The Chef's Table offers a set course menu with a focus on utilizing mountain vegetables in light Chinese cuisine. The dishes reflect the unique charm of Japanese cooking. While the trend may lean towards authentic Chinese cuisine, the slight Japanese influence in the dishes is also quite appealing. The restaurant is located in a semi-basement, so it tends to get smoky. It is recommended to wear clothes that can withstand the smell of oil.

Former fans of Uzumaki have now moved to a separate venue called Uzumaki Annex, where they have reopened as Uzumaki Annex Chef's Table. This establishment, known for its high quality during the Uzumaki era (with a rating of over 3.8), now only accommodates one group per day, with a maximum of four people. Chef Yanaginuma's dishes, which highlight vegetables, can be enjoyed here. The set course menu is priced at 11,000 yen including tax. Located in the basement of the building that was once the lunch tantanmen noodle shop of the annex, every dish is incredibly delicious. I look forward to experiencing Chef Yanaginuma's creative Chinese cuisine, a world I have never tasted before. I definitely want to visit again.
