We enjoyed the sea urchin hot pot. We dipped angel shrimp and sea bream in a dashi broth with plenty of sea urchin on top. The sweetness of the sea urchin is amazing. The sea urchin porridge with shrimp broth is also delicious. The aroma and sweetness are both delightful. The tempura with the scent of sea urchin goes perfectly with sake. The sashimi and grilled fish are seasoned just right. The popping texture of fresh salmon roe was irresistible. The taro and lotus root cakes were delicious and paired well with sake. The quality of the food for this price is a great deal.
