It's quite hollow inside, you can see the griddle through it. I usually don't like crispy crepes, but it's okay! The balance between the crispy and chewy is good. The cream doesn't have a chemical taste, it's light. It may look heavy, but the cream is actually light. The chocolate is not chocolate cream, it's chocolate chips! The chips melt from the heat and turn into chocolate cream! This was my first time trying this, and I like it! The chocolate has a bittersweet taste, and I like it. You can choose the design of the wrapping paper, I got a yellow one. The wrapping paper was a bit difficult to unwrap. Maybe I should have eaten it without unwrapping it? Oh well, it's fine. It was past 7 pm, and crepe shops are usually closed by then, but this one was open, conveniently located near the station, and highly rated. Despite the crepe bubble trend, the prices here were reasonable. I really wanted to try the "Banana and Chocolate Cream-filled Crepe" that was mentioned in the novel, and luckily it was on the menu here as well, priced around 500 yen. The crepe was crispy and fresh, with a nice chewy texture to the dough. The cream was delicious, and the combination of banana and chocolate was perfect. I enjoyed it thoroughly. The Ginza store has closed down, so I haven't been able to go there for a while, but when I finally had it again, it did not disappoint and was very delicious! My companion had a crepe with grapefruit and other fruits, which was very juicy and required careful eating. It would be great if they opened more stores. The staff seemed to be working very hard on their own.

Visited for the first time on a holiday afternoon. Ordered Butter and Heavenly Sugar crepe for ¥300 (made with organic soy milk batter) with an additional ¥50. It was served in about 3 minutes. Ate it in the dining area. The crepe had a crispy outer layer and a chewy inside, which was great! The sugar's sweetness hits you first, but then the subtle saltiness of the butter follows gently. The burnt aroma of the sugar was so enticing that I couldn't stop eating, and before I knew it, I had finished it all in one go (*´v`). The batter was not chewy but had a subtle sweetness, making the crepe delicious even on its own. In the area where Natural Crepe is located, there is a shared eat-in space with four other shops.

Nice to meet you, Natural Crepe. I bought tapioca here on the 1st floor of Ueno Marui to soothe my parched throat. Today, I was in the mood for the classic milk tea. Despite my age, I walked around the Ueno area with tapioca like a young person. The tapioca was chewy and delicious.

It is located on the first floor of Marui. My daughter seems to like pandas and reacts well when she sees them. If you're going to get one, why not go for the panda crepe (¥650) that my daughter likes, plus ¥55 to change to organic soy milk batter! It's so cute ♥ Cocoa cookie ears with vanilla ice cream, bananas, whipped cream, and chocolate inside! The batter was changed to organic soy milk, so it's chewy. The eat-in space has a colorful and cute animal painting on the wall by Gaku-san, which is lovely. My daughter was staring at it and touching it.

The atmosphere on B1F was quiet and perfect for a relaxing break, but it seemed like a hidden gem, especially during weekdays, making me worry about the shop's sustainability. Therefore, the move to a more lively area is a good thing, especially in these times. In Ueno, I have a few favorite shops, but during weekdays, I often go for appointments or shopping, so I tend to visit more substantial eateries. However, having a place where I can stop by for a light snack is convenient, and I enjoy their crepes with simple toppings like butter and brown sugar. This time, I ordered the butter & brown sugar and black bean & whipped cream crepes. As I paid, I noticed a poster for the Ueno store exclusive Panda Crepe with banana, chocolate, and whipped cream, which I'm intrigued to try next. I'm also curious about the limited edition Sakura Special Crepe for March and April. I love tapioca drinks, so I'm torn between trying them and the crepes. The butter & brown sugar crepe starts subtly sweet and buttery, gradually becoming richer and more luxurious as you eat. The black bean & whipped cream crepe has a nice balance with the whipped cream acting as a cushion for the black beans. The whipped cream and black beans create a delightful contrast, making it a must-have for me. The crepes have a crispy edge, reminiscent of lace, and are a rare find in this price range. Although it's not near my home, I'll make an effort to visit whenever I'm in the area.
