Caramel banana whip ¥660 - The crepe batter is slightly sweet and chewy. The whip cream is quite generous and perfect for whip cream lovers. It has a good amount of bananas mixed in, giving it a satisfying sweetness. The caramel sauce is sweet but not overpowering, making it a great match with coffee. The cafe latte ¥495 is delicious, with a bitter taste that complements the fluffy and chewy foam on top.

After lunch, I went to MOBa CAFE. I had been wanting to visit this place because I was curious about their crepes. When I entered, I was surprised by how spacious it was. They even have a remote work space. They offer 8 types of crepes. My colleague chose the popular "Chocolate Banana" while I went for the "Anko Whip". We also ordered cafe latte. The crepes were surprisingly large with a generous amount of filling. When I looked at the other side, I saw plenty of whipped cream inside. The texture of the crepe was chewy and delicious, and the combination of anko and whipped cream was perfect. It felt like they have been around for a while, but I found out that their 2nd anniversary is coming up in the day after tomorrow (07/07/2023). The atmosphere was pleasant, the crepes were delicious, and I would definitely like to come back again. Thank you for the meal☆ #GotandaGourmet #GotandaCafe #GotandaLunch #GotandaCoffee #MOBaCAFE #GotandaFreeWi-Fi #GotandaSweets #DeliciousCrepes #Crepes #Cafe #CafeLover

Today, I purchased an iced cafe au lait for takeout. The store is spacious, with a terrace where you can bring your dog. There are also private rooms available for rent at 55 yen per 10 minutes, which can be used for work or online meetings. This seems very convenient and practical, catering to various needs. Overall, the availability of private rooms and terrace sets this cafe apart from others, making it suitable for a wide range of purposes. Thank you for the meal! Ah, so satisfying!

I ordered a crepe and coffee. The large size coffee was surprisingly large in quantity. The crepe was served freshly baked and crispy. I chose butter and sugar topping, so I could taste the simple flavor of the crepe.

On March 15, 2023, after having a soy milk breakfast for the first time, I had coffee here. Upon research, it seems that a major coffee chain has independently revived. I entered at 9:45 AM with 70% of the seats occupied by other customers. There was disinfectant spray at the entrance, no temperature checks, and no ventilation inside as the doors were not open. There were partitions on the tables, but it was unclear how they differed from the regular seating arrangement. I ordered at the counter and received my coffee right away. There was not much space between tables, but the chairs were comfortable. The coffee had a good balance of bitterness and acidity. I left satisfied and full. Thank you for the meal.

At the cafe in Gotanda called MOBaCAFE, they have a strict one drink order policy, and you can only eat crepes inside if you order a drink as well. However, they have a separate co-working space available for an additional fee. The cafe is equipped with outlets and Wi-Fi, making it popular for people working on their laptops even late at night. They also serve alcohol and have a terrace for those who want to enjoy their drinks outside with their dogs. The crepes are larger than expected, with a creamy and chewy texture. It was a bit disappointing that the crepes were served on paper even when dining inside. However, it was quiet and relaxing as there were mostly solo customers.

I used it for a work meeting. I used to go to Tully's Coffee and buy a lot of drinks every week. That was already 7 years ago. Before I knew it, it became MOBa CAFE, smoking area was abolished, it became a rental space, and they started serving alcohol on the menu. Time flies. By the way, I had a mango lassi. I finished it in almost two sips, so if you want to take it slow, the drink is not enough. I think warm drinks are better for sipping slowly. Thank you for the meal.

It's been a long time since I visited Gotanda. However, the cafe I was looking for was unexpectedly closed. It was one of those days where things didn't go as planned. I decided to visit "Le Cacao," a place I had been wanting to go for a while, and luckily it was open. I noticed some changes in the area since the last time I was here, like Denny's turning into Hoshino Coffee, and the continued presence of Hiroshima Market. I struggled to find a place to have tea, but eventually stumbled upon a crepe shop and decided to go in. The shop was quite busy for a weekday afternoon, with people also sitting outside on the terrace. I ordered a simple crepe with sugar and butter, along with a caramel royal milk tea (S), while my husband got a drip coffee (T). We were given a vibrating number tag and found a table to sit at. The drinks and crepe arrived quickly, and we dug in. The caramel royal milk tea was sweeter than expected, and the crepe was easy to eat without any whipped cream. We finished our snacks quickly, and my husband enjoyed his coffee. The prices were a bit high, especially my expensive caramel royal milk tea, so next time I would take more time to decide what to order. Despite the high prices, it was a nice break, and I enjoyed revisiting Gotanda after a long time.

I found a cafe called "Anwhip no Crepe" while taking a walk around Gotanda after a long time. As the name suggests, it is a perfect place for remote work. In addition to drinks, they have a wide variety of food menu items, from light meals to sweet crepes, making it a comfortable place to stay.

I went to Gotanda. It was hot that day, so I went to MOBaCAFE to cool down. It has been open for 1 year and 4 months. Lately, it has been crowded and sometimes I have to give up entering. The menu has expanded beyond just coffee. But I always stick to coffee. I also enjoy looking at the display shelf of vintage cameras. It's nice that the Wi-Fi is relatively stable. Thank you for the meal.

Tully's Gotanda Higashi store, which closed due to the coronavirus pandemic, was taken over by Mobacame, a photo and video company in Saitama, with the help of regular customer Yasutake Hirano, who works in photo and video production. The cafe was taken over with the existing staff through crowdfunding, with Hirano serving as the new owner. The cafe offers a variety of services such as smoking booths, office coffee delivery, and food development in an effort to attract more customers and thrive in the community. I visited the cafe shortly after it opened and ordered the Butter Toast Morning set with hot coffee. The coffee was smooth with a slightly rich flavor, and the toast was soft and filling. Despite the slightly higher prices, the cafe is working hard to increase its customer base and succeed in the neighborhood.

Located on the way from Gotanda to Osaki Hirokoji, this cafe appears to be a personal establishment with a Seattle-style atmosphere. It also has a working space available. They offer breakfast sets like toast and sandwiches, but I opted for an oat milk latte for 460 yen and a rabbit-shaped donut for 250 yen. The staff, mostly young, were very polite and pleasant. The place was moderately busy even in the morning.

I went to Gotanda for an iPad OS update and stopped by "MOBaCAFE". They were hosting a photo exhibition inside the cafe. I looked at the photos while enjoying my drink. It was a bit disappointing that I couldn't get a closer look at the photos since they were inside a coworking space. I thought it was a nice way to utilize the space in the cafe. The display in the showcase near the entrance was also impressive. I've used about 4 different film cameras that were on display here. As I was thinking about that, the OS update was completed. I left the cafe. Thank you for the meal.

A cafe located just a short distance from Gotanda, which can also be used as a working space. I heard that the cafe used to be run by the staff and locals from the area, which I thought was wonderful. They offer iced tea, power outlets, and Wi-Fi, but seating is limited to 90 minutes. If you need more time, you can use the online meeting space for 20 minutes at 110 yen.

I went to Gotanda. While I was there, I received a notification for an OS update on my mobile device. I thought I could update my iPad using the iPhone's tethering feature, but it turned out that it wasn't possible. So, I looked for a Wi-Fi environment and arrived at "MOBaCAFE". I had a cappuccino, connected to the Wi-Fi in the store, charged my device, and updated the OS. There were more display items in the store. Maybe I should try playing with my old film camera at home after a long time. Thank you for the meal. In June 2021, "MOBaCAFE" had a pre-opening, and in July, it officially opened. The interior of the cafe was decorated with celebratory flowers, creating a festive atmosphere. I took a break while enjoying a cup of coffee. On the display shelves inside the cafe, there were nostalgic silver film cameras lined up, along with films and other accessories. As I admired the classic cameras, I couldn't help but think that film cameras seem to have become rare nowadays with digital cameras being so popular. It was a delightful experience. In terms of infection prevention measures, the cafe provided hand sanitizer, proper ventilation, social distancing with dividers and spaced-out seating, all staff wore masks, but there was no temperature check upon entry.

After Wednesday lunch, I felt like having coffee, so I visited "MOBaCAFE" which opened in the former Tully's location. The atmosphere inside the cafe was reminiscent of Tully's. I heard that it is run by former Tully's staff and local residents. I placed my order at the counter and decided to go with an iced "Cafe Latte" (506 yen) this time. After paying, my latte was ready and I took a sip eagerly. The taste was similar to Tully's, no complaints there. If I have the chance next time, I would like to try using their time rental space for business purposes.

I thought I could eat crepes~! and stopped by, but the taste was as expected. It's popular because the Wi-Fi area is well-equipped.

I had a vanilla latte and rooibos tea. The vanilla latte didn't taste like vanilla, it just tasted like milk that turned into a latte. The rooibos tea was delicious as usual. It was quite hot, maybe the water was boiling. There were seats outside with a stove, so it was perfect for relaxing.

The drink and food menu are both extensive and the flavors are very enjoyable. However, the table height here doesn't suit me, so I can't stay for long. It's a bit low for me. It's been like this since the days of Tully's, so they must be using the same tables. If they could just improve that, I think it would be a wonderful place.
