The joy of stumbling upon a cozy hidden gem of a restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere and delicious food is truly wonderful, isn't it? This place is exactly that kind of spot. At first glance, it may seem like a casual bar focused on drinks (which it is, of course), but the food is also top-notch! I tried the giant oyster fry for the first time, and it was so crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. I also had the shrimp and broccoli ajillo and lamb chops, both of which were delicious. When I found out later, the chef had trained at a Michelin-starred restaurant in France, and it made sense. The drinks were also well thought out for this cold season, with options like hot sangria and homemade orange liqueur. There were so many other dishes I wanted to try, so I'll definitely be going back!

If you're hungry in Ebisu late at night and want to eat, I think this place is the most delicious in Ebisu. The sake and food are both very reasonably priced.

Located a little far from Ebisu Station, this restaurant has a pub-like and casual atmosphere. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes. We started with a toast with beer, followed by a salad and the recommended chicken liver pate. The salad, simple yet perfectly seasoned, was delicious with a dressing that seemed to have grated carrots for added flavor. The chicken liver pate had just the right amount of richness and was a popular choice. We also tried the whitebait and cabbage aglio e olio, which was delicately seasoned and tasty. For the main dish, we debated for a while before deciding on the Matsusaka pork, which was cooked to perfection with just the right thickness of slices for easy eating. The highlight was the bacon and spinach sesame carbonara, which had a wonderful sesame aroma and a light carbonara sauce. The Margherita pizza we ordered was simple yet well-balanced with the dough, tomato sauce, and cheese. The wine selection was easy to understand, with the grape variety and origin clearly labeled. The quality of the food was top-notch, comparable to a high-end restaurant. Despite the casual atmosphere with a TV playing, it was a great experience to enjoy delicious food without any pretense. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

Located near the east exit of Ebisu Station, just a short walk from the station in a back alley near a public bath. At first glance, it looks like a casual bar that you would often find in Ebisu, but the interior is calm and inviting, making it comfortable for all ages. What stands out is the level of the food prepared by the chef, which is not typical for this type of bar. You can enjoy really delicious dishes at a relatively reasonable price. In particular, the pasta dishes are made with seasonal ingredients and interesting combinations. The bar is open until early morning, so you can enjoy their tasty dishes even late at night. During late-night hours, you'll find many regulars from the local area, but even if you're alone at the counter, they will warmly welcome you. This is a recommended spot for hanging out with close friends, going on a date, or just relaxing by yourself. With a variety of dishes available, it can serve as a great first stop without needing to go to a second or third place. They have a good selection of drinks, although I personally would appreciate a wider range of wines. Looking forward to seeing more in the future.

I had been curious about this place ever since I heard about it opening, and finally, I had the chance to visit! I went alone, but was welcomed by two lovely men at the bar counter. The chairs were high but comfortable, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a drink. The chic interior of the restaurant really made the colorful dishes prepared by the head chef stand out. As a vegetable lover who can't eat a lot, I made a special request for smaller portions, and they kindly prepared two delicious dishes for me. I was impressed by how they catered to my preferences, especially the sauces. It's always a pleasure to dine at a place where you can make special requests and feel truly happy. Since I sat at the counter, I had the chance to chat with other regular customers and even interact with the chef and the manager. It was a satisfying and enjoyable experience, and I can already feel the temptation to become a regular customer!

The restaurant is open from evening, has long business hours, offers delicious pasta and pizza even late at night, and is reasonably priced. It has a good atmosphere, a bit away from the station, and is popular among locals who visit after their own restaurants close until the first train. You can enjoy a relaxing drink alone at the counter, or have a fun Italian meal with friends. You can even consider renting the place for a party with around 15 people. I have already tried all the seasonal pasta dishes, so now I always order the "Chef's recommended pasta." It's definitely one of my favorite restaurants.

This shop is located a short walk from Ebisu Station. I was invited by a friend and visited this place. There are still many good shops in Ebisu that I didn't know about. This shop is open until late at night, reasonably priced, has a great atmosphere, and is very convenient to use. The staff provided good customer service, not too pushy but attentive. I was a little hungry that day, so I ordered a salad and pasta. The salad had a lot of vegetables and the dressing was well-balanced and delicious. The pasta was spaghetti with seaweed and clams, and it was delicious! It's the most popular pasta for a reason. Looking around, I noticed that most of the customers were regulars. Good shops are supported by regular customers! I want to become a regular at this wonderful shop! I will visit again when I come to Ebisu. Thank you for the meal. I wish you prosperity.
