I reserved a all-you-can-drink option at a girls' night out, and I was surprised by the high-quality cocktails that were served. I thought the food would just be snacks, but to my delight, delicious dishes kept coming out! When I told the staff that I didn't want to share this hidden gem with others, they asked me not to, but oh well, I'll spill the secret! LOL

I went to the office in Ebisu for the first time in a while. Ebisu has a lot of great shops, but there are few places that are easy to stop by on the way home from work. But I found one!! A world beer dining bar where you can drink craft beers from around the world (*^。^*) <TOKYO HOPS World Beer Dining & Bar Ebisu>. They have a whopping 100 different types of beers from around the world (´ﾟдﾟ｀) They have about 10 types of beers on tap from Italy, Czech Republic, and more. So, I started with a draft beer (^o^)v - Czech Republic/Pilsner Urquell (draft) A refreshing throat sensation after work♬ I was also hungry, so I ordered some snacks. As expected from a dining bar, they have a wide variety of dishes (*^^*) - Edamame with garlic and chili - Specialty potato fries - Banamei shrimp with five-spice powder and garlic - Chicken stew with garlic The Banamei shrimp was plump with a garlic flavor, perfect with beer! The chicken stew was creamy with lots of garlic, like a warm blanket for drinkers ( ´∀｀) With so many options for additional beers, I was having a hard time choosing. The staff recommended a few based on my taste preferences (・∀・) - Indian Blue Demon IPA (draft) It's rare to find Indian Blue Demon beer on draft! It's pleasantly bitter with a refreshing aroma that lingers in your nose (^^) I got carried away and had a couple more drinks (lol) - Italy/Belgian (draft) - USA/goose island IPA I ended with the classic American IPA. Fruity aroma with a strong hoppy finish. IPA lovers will love it (≧∀≦) I was very satisfied with the beer and food. Thank you for the meal. It was empty on this weekday night, but when I tried to visit for a second round on the weekend, it was fully booked (cry) They have counter seats and TV monitors, so maybe it also serves as a sports bar. It might be nice to have a drink alone while watching sports next time (*^^)v

Tokyo Ebisu BAR! This place offers over 100 types of beers including draft beer, bottled beer, and craft beer! It's a 5-6 minute walk from Ebisu Station towards Daikanyama. I couldn't decide between craft beer so I enjoyed a Martini and Manhattan instead. The first beer is delicious! The pickles are homemade and the myoga is spicy, which goes well with the beer. The bartender's cocktails and conversation are excellent at this establishment. I also recommend trying the rum sausage!

The atmosphere of the shop was different from what I expected, it felt like a sophisticated bar for adults!
