by after shopping in Chofu. The restaurant is located along Tsurugawa-dori, where a small Japanese restaurant used to be. It's a bit of a distance from Chofu, Nishi-Chofu, and Keio Tamagawa stations, and you can't see inside from the outside as there is a signboard. Inside, it has a simple feel with a few FC Tokyo dolls placed around. There are counter seats and table seats. I visited at 6:30 pm, and I was the only customer. The male master was running the place alone, and he was a friendly local guy who struck up a conversation with me. I ordered two craft beers (from Shiga and Shizuoka). Since I had already eaten dinner earlier, I only had the beer. There were about six types of craft beer, and the master helped me choose one. I'm not very knowledgeable about beer, but the fruity beer I had was delicious. As I didn't have any food this time, I'd like to try their food next time. They also have other drinks besides beer, so feel free to ask if you want something else to drink.

We visited the restaurant with our family at a slightly late hour. We enjoyed fruity beer, beer with a taste similar to Weizen, and beer with a refreshing flavor. The craft beer selected by the master was especially delicious. The dishes, such as prosciutto, salami, cheese, and tripe, were all delicious and paired well with the beer. We were surprised by the portion of the prosciutto. It feels like we have found a secret hidden gem that we don't want to tell anyone about.

Perfect for a quick drink! Beer is great for filling in those gaps of time.
