Although the pork bone flavor was light, the back fat made it quite hearty. My lips were left shiny from the oiliness. The noodles were thin, with a slightly soft texture, probably due to the time it took to transport them since you can't specify the firmness in the food court. I prefer firmer noodles, so this was a bit disappointing. The thick-sliced pork chashu had a satisfying chew, but I felt like there was too much of it. The toppings were cold, causing the soup to cool quickly. Nonetheless, I thought the overall quality of the ramen was quite high for a food court option. Thank you for the meal!

It's at room temperature, so the fatty parts are a bit slimy. And since there's no sauce on it, it's not very tasty. Maybe it's really meant to go on ramen.

I'm happy that there are many choices in the food court. I felt like having tonkotsu ramen along with the pork bowl from the next store. Maybe they considered families and inbound tourists, as the flavor is not too strong and seems to be liked by everyone. It doesn't have a strong tonkotsu taste and is on the mild side. The self-service style in the food court keeps the prices reasonable, so it's good value for money.

I ordered the Chuka soba (soy sauce ramen) which was the quickest to be ready. The taste was more like soy sauce ramen rather than Chuka soba, but critiquing the taste too seriously in a food court setting would be out of place. Nevertheless, it was a satisfying meal.

The broth is hot but the noodles and soup are lukewarm. The noodles feel dry and lack chewiness. The quality is not great considering the price. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the ramen or miso ramen. However, the chashu was tender and delicious.

Umeya seems to be a part of a larger group that includes Pizza-La, Kuaina, and Kushi Katsu Dengana. The ramen noodles were thick and not quite satisfying, but the soup was better than expected. It's nice that you can add garlic to your liking. However, the price of around 800 yen for this kind of ramen seems a bit disappointing. The food court under the Tokyo Tower seems to have a lot of mediocre restaurants, but perhaps that's what gives it its uniqueness.

I joined the tour to get the Tomica 50th-anniversary commemorative bus (current market price 9800 yen). I boarded the bus from Tokyo Station, heading from the Imperial Palace towards Tokyo Tower. The tour guide provided interesting information about the history of the Imperial Palace area and introduced the prefecture's trees, making the journey enjoyable. Upon arriving at Tokyo Tower, we had some free time. The tour fee of 3000 yen included a ticket to the Tokyo Tower observatory, so I went up to enjoy the view. While there, I received instant information from a reselling channel that NIKE SB Dunks were released. I rushed to the location, but it was around lunchtime, so I decided to grab a meal at the food court inside Tokyo Tower. I ordered miso ramen, but it turned out to be just average, lacking basic condiments like shichimi togarashi. My companion's light tonkotsu ramen tasted better. After quickly finishing our meal, we headed to Odaiba. We managed to get the NIKESB Dunks, with three pairs in total. Although I couldn't get the Blue Fury, I was able to purchase it at FTC the next day, so it was fine. I'm exhausted.
