Ushikura, located about a 3-4 minute walk from JR Ueno Station, was visited for the second time. The first visit was recommended by a friend, and the impression was the all-you-can-eat yakiniku. This time, upon entering, the restaurant had a very clean and elegant atmosphere, giving the initial impression of being a high-end establishment. The menu includes individual orders as well as course options, with a total of 88 items available for the all-you-can-eat yakiniku plan (¥5,200). Orders are placed using a touch panel display on the table, and the all-you-can-eat menu includes not only yakiniku but also rice, salad, rice dishes, noodles, desserts, and more. One of the standout dishes was the versatile Negitan Shio, where green onions are stuffed into cuts in the meat before grilling, ensuring a flavorful and enjoyable experience. Another highlight was the Diamond Cut Kalbi/Harami, where multiple cuts in the meat allow for even cooking and enhanced taste. The Stone Pot Bibimbap was also a delicious side dish. Despite it only being the second visit, the manager remembered and even provided a complimentary meat dish, adding a warm and welcoming touch to the overall dining experience. Looking forward to visiting again. Thank you for the meal.

It was a yakiniku restaurant on the streets of Okachimachi. It's located above a convenience store, so I didn't notice it at first. All the meat dishes were very delicious and had a good amount of volume. Personally, I really enjoyed the unique green onion-wrapped tongue salt and all the kalbi dishes.

Yakiniku Gyusei @ Ueno is a great spot for yakiniku with all-you-can-eat options. We decided to go there last minute and were impressed by the affordable prices. The 2-hour all-you-can-eat option was ¥3900, while the eat-and-drink option was ¥5200, which is quite cheap for this area. The restaurant has a spacious interior, making it a comfortable place to enjoy your meal. We opted for ordering a la carte this time, and the Hida beef we tried was delicious and easy to eat. Overall, even without the all-you-can-eat option, this yakiniku restaurant offers great value for money.

I used this place for a gathering with hobby friends to catch up. We ordered the 55-item all-you-can-eat and 2-hour all-you-can-drink option this time. As expected from handling domestic beef (Hida beef), the meat was tender and cut into easy-to-eat sizes, so we couldn't stop eating! Not only the meat, but the kimchi we had as a side dish was delicious with just the right amount of sourness. The wakame seaweed soup was also very refreshing. However, I wish there were smaller sizes available for the single dishes and soups for the all-you-can-eat option. I would like to go with a larger group next time.

After eating at a long-established chicken hot pot restaurant, for some reason I ended up at a yakiniku restaurant for a second round! We casually chose a restaurant and when we entered, it was clean, spacious, and had private rooms, making it suitable for various situations. Looking at the menu, there were all-you-can-eat courses at a reasonable price, as well as slightly more expensive courses with higher quality meat. Of course, we went with a casual à la carte order! We ordered a meat assortment, green onion salted meat, marinated kalbi, kimchi pancake, and enjoyed grilling our own yakiniku after a long time. It was really good! The meat was apparently Hida beef, and surprisingly, it was more delicious than expected. The kalbi was also tasty without being too heavy. For dessert, we ordered plenty and lined them up for a photo. We decided to skip the carbs this time. Since the first round wasn't too filling, we had a relaxed yakiniku second round.

Delicious, cheap. All-you-can-eat and drink is satisfying overall. The side menu is also delicious.

All-you-can-drink, all-you-can-eat course. Well, the food and drinks were served slowly. Even when I urged the staff, they half-heartedly said, "Please wait." It was Friday night but there were too few waitstaff, only three from what I could see. With only three staff, the restaurant couldn't keep up. It's a shame because the taste was good. I don't think I'll be returning.

At the end of the year, the visit was approaching and the restaurant was crowded, but we were led to a private room and the orders were not too delayed. We ordered the all-you-can-eat option, but as a party of two, we couldn't eat that much, so the cost performance was okay. We didn't have high expectations for the all-you-can-eat, but the meat was not bad, and the side menu was plentiful and satisfying.

The restaurant was clean and not cramped for four people, making it very comfortable. The staff were of Chinese descent. Orders were placed using a touch panel. The taste was decent with good quality meat for the price, and there was a variety of options to choose from. Overall, I was very satisfied!

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from the all-you-can-eat yakiniku, but this restaurant provided plenty of satisfying meat. With the all-you-can-drink option, I was very pleased with the ¥5,200 (excluding tax) price. I definitely want to go back again.

The best cost performance, perfect for repeat customers. I've never had a good experience with all-you-can-eat yakiniku restaurants before, but this place is exceptional. For 3,980 yen, you get all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink. The meat is thickly sliced and the seasoning is bold and flavorful, with a Korean influence. The first time I went, the place was empty and I was worried, but the second time it was packed. I'm concerned about whether they can make a profit without compromising on quality. The staff may be a bit overwhelmed with the sudden popularity, but on the bright side, the food comes out quickly after ordering.

The beef tongue was small but delicious. It is located in a busy area, but the atmosphere of the restaurant was good, and I would like to come back again.

I go to various all-you-can-eat restaurants, but I think this one is the best!

The order did not arrive, or did not arrive in the correct quantity, and the service is a bit poor. However, the taste is delicious.
