Last night, I enjoyed some drinks in Shinbashi and stayed here for a business trip early this morning. It's a B&B hotel in the Keio Group, just a 5-minute walk from Kanda Station. Upon check-in, there was an issue with the sink drainage, but the front desk staff promptly fixed it, which left a good impression. Breakfast is served at the "breakfast corner" on the 1st floor. They advertise "complimentary breakfast," but it's actually included in the room rate, a common style these days. There were mostly businessmen and businesswomen, not many foreigners. It's a self-service system where you can choose what you like onto your plate. The variety of side dishes is limited, but it's enough for a light breakfast. On this day, I chose "mentaiko rice ball," "inari sushi," "vegetable salad," "macaroni salad," and "flavored egg." They are all my favorites, especially the combination of "mentaiko rice ball" and "inari sushi." The "inari sushi" might be tastier than the famous one in nearby Kanda. The "flavored egg" was a bit hard to peel, but it had a salty taste, was semi-soft, and delicious. I enjoyed it with iced coffee. Overall, it was delicious and satisfying. Now, let's do our best today as well!

In a tight budget and struggling to find a hotel available on the dates I needed, I finally found this place. I appreciate being able to secure a room, but the complimentary breakfast was quite disappointing. The bread tasted cheap, the vegetable salad seemed like it was from a pre-packaged mix, and the potato salad was lackluster. I couldn't bring myself to eat any of it. Starting the day with such bland food was a letdown. While I understand that the breakfast was complimentary, the hotel rates were not exactly budget-friendly. I have stayed at cheaper hotels that offered a much better breakfast, so the quality here was disappointing. Even the juice was watered down, with a strange taste. If I stay here again, I will skip the breakfast altogether and find something to eat outside. The hotel itself was fine in terms of service, location, and amenities, but the breakfast was a letdown. It would be better if guests had the option to pay a little extra for a better breakfast or skip it altogether.

After a drinking party with friends in the Kanda area, I stayed here at Keio Presso Inn Kanda. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from JR Kanda Station, a bit far but I arrived just fine. The room was clean and suitable for business use, although it was more for sleeping. The next day, I had breakfast at the hotel which was a buffet with salad, potato salad, 4 types of bread, and soup. The food was decent, nothing special, but good enough for a business hotel breakfast. Overall, it was a satisfying stay and I look forward to trying out other hotels in the area next time.

I stayed at Keio Presso Inn Kanda. It is an average business hotel, but the free breakfast service is appreciated. They offer curry rice and ochazuke as the main dishes, along with various breads, today's special, today's meat dish, salad, soup, and drinks. Today's special was simmered pork and the meat dish was sausages. I had sausage curry. The curry had no ingredients and the salad was decent. Overall, the service was satisfying with a good selection of dishes. Thank you for the meal.
