I have purchased some items multiple times, some without images, and some where I have forgotten the official name of the bread. Please forgive me for that. [First visit] - Sliced bread (6 slices) - Tamago Coppe - Cream Pan Amande [Second visit] - Curry Pan - Gyukarubi Curry Pan - Black Tea Soy Milk Chiffon Cake [Third visit] - Tuna Tomato (official name forgotten) - Round Plain Half [Fourth visit] - Shrimp Avocado Bagel Sandwich - Lemon Round Half - Tamago French Toast - Chocolate Bread (official name forgotten) Yuki's bread is crispy when toasted, with a faint sweetness that I love. The Tamago Coppe is a must-try for egg lovers, with sliced boiled eggs and egg salad sandwiched inside. Even when split in half, it was satisfying for two people. The Cream Pan Amande is a stylish bread with almond slices and powdered sugar on top of the renowned custard cream. The smooth custard cream is truly delicious and my favorite taste. Yuki has several types of curry pan, which are popular and often sold out by the afternoon. I would love to buy all the varieties at once and compare them, but it's quite challenging. The curry fillings are all homemade, allowing you to enjoy the different flavors. The Gyukarubi Curry Pan is a curry bread wrapped in thinly seasoned beef slices. It is elaborate and delicious, perfect for pairing with alcohol or as a light meal. The Black Tea Soy Milk Chiffon Cake, which I bought in slices, has a nice aroma of Earl Grey tea leaves kneaded into the dough. It was fluffy and moist, perfect for tea time. The Tuna Tomato is a long bread with tuna, tomato, and black olives sandwiched inside. It would go well with wine, thanks to the black olives. The Round Plain bread is soft and delicious even when made into a sandwich or toasted to your liking. The Shrimp Avocado Bagel Sandwich was likely my first purchase. The fluffy bagel is filled with shrimp fritter-like ingredients and avocado salad with a mayonnaise flavor. It's filling and suitable for lunch. The Lemon Round bread was also a first for me. [Second time] Croquette, coppe lemon pie, bean bread, kinako fried bread. [Third time] Long sausage, adzuki bean French toast, beef kalbi curry bread, margherita cream bread. [Fourth time] Egg bread, French bread half, black bean kinako donut, salmon and avocado bagel sandwich. I also received a slice of bread as a service. [Fifth time] Melon bread, nozawana oyaki, black sesame egg toast, croquette coppe, chocolate French bread. I also received a slice of bread as a service. The vegetable, chicken and egg, tonkatsu sandwich has a moist texture and is satisfying with plenty of fillings. The cinnamon twist donut is generously coated with cinnamon sugar. It is slightly oily due to being a yeast-based fried donut, but the cinnamon flavor is subtly enjoyable. The raisin scone comes in bite-sized pieces in a bag, with a bread-like texture that doesn't crumble. It was perfect for coffee time. The croquette coppe is a bread I often repeat from Yuki-san. The croquette has meat inside and is delicious, with a higher ratio of croquette to coppe bread. The lemon pie was a first-time purchase and the refreshing lemon custard cream was delicious. The bean bread has two types of beans, making it visually appealing and allowing the sweetness of the beans to be savored. The kinako fried bread has a generous amount of fragrant kinako powder sprinkled on top. It was a voluminous snack bread. The long sausage is another bread I often repeat. It seems to be popular but is often unavailable. I enjoy cutting it into small pieces and savoring it. The adzuki bean French toast was reheated and not too sweet, which was nice. The beef kalbi curry bread is one of Yuki-san's curry breads with meat inside. The curry filling is fruity, and the meat adds a delicious flavor to the curry bread. The margherita was reheated, allowing the cheese to be gooey. The tomato and basil flavors were delightful. The cream bread has a texture that I like, with a homemade feel to the custard cream inside that is smooth and gently sweet. I also love this bread. The egg bread has a soft French bread-like shape with a modest amount of egg salad inside. This might be better than an egg sandwich when you want something less voluminous. It's nice to have a variety of choices. The French bread half is great for small groups like ours. I enjoyed the straightforward deliciousness, crispy crust, and wheat aroma. The black bean kinako donut is dense, with a delicious black bean kinako cream inside that I really liked. The salmon and avocado bagel sandwich is a combination I like. It's usually paired with cream cheese, but this version was also good. The melon bread has a rough surface like the moon. I like the lattice type too, but I enjoyed this type. The sugar was crunchy, adding a fun texture. The nozawana oyaki had a thin skin with plenty of nozawana inside. It was crunchy and delicious. The black sesame egg toast had not only egg salad but also thick-cut bacon. It seemed suitable for children's snacks or breakfast. The croquette coppe was a repeat purchase once again, as I really like it. The chocolate French bread had a crunchy chocolate ganache cream inside the soft French bread. I received a coconut-filled Chouile Dentelle (official name unknown) from the shop. Thank you. [Third visit] Bolognese Toast, Fish Fry Burger, Cinnamon Danish, Croissant D'amande. The Crispy Pizza Basil is a rectangular thin crust pizza with a crispy crust topped with basil sauce and cheese. It has a strong salty flavor and would make a great snack with wine or alcohol. The Malasada is a deep-fried doughnut with a rich and creamy filling. The Matcha Round Bread Half has a subtle sweetness and tea aroma. The Tabatiere is a delicious table bread that becomes crispy on the outside and fluffy inside when reheated. The Pain au Chocolat is a Danish pastry wrapped in semi-sweet chocolate. The amount of chocolate is modest, but the buttery flavor of the dough is delicious. The Mini Grape Bread is a small mountain-shaped bread that is just the right size. It can be enjoyed as is or toasted. The French Bread was sliced to preference, spread with garlic butter, and toasted. It had a crunchy texture and a fragrant baked crust. The Chouile Dentelle I received is a crispy coconut-flavored baked treat. It has a good texture and a nice coconut flavor. I would like to purchase it again if it is available next time. The Bolognese Toast is a toast made with meat sauce, white sauce, and cheese layered on sandwich bread. The white sauce is creamy and has a gentle flavor, making it a good choice for breakfast. I enjoyed it. The Fish Fry Burger has shredded cabbage and a sauce similar to aurora sauce topping a white fish fillet. The bun texture was also good. The fish was thick and satisfying to eat. The Cinnamon Danish had a cream cheese filling in the middle, which was smooth and mildly flavored, complementing the sweetness of the cinnamon sugar. I forgot to take a photo, but the beef curry bread and cream bread were delicious! The bakery is located up a hill from Inagi Station, which I don't usually visit, but they have tables and chairs with a great view where you can eat. I would like to visit again next time!

In May, I visited Inagi bakery five times for their delicious bread. The first time, I tried their Potato Salad Coppe, Anpanman bread, Garlic Ficelle, Milk France, and An Butter. The Potato Salad Coppe was soft and round, filled with homemade potato salad and carrot rapé. The Anpanman bread had custard cream inside, and it was too cute to resist. The Garlic Ficelle had garlic butter and herbs/spices inside, perfect when warmed up. The Milk France had a soft French bread with milk cream, a gentle sweetness. The An Butter had red bean paste and butter sandwiched between soft French dough, a unique combination of flavors. The second visit, I had a half-sized French bread with Keema curry dog topping, which was very satisfying and spicy. The Raisin bread was moist with sultana raisins, perfect as is or toasted. The Maple Round Half had a beautiful marble pattern with just the right amount of sweetness. The fourth visit, I bought a whole French bread which lasted me a few days, the texture changing over time. The final visit, I tried the mountain-shaped bread, sesame bread, long sausage bread, and peanut France. The sesame bread had plenty of black sesame seeds, the long sausage was unique and not greasy, and the peanut France had a generous amount of chunky peanut cream. [5th visit] Minced cutlet burger, Frank roll, Sweet curry bread, 3 little pig bread. [6th visit] Walnut prune bread, Curry bread, Black bean kinako donut. The black bean kinako donut has a creamy center with a nice Japanese touch. The Chicken Nanban sandwich is a light meal with a well-prepared filling. The Ham and egg toast has delicious ham and egg inside. The Custard French toast has a tasty cream and soft thick bread. The Melon bread has a sugary texture on top and is not too sticky. The Hokkaido wheat loaf is moist on the surface and crispy when toasted, with a slight sweetness. The Round plain bread is soft and moist, with a subtle sweetness. The Campania-like bread is simply delicious. The curry bread is homemade with chunky meat pieces and a medium spice level. The Beef stew bread is flavorful and satisfying. The Cherry red bean bun has a smooth red bean paste and a nice bread texture. The Fried donut is a perfect size with a good level of sweetness. The toast with meat sauce and cheese is a unique and delicious choice. The cutlet and potato salad sandwich is a satisfying combination of flavors. The Tartine is crispy with melty cheese and a great bread texture. The Totoro bread is cute and tasty, with a maple filling. The Twist donut is simple but delicious. During a visit to Inagi, I bought bread at Yuki-san's bakery. I have visited three times in March. [First visit] Salted butter roll, raisin bread, red tea bread, garlic ficelle. [Second visit] Fish coppe, adzuki bean French toast, chocolate almond bread, nozawana oyaki. [Third visit] Croquette coppe, cream bread, red bean bread, cinnamon stick. The salted butter roll is delicious when reheated, with the butter seeping in gently. The raisin bread has a soft texture and a nice wheat aroma, with the raisins not too hard and a soft sweetness. The red tea bread has finely crushed tea leaves kneaded in, giving a subtle tea fragrance in the mouth. The crunchy sugar topping adds a nice touch. The garlic ficelle has plenty of garlic butter in the cuts, and when warmed up, the garlic flavor comes through. It goes well with pasta, dishes, or wine. The fish coppe is a slightly smaller coppe bread with cut fish fry inside, providing a satisfying bite. The fish is probably cod? The French toast is made with thick round bread with adzuki beans, which are sweet and slightly sweet, allowing the egg flavor of the French toast to come through. The chocolate almond bread is a Danish with custard cream and chocolate, topped with sliced almonds and powdered sugar. The custard is rich and delicious, and the semi-sweet chocolate goes well with it. The nozawana oyaki is a flat-baked bread with seasoned chopped nozawana inside, providing a crispy texture and the unique flavor of nozawana. The red bean bread and cream bread are not sticky like typical store-bought ones, which I prefer. The red bean paste and custard are delicious. The croquette coppe is similar to the fish coppe but with croquette inside. The size of the coppe bread is just right. Simple but delicious. The cinnamon stick is a stick-shaped fried doughnut coated with plenty of cinnamon sugar. I love cinnamon sugar, so I enjoyed it. I bet it's even more delicious when freshly made. Keio Sagamihara Line Inagi Station nearby. I can't remember if it was Minamiyama or Minamidai, but in recent years, there has been a lot of residential development in the area where they have been artificially cutting down the once abundant natural mountains to build apartments and such. This bakery, when it first opened, was a lovely place where you could sit on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view from the high ground while savoring bread and coffee. However, with each revisit, the surroundings have changed. New residential houses have been built right in front of the terrace seating area... probably causing some issues. There were signs inside the terrace area telling customers not to sit there and face the front, so I'm guessing there have been complaints or something. The cream bun was excellent, and the curry bun was also good with a nice crispy texture. The amount of filling inside was a bit small, but it was flavorful.

After finishing my errands nearby, I decided to buy some bread here for the first time in a while. I occasionally come to this area near Nanzan Hill, and over the past few years, many beautiful houses have been built, and big supermarkets like Yaoko have opened, making it quite developed. The bread I purchased that day was: 5-slice loaf bread, peanut butter roll, beef stew bread, frank roll, ham and egg roll, and special sweet bean paste bun. The 5-slice loaf bread had a slightly thicker slice than the usual store-bought 5-slice bread. The white part was moist, and the crust was dense. When toasted, it crisped up nicely with a hint of sweetness, making it an appealing bread whether eaten as is or toasted. The peanut butter roll was a small-sized roll with peanut butter sandwiched inside. The size was easy to eat, and I was drawn to its simple and rustic feel. The beef stew bread had a delicious Demi-glace sauce with meat and vegetables inside. I heated it up before eating, and the aroma was appetizing. The sauce was so tasty that one piece was satisfying enough. The frank roll was a bread roll wrapped around a frankfurter. It had a wooden skewer stuck in it, but I didn't think it was necessary as the bread stayed intact. Perhaps it's for children to hold while eating? It was a delicious bread due to its simplicity. The ham and egg roll was a bread with egg salad, ham, and cheese baked on top. I also heated this one before eating. It's light and suitable for a quick meal. The special sweet bean paste bun was individually wrapped. The sweetness of the sweet bean paste was subtle, and the bread was fluffy and delicious. I came to "Boulangerie Maison Yuki's Minamiyama Sky Terrace store"♪ I thought they would have the same kind of bread as other stores, but there were lots of new breads I had never seen before♪ It's definitely a popular store too, with lots of customers creating a bit of a "first come, first served" atmosphere (lol)◎"Curry Bread" 194 yenCurry bread is popular everywhere, but the curry in this curry bread is packed all the way to the center! It's rare to find curry bread with so little hollow space. It has a familiar homey curry flavor with plenty of carrots. Delicious! Probably the most popular♪◎"Cheese Dog" 281 yenThis bread tastes exactly like cheese and sausage. Since the sausage is fatty, you have to eat it warm. So I reheated it for just 20 seconds, and the cheese melted, becoming fragrant, the sausage crispy, and it became 100 times tastier (lol)◎"Melon Pan" 194 yenThe cookie dough around it is slightly firm, giving a good chewy texture. The granulated sugar sprinkled on it is fine, not too crunchy, making it easy to eat. The bread itself is soft and delicious♪ Not too sweet, so quite an appealing melon pan.◎"Chicken Nanban Coppe" 194 yenThe chicken, sweet and sour sauce, fresh tomato acidity, and vegetables with mayonnaise are quite delicious on their own♪ This is like a mini burger loved by kids and older siblings!◎"Egg Salad and Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich" 346 yenThe "egg salad sandwich" has a solid crust, giving a good texture♪ The egg is evenly cut into small pieces, evenly flavored, very polite, and feels like a rich egg sandwich. Located on the way to Yaoko in Inagi in October 2020. There are plenty of parking spaces, making it convenient. There is also a vegetable direct sales store, which is quite crowded. It was a delightful discovery to find such a delicious bakery nearby. They offer a variety of bread, from daily assorted bread to sandwiches, side dishes, and sweet bread, making it fun just to look at the selection. This time, I couldn't resist and ended up buying a lot. They sell round bread in addition to the large red bean paste square bread. The round bread had a fluffy, sweet dough, probably made with cream. This time, I bought the red bean paste bread, which was sweet and cooked to the point of being a dessert. When eaten with cheese, the combination of sweet and salty was excellent. It seems that the types change daily, just like the square bread. I have sliced and put bamboo ring on bread at home, but it was my first time seeing a whole bamboo ring used in a bakery. The appearance was amazing (laughs). The gentle sweetness of the bamboo ring came out through baking, and it was surprisingly delicious. The chili wiener bread had a spicy meat sauce on top of the sausage. It wasn't too spicy, but the taste was good! The curry bread was recommended by the shop. It was the first thing they sold when I entered. I tried the normal one first, before the cheese-filled one. Inside the crispy and fluffy bread, there was plenty of sweet curry sauce that children would love. The gratin quiche-like dough was filled with white sauce, bacon, and cheese. On Thursday, July 2, 2020, around 2:30 PM, I visited a charming bakery called Boulangerie Maison Yuki, located in Inagi. I visited alone, wearing work clothes. The bakery has a lovely exterior that you can see when you climb up the slope near Inagi Station. The surrounding location is also nice. Personally, I found the melon bread to be delicious. I was working in a certain location in Inagi that day. After finishing work, I decided to buy breakfast for the next day at Boulangerie Maison Yuki. I had been curious about this shop since I started working in Inagi a few days ago. It's quite a climb up the slope from Inagi Station, but the view is amazing on sunny days because there are no buildings around. I parked my car in the parking lot in front of the store and went in. I bought a chocolate cornet, curry bread, melon bread, and croquette bread. I'm sorry, I forgot the official names and prices. I ended up choosing standard items. I ate the chocolate cornet with canned coffee in my car right after purchasing it. The rest I shared with my wife the next morning. They seem to put a lot of effort into the curry bread, and it was indeed delicious with a generous filling. However, I personally found the melon bread to be exceptionally tasty. The standard melon bread was really delicious. The croquette bread was also satisfying. All the bread was baked perfectly and tasted great. I think this bakery must be popular among the residents of Inagi. On the way from Inagi Station to Boulangerie Maison Yuki, there is also a delicious cake shop nearby, so I assume many people visit both places. I had to climb a steep slope to reach the shop. It was quite a workout, but the location seemed good as there were many houses around. The view from the top of the slope was amazing! I arrived at around 5:00 PM, but there were hardly any items left in the shop. I managed to buy the popular number 1 curry bread and number 2 cream bread. The curry bread for 180 yen had lots of meat chunks and the bread was thin but chewy, very delicious. I also bought the soft French bread for 280 yen, which was chewy and delightful. I cut it in half and added ham, cheese, and lettuce, it was really tasty. The body-friendly round half for 190 yen was incredibly soft and tasted great on its own or with jam. I would like to visit again when there are more options available. The only challenge is conquering the slope to get there...

This is one of the famous shops around here. A stylish bakery on top of a hill. The curry bread is especially delicious, and there is always a long line from the morning. They always sell out quickly, so you won't know if you can get the bread you want until you go there. The running to this wonderful bakery has a sense of accomplishment as there are stairs at the end that you have to climb. If it weren't for the coronavirus, you could enjoy tea on the open terrace while looking at the view from the top of the hill. The bread is a trendy, moist and dense type, so it stays fluffy and delicious even after 4.5 days. You can also feel the aroma of high-quality wheat, making it a pretty good bakery. I was told by a nearby shop that the bread here is delicious, so I decided to go and try it out. Despite the rain, the place was bustling with customers. There were so many tasty-looking breads that I couldn't decide, so I walked around the store 2 or 3 times before finally settling on a curry bread and a tea bread. The curry bread was soft and crispy, while the tea bread was fluffy and not too sweet, just the right balance. Both breads were really delicious. I heard that there is a main store in Shin-Yurigaoka, so I would like to visit there someday.

Yukitaka Yanagimachi, a baker, graduated from the Tokyo Confectionery School in 1996 and trained for 8 years at "Moas Shikisai-kan" in Yokohama before going to France in 2004. After returning to Japan, he opened Maison Yuki in Shin-Yurigaoka in June 2006. In 2016, he opened the Minamiyama Sky Terrace store in Inagi. It is rumored to be a bakery with delicious curry bread and a great view. I tried to drive there, but my car navigation system couldn't find it because it is a newly developed area and not registered. I drove up the mountain while looking at the Keio Line Inagi Station on the left, turned left at a suitable place, but couldn't find it. There were new single-family homes and apartments being built. After circling around, I finally found it at the top, turned left and went straight, and the shop was on the left. The terrace seats were crowded with nearly 10 people eating in the hot sun. When I entered the shop, the air conditioning was nice, and there were also many customers. Oh no! The popular curry bread was already sold out! I had no choice but to look for another option, and just as I was thinking about getting the mild curry bread, a few additional curry breads were placed in a basket, and I was able to get them. I paid 1,005 yen at the self-checkout machine where the staff didn't touch the money, and received 703 yen in change. It was hot, so I debated where to sit, but ultimately chose the terrace seat in the scorching sun. The ice Americano had a slight bitterness, moistening my mouth, and I took a bite of the freshly made curry bread. The curry was thick and gooey inside the thin dough, with more umami than spiciness, and the ingredients were small. It was delicious. It's a popular bakery for children.

I'm happy that they were open during Golden Week! From the wood deck in Inagi, you can enjoy a view of the city while sipping on coffee after purchasing bread. The highly recommended item here is the curry bread! On Thursdays, they add extra filling. I would rate my likelihood to revisit as ★★★★★ and my recommendation as ★★★★.

A bakery near Inagi Station on the Tokyo Keio Sagamihara Line with a great view overlooking Tokyo from the Tama Hills. On this day, I purchased the following items: ・Curry bread ¥180 ・Milk France ¥180 ・British (made with Tanzawa yeast) bread ¥270 ・Baguette ¥270 I enjoyed the curry bread and milk France on the terrace with a great view. The curry bread had a generous amount of beef chunks, and the texture of the meat fibers remaining added to its appeal. The curry itself was delicious, and the bread and coating were light, which was nice. The milk France had a rich milk cream filling, but it balanced well with the soft French bread, and it was also delicious. The bread and baguette I took home were also very good. Both were moist without being dry, and the baguette, in particular, had a texture I liked, possibly due to the low-temperature long fermentation process. Every item looked delicious, so I would like to visit this bakery again when I have the chance. However, because the shop is located on a hill, it might be best to drive there as it could be a bit challenging to walk or cycle. I saw it on Tabelog and went to buy it right away! The store was packed with customers. Delicious looking bread lined up, and because it was lunchtime, freshly baked bread kept coming out. I bought the popular curry bread and freshly baked croquette bread, chicken nanban, and a cute-faced bread. The bread is definitely delicious. I want to go buy it again. Thank you, Tabelog.

A few years ago, this area used to be a mixed forest, but now development has started. There used to be a cake shop called Whip at the southernmost end, but I saw a tempting bakery with a new road, so I decided to try their croissant. I also bought a few other pastries whose names I don't remember to enjoy later at home. I found a deck nearby and decided to eat the croissant I bought. It was crispy and quite delicious. Since this area is still under development, there are not many buildings around, and you can see the Taste Stadium area well. I visited in the early evening, and the mini croissants were sold out, so I'll aim for those next time.
