I visited "La Soracido" on the 31st floor of Solamachi. It was a clear day and I could even see Mount Fuji from the window. This restaurant is popular even on weekdays, so reservations are a must. It seemed difficult to get in without a reservation. The seat I was guided to had a great view of the Skytree right in front of me, which was very impressive. The course meal was delicious and satisfying. They used plenty of vegetables from Yamagata, and the vegetables were very tasty. From the appetizers to dishes made with Yamagata tomatoes and rice, it felt like they were giving their all from the start. The B course came with a salad bar, and I could enjoy a variety of delicious vegetables. The pasta also had plenty of Yamagata mushrooms, giving it a rich aroma. For the main course, I chose Yamagata beef loin. Despite being loin meat, it had a lot of lean meat and was very elegant in taste. Before dessert, I received a surprise anniversary plate from the restaurant, which was very nice. For dessert, I chose a sweet with salted cherry blossoms, perfect for spring, and I was very satisfied. My stomach and heart were filled, and I left the restaurant. The service from the staff was also good. There were more hall staff than at other restaurants, and it felt like the staff's eyes were always on us. The view from the 31st floor of Solamachi was beautiful, and I thought it was a fresh way to celebrate a special day. Considering the cost performance, the satisfying taste, and the attentive service... I would rate it 4 stars or above.

When I visited Tokyo for business, I had lunch here. I arrived around 1:20 PM on a weekday. I made a reservation through "Tabelog" three days prior. The restaurant is located on the top floor (31st floor) of "Tokyo Solamachi." You can take the dedicated elevator to the 30th and 31st floors and find the restaurant at the end of the hallway. The exterior looks luxurious and elegant. There was a monitor displaying the restaurant's name and information at the entrance. There was a hanging banner at the entrance, which made it a bit difficult to enter. However, the interior of the restaurant was bright and airy, with a nice blend of sophistication and casualness, making it very comfortable. The large windows provided a stunning view of Tokyo, with the Tokyo Skytree, Sumida River, and Shinjuku skyscrapers visible. The restaurant had various seating options, including table seating, sofa seating, and counter seats facing the windows. We were seated at a table on the west side, offering a close-up view of the Tokyo Skytree, Sumida River, and Shinjuku skyscrapers in the distance. We could even see the Tobu Isezaki Line train passing below, which was quite exciting. The service varied among the staff members, with some being friendly and others a bit indifferent. When we visited, there were about 4-5 other groups of customers, mainly middle-aged women in groups of 2-3 and young couples. During lunchtime, there were two course menu options available. We chose the "A Lunch 2023 Summer 3,300 yen" in advance. The "A Lunch 2023 Summer" included a simple salad made with fresh vegetables from local farms, bread, cold appetizer (Choshi, Chiba-produced bonito confit and Yamagata dashi - Al Cacciatore style), soup (minestrone cooked without water using over 15 types of fresh vegetables), pasta (cabbage and bonito karasumi Aglio e Olio or bacon from Shonai, Yamagata Prefecture and summer vegetables in garden-style tomato sauce or colorful tomato basil cream sauce; we chose the tomato sauce), dessert (panna cotta and melon), and a drink (Ryukyu black tea or coffee; we chose iced coffee). The dishes were served in a timely manner and had a moderate portion size. The presentation was stylish and modern, with a focus on simple cooking that highlighted the freshness of the ingredients. The bonito confit with summer vegetables and the intense bacon and tomato sauce were particularly memorable. Overall, the lunch with a breathtaking view was very enjoyable. I would love to try their dinner while enjoying the night view if I have the chance.

The Skytree view was amazing! It felt even closer than I thought, and the sight of the Skytree right in front of me was truly overwhelming! The dishes had a lot of vegetables, so I think customers who like vegetables would be happy. We enjoyed the anniversary course. I love meat, so I particularly liked the plate with fish and steak in the course. I went with a baby and I feel a little sorry for causing a bit of a disturbance in the restaurant.

I received a catalog gift as a return gift for a funeral, so I made a reservation for lunch at this restaurant. I'm not sure about the price, but the view from this restaurant is amazing. The food is delicious too. The "Yamanashi Prefecture-produced, refreshing and healthy salt koji marinated chicken with codonopsis, and egg yolk vinegar sauce" is so juicy that you wouldn't think it's chicken. I'm not a big fan of chicken because it's usually dry, but this one is delicious. The no-added-water minestrone has an amazing depth of flavor. It's great to be able to enjoy delicious food while drinking wine during the day. My wife and I had a very relaxing time. Thank you for the meal.

Great location in front of the Skytree, making the most of the ingredients. I went with my mother and the bill was around 12,000 yen for Course B. A great spot for a date at night. However, the service was a bit disappointing. It felt a bit lacking. It would be better if they improved their customer service. It felt like they weren't very attentive.

A restaurant where you can eat while looking at the Skytree. Premium lunch for 7,700 yen. The dishes were tastier than I had imagined, and it was clear that they incorporated seasonal ingredients. The Zao beef fillet was particularly tender. The service was a bit awkward at times. I felt skeptical when the chef came out to serve only certain customers multiple times. The view overlooking the scenery is quite nice in terms of atmosphere.

We visited this restaurant for my wife's birthday dinner. We had a table by the window with a great view of the Skytree, which was amazing. The course dishes were all made with high-quality ingredients, such as vegetables, salt, and meat, and each dish brought out the natural flavors of the ingredients. The strawberry risotto was a unique but surprisingly delicious combination. The minestrone soup made with over 20 types of vegetables was absolutely fantastic! The steak was also very tender and satisfying. We chose from about four different types of wine available by the glass. The staff even prepared a dessert plate, a bouquet, and a gift for us, making the experience truly special. We would love to visit this restaurant again in the future.

The vegetables were delicious! The view was amazing and my vegetarian mother who came on the trip was very satisfied, which made me happy too. The meat dishes were also wonderful! A friend had made a reservation for a date with someone special, but got canceled the day before, so I was called in as a substitute. To my surprise, we ended up at Alkechano in Tsuruoka, Yamagata, a place I had always wanted to visit! The location was amazing, and the food was delicious, made with good quality ingredients. However, I felt that the creativity in terms of unique ingredient combinations and flavors that I was expecting was lacking. The staff seemed a bit inexperienced, so if they improved their service to match the high-end status of the restaurant, it could become even more wonderful considering the location. I hope they make that extra effort to enhance the overall dining experience at this restaurant.

Opened on May 22, 2012, "Soramachi" is a commercial facility located at the base of Tokyo Skytree Town. Situated on the 31st floor, it boasts a superb location where you can enjoy the looming Skytree in front of you and the panoramic view of Tokyo below. The cuisine is overseen by Chef Masayuki Okuda, the owner of the popular naturalist Italian restaurant "Al Cechiano" in Yamagata Prefecture. Having previously focused on ingredients from Shonai, Yamagata Prefecture, Chef Okuda has now created a menu using a variety of ingredients from all over Japan. In 2000, Chef Okuda opened the Italian restaurant "Al Cechiano" in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture. In 2004, he was appointed as the Goodwill Ambassador for "Shoku no Miyako Shonai" in Yamagata Prefecture. He was also selected as one of the 1000 chefs worldwide (11 from Japan) for the "Terra Madre 2006" event organized by the Slow Food Association in Italy. The restaurant's interior features high ceilings and large windows all around, creating a sense of openness. The elegant curved lamps serve as a stylish accent, while the simple interior design highlights the view outside the windows. The best seats are undoubtedly the counter seats facing the windows. With the tip of the Skytree right before your eyes and the Tokyo skyline below, you can also enjoy the beautiful night view at night. For dinner, Chef Okuda creates a course menu using ingredients obtained on that day, showcasing the essence of "Japan" in his dishes. Describing his cuisine as "simple" would be an understatement, as Chef Okuda's cooking is incredibly intricate, with minimal use of seasonings and a strong emphasis on the combination of ingredients and cooking techniques. I took my mother and sister's children to the Skytree for the first time and made a reservation for the A Lunch 2023 Winter set menu (5 dishes). When we arrived at the scheduled time, we noticed that some customers were receiving a lecture? It seemed like they were the ones who made reservations and arrived a little early. Maybe it would have been better to arrive a bit earlier. When our name was called, we were seated right in front of the Skytree, which was breathtaking. We enjoyed a glass of sparkling wine as we admired the view. The meal consisted of a salad, carpaccio, minestrone, and some stylish appetizers. The food was so delicious that we ended up ordering an extra bread (for 100 yen). The warm soup was perfect with the bread. I chose the crab and spring chrysanthemum arrabbiata pasta, while my mother and sister chose the bianco pasta with kujo negi. The portions were larger than expected, and I slightly regretted ordering the extra bread. There was also a 7-course set menu available, but the 5-course menu was more than enough for us. We enjoyed the meal with the stunning view and had a delightful lunch. My mother and sister's children were also happy and it became a memorable experience for them.

I was able to make a last-minute reservation for one seat during the PayPay event over the weekend. The window-side counter is lovely, but the tables further away also have comfortable sofas. Every seat is carefully designed for comfort. The starter vegetables were delicious, and I was surprised by the sweetness of the tomatoes. The minestrone, cooked with only vegetables and salt without water, was flavorful, and the pasta also had a rich vegetable taste. The dessert was sweet with a crunchy texture that was enjoyable. Even the coffee, with a smooth bitterness and no acidity, was delicious. The service was excellent.

We brought our 9-month-old baby to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff were very kind and attentive, offering bread for the baby and suggesting a sofa seat when the baby fell asleep. They even surprised us with a dessert plate with a message for our anniversary. We had a wonderful time and felt very happy. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. We would love to come back again.

The highly anticipated meal was ruined at the Xmas dinner event. The spotlight moved to my table, casting a shadow over the dish I was looking forward to. The staff didn't seem to notice beforehand. The chef had put a lot of effort into the dish, but it was all in vain. I tried to explain to the staff, and they brought a stand, but the lighting was mismatched - daylight color on the dish, warm light around it. I was disappointed that the Xmas dinner I had been looking forward to in 2022 turned out to be a letdown.

I made a reservation for a special lunch and went to the restaurant. It is located in the upper part of the Skytree commercial tenant, and the view is very nice. There are many stylish restaurants in the area, so my expectations were high. Since there were two of us, we were seated at a counter seat with a great view of the Skytree. We ordered a course meal. I was satisfied with the beer and the view, haha. I enjoyed all the dishes, but the fish dish was especially delicious with its rich flavor. I also thought that dinner would be nice. I became curious about the other restaurants on the same floor as well.
