It was really delicious!! It was so good that I rarely write reviews. The staff were refreshing and provided recommended ways to eat, which made me feel at ease. I ordered a set with rice, and the portion was huge! The wagyu beef was amazing, and eating the pork like samgyeopsal was incredibly delicious. And the shocking part this time...vinegar rice!!! I saw a brief mention of it in a review, so out of curiosity, I ordered it, and it was unbelievably tasty!!! A genius idea??? The sharpness of wasabi, soy sauce, and vinegar complemented the meat...! Rice that goes well with meat, who knew it was discovered here...I wouldn't be surprised if there was a line every day...but at the same time, I don't want it to get too popular. It seems like you can go without a reservation on weekdays or Sundays! Next time, I might just casually go alone on a weekday~!

I heard about a yakiniku restaurant nearby that is rumored to be good, but when I went there, the place was filled with smoke and the staff seemed to be short-handed. The assorted meat platter is a must-try. The wait for the meat to be served was quite long as it seemed like the staff was short-handed. We waited for about 30 minutes while eating namul (Korean seasoned vegetables). The meat was okay, nothing special.

Around 7 pm on a weekday, the restaurant was not too crowded, with regular customers at the counter and families on the second floor. The first floor had a counter and tables, while the second floor had spacious tatami seating with about 4 tables. Despite previous reviews mentioning smoke, it was not an issue with this number of people. The restaurant boasts of using fresh ingredients from Shibaura, and the prices are quite reasonable for the area. They offer a variety of grilled meats including pork and beef, with a wide selection of offal cuts to enjoy. The appetizer options are also plentiful, making it a great place even if you're not in the mood for barbecue. The unlimited cabbage appetizer was a nice touch. Here is what we ordered: - Assorted offal platter (recommended for those who want to try a variety) - White omasum sashimi (they only had black omasum that day, seasoned with sesame oil) - Harami (quite fatty and delicious) - Upper mino (fatty with a unique texture) - Kimchi (tasty, but may be a hit or miss for some) - Service of grapes and pineapple after the meal For the quality of offal at this price in Ikejiri, it's a great value for everyday dining. Personally, I recommend the offal over the regular meat. The 1500 yen deal for two types of offal, a drink, kimchi, and unlimited cabbage is quite appealing.

A local yakiniku restaurant with high smoke levels, but the food is so delicious that I keep coming back. Asahi Shokudo is located near Ikejiri-Ohashi Station. When I was invited for the first time, all I remembered was the intense smoke, but upon revisiting, I realized how amazing the meat actually is. We opted for the chef's choice course, so I didn't know which meat was which, but everything was so delicious that we couldn't help but be impressed. They even offer sunglasses as a smoke shield, like those sold at a candy store. The first time, I brought a bag from home to protect my belongings from the smoke, and to my surprise, everyone else had brought bags too. It was a funny moment. If you're brave enough to face the smoke, I recommend giving it a try. I want someone else to experience this situation and share the feeling. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I visited the restaurant near my parents' house after a festival. It was crowded, and I was told that it would take some time for the meat to come out, so I ordered some non-alcoholic drinks and waited with some appetizers. We were quickly served with cabbage kimchi, avocado namul, and potato salad. However, as expected, the meat we ordered took about 30 minutes to arrive. The smoke from the grill was quite thick, and my companion's eyes started to hurt, so they went outside a couple of times. The smoke made me want to eat and leave quickly rather than take photos. Unfortunately, it didn't suit my taste, but the other two pairs of customers seemed to enjoy the food a lot, with one pair saying "Everything is delicious!" to the staff and another couple saying to each other, "We are so happy to eat such delicious food!" Overall, I think it's a great restaurant, even though it wasn't to my liking.

I have already visited this place six times this year alone. ・The prices and service are both friendly, and the meat is incredibly delicious with generous portions. - We had the Red Meat Assortment (Harami, Kashira, Tsurami, and Cut-off) for 1800 yen, and a choice between Kopchin (salt or miso) and Maruchou (pickled) for 1200 yen. We also ordered Kimchi for 480 yen, Leaf Garlic for 380 yen, Rice for 200 yen, Curry Cuppa for 880 yen, two draft beers for 580 yen each, four more draft beers for 380 yen each, and two original highballs for 580 yen each. - The total bill for two people came to about 9500 yen, which is around 4750 yen per person. - We visited this restaurant again because we couldn't wait to eat here after our first encounter. - As always, this BBQ restaurant offers delicious food at affordable prices. Even if you're not good at grilling, the staff will kindly teach you the tricks so you can grill perfectly by the end of your meal! This time, draft beers were discounted after the second one, so we ended up drinking more than usual. It's amazing that they offer such a generous service by making already cheap prices even lower! - The "Kopchin vs Maruchou" we ordered this time was a hit! A yakiniku restaurant we want to visit regularly near Ikejiri Ohashi Station! Every time we come to this area, we were curious about this yakiniku restaurant. This time, we finally went in. - The simple "cheap and delicious yakiniku restaurant" combined with the helpful recommendations and cooking tips from the staff increased our satisfaction even more. Therefore, we ended up ordering everything as the staff recommended. And it was incredibly delicious and cheap. - The main point is that the yakiniku sets are just so affordable! The set menu is 2,500 yen per person with "kimchi/hormone 6 types/pork belly/Wagyu beef cheek meat/Wagyu beef kalbi". This time, we ordered the red meat platter for 1,800 yen, which includes "harami/kashira/tsurami/cut-off pieces". Also, we ordered the hormone platter (3 types) for 1,200 yen, which can be ordered from one person. No matter what you eat, if you pay 2,500 yen per person, you can eat a surprisingly satisfying amount of yakiniku. Even with adding rice, kimchi, alcohol, it won't cost more than 5,000 yen.
