Famous pizza place that even overseas celebrities visit. My daughter requested to go there for lunch on Sunday. I think you need to make a reservation or you'll have to wait in line for quite a while. The menu is very unique and you can feel Okinawan influence in some parts, so I asked and found out that the owner is from Okinawa. The Parma ham in the salad was really delicious. However, the main pizza was burnt not only on the surface but also on the bottom, so it was quite bitter. They might want to consider adjusting how they bake it. Thank you for the meal! (◕‿◕)

The most delicious pizza in Tokyo! I was surprised by how quickly the pizza came out after ordering. It was chewy and the crust was fluffy, with a thin and carefully crafted dough. The Tamaki original pizza is also delicious with the cheese and tomato as accents.

I went to PST in Azabu East and was so impressed that I made a reservation at Roppongi as well! The owner, Tamaki-san, cooked right in front of us! He had a really cool vibe! In Azabu East, I had the Marinara and Bismarck, so this time I tried the Tamaki and Diavola! But I couldn't forget the taste of the Marinara in Azabu East, so I added that too! The saltiness was stronger in Azabu East! It was a well-balanced pizza with a mix of saltiness and sweetness! It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Located about a 5-minute walk from Roppongi and Nogizaka, this pizzeria is run by the world-renowned Master Pizzaiolo Tamaki, who is often featured in the media. While there is also a branch in Azabu Higashi, Tamaki is only present at this location. I visited without a reservation on a weekday evening. They serve both lunch and dinner on weekends, so it's better to make a reservation. However, on a weekday evening, you may be able to walk in without a reservation. When I arrived around 8 pm on a weekday, about 80% of the seats were taken, but I was able to sit at the counter. You can choose between full-size and half-size pizzas, making it a great option for a second stop. I ordered the Margherita with buffalo mozzarella and the pizza with Nduja. The homemade Nduja had a slightly minced meat-like appearance with a spicy and salty flavor that was delicious. The crust was crispy and fragrant on the outside but chewy on the inside. The charred edges added a nice touch. They also have a wide selection of wines and other drinks, making it a great place to casually enjoy pizza as a snack.

The manager of the Savoy Nishiazabu store is the owner of this pizza restaurant. It is one of my favorite pizza places in Tokyo. While I still believe that Savoy and Seirinkan, started by Mr. Kakinuma, have some of the best Marinara and Margherita pizzas in the world, sometimes I crave something other than these two classics. When that happens, PST is one of the first places that comes to mind. They have two locations in Roppongi and Akabanebashi. Their pizzas have a hint of saltiness on the crust and are cooked to perfection in a wood-fired oven, similar to Savoy's style. They offer a variety of options, including pizzas with Japanese ingredients, so you never get bored. Of course, their Margherita and Marinara pizzas are incredibly delicious, but I often find myself ordering something different here. The pizzas are so delicious that I could easily finish three by myself, which is a bit dangerous, but the other dishes on the menu are also delicious. The lively and bustling atmosphere of this Italian restaurant is truly enjoyable. The food was amazing once again. Thank you for the meal. I will definitely be back soon!

I was captivated by the lively atmosphere of the shop and the beautiful sight of pizzas being made right in front of me. The visual appeal of the pizzas and the fragrant aroma made my stomach growl as I waited. The Bianca pizza was especially delicious! The truffle oil complemented it well. The monthly special with blue peppers had a nice slightly spicy kick to it. Overall, I wished there was more olive oil drizzled on top.

There are half-sized pizzas available, so even with two people, you can try various types of pizza, which is nice. The pizza dough is thin and crispy, making it easy to eat. I ordered the Special Bianca based on other people's reviews, and it was a seemingly simple pizza with a big burrata cheese on top. The combination of olive oil aroma and plenty of cheese made me happy. I made a reservation and arrived early, but the place was already almost full of customers. It seemed to be constantly busy with customers coming and going, so I recommend making a reservation when visiting.

Homemade Oven-baked Lasagna with Domestic Beef Mince (¥1880): This dish is filled with plenty of domestic beef mince and is incredibly delicious! It is a must-try with generous amounts of cheese. Domestic Meatball Tomato Stew (4pc - ¥1380): The coarse meatballs are very juicy and incredibly tasty! I always have this before the pizza. Tamaki Pizza (Half - ¥1890): Cherry tomatoes, fresh smoked mozzarella, pecorino, basil - this is a classic pizza at PST. The rich and intense aroma of fresh smoked mozzarella is irresistible. Sonya's Butter Chicken Curry Pizza (Half - ¥2290): This is a weekend-only pizza. It is loaded with chicken and gives you the feeling of eating delicious butter chicken curry. A very satisfying pizza.

This PST visa restaurant also has a branch in Azabu-Juban, and I had visited that store before, so I stopped by after seeing the Louvre exhibition at the New National Museum. Like the Azabu-Juban store, the prices are slightly higher but the taste is very delicious. However, while the Azabu-Juban store has a down-to-earth atmosphere, the Roppongi store has a slightly snobbish atmosphere.

There were various things going on and I was completely exhausted both mentally and physically by the end of February 2023. A lovely friend made a reservation for me, and I finally visited PST as I had been longing to do so. Based on the recommendation of a reviewer that my friend and I both trust, Akinton, we decided to try the must-have Special Bianca pizza, as well as the seasonal pizza and assorted appetizers. The appetizer platter was colorful, made with seasonal ingredients, healthy yet substantial, perfect for those who enjoy a drink. Among them, the seasonal pizza arrived first! Despite being someone who usually saves the best for last, I couldn't resist when I saw my friend eagerly digging into the pizza, as it is best enjoyed fresh out of the oven. The thin, fluffy crust paired perfectly with the acidity of the tomato and the richness of the cheese, it was delicious! We ordered a half-size, but I could easily have devoured a whole one by myself. And then, the highly anticipated Special Bianca arrived! The visual of a white sea of cheese spread out like a beautiful landscape filled us with excitement. The pizza that made Akinton go into ecstasy... wow, the creamy and rich cheese spread throughout my mouth, indescribable, this is what ecstasy tastes like! It was a truly amazing flavor (*´꒳`*) (I could easily eat a whole one by myself). Both my friend and I were extremely satisfied with our first PST experience. There are still many more places I want to visit, but the Special Bianca here is a special pizza that I definitely want to have again.

I ordered a cola, meatball tomato stew, and a Bismarck pizza with mozzarella, mushrooms, sausage, and egg. The food was truly delicious, with a standout in the flavor of the dough - crispy and flavorful. The ingredients like salt and cheese were all high quality. The overall experience was excellent, and I would definitely want to revisit this restaurant. It's a great place with a good atmosphere and delicious food.

The pizza had a strong salty flavor, but it was delicious and paired well with alcohol! I really enjoyed the refreshing brim and apple carpaccio. The day I visited, the weather was bad and they kindly informed me in advance that the last order might be earlier than usual. (When I arrived, I was relieved to receive the normal service haha) Thank you for the meal!

The location is convenient, close to Akasaka and easily visible from afar. The stylish exterior of PST livens up the atmosphere. Inside, it's quite lively with inbound tourists. The pizza is very moist and chewy, yet crispy, and the side dishes are delicious. The bottled wine is reasonably priced and tasty. You can see the large pizza oven, which adds to the excitement. The pizzas are cooked quickly at high temperatures, so the service is very fast. The Margherita we ordered was a bit salty, but overall very tasty. Noteworthy is the casual and somewhat chaotic atmosphere inside, which naturally brings couples closer together to chat. This casual vibe makes it a great choice for a first date. Definitely not a place to go with the guys.
