Four friends, including my girlfriend, visited the restaurant at 5:30 pm for a 2-hour all-you-can-drink course priced at 4500 yen. Before we arrived, there were ice cones, potato salad, and assorted ham appetizers. Once seated, we ordered a welcome champagne. The majority of customers were women, and the seats were almost full. I recommend this place for those who can drink a lot of alcohol. The atmosphere was very stylish, with a hint of the Harry Potter world. The staff were friendly, and we were given a can of Choya plum wine as a souvenir in the elevator on our way out.

I finally visited this shop that I had been curious about for a while! The interior has a calm and sophisticated atmosphere! I ordered a plum wine tasting course and plum appetizers with dried fruits! You can enjoy each plum wine by adding soda as a chaser and savoring them one by one! The plum-themed appetizers are also delicious! It's a wonderful shop where you can leisurely enjoy plum wine while listening to Jazz music playing in the background!

Japan's proud major plum wine brand "CHOYA". The catchphrase "This is not just plum wine, it's CHOYA" has become a hot topic♪ I finally got to visit this concept bar in Ginza that I've been wanting to go to. I was lucky to make a last-minute reservation over the phone.※By the way, the operating company is (株)RITARYNK, which also operates "Hibiya Bar". I ordered the highest-priced "Premium Flight (2,200 yen including tax)" from the various tasting menus. Some tasted like plums, while others tasted like brandy or whiskey... What could it be? (laughs)【Date and Time of Visit】Saturday (clear skies)/9:05 PM【Queue】Reservation by phone【Amount Spent】4,820 yen for 2 people【Service Time】Approximately 5 minutes

Afternoon tea was very satisfying as I could drink various plum wines! All-you-can-drink for ¥4500 was great value for money. The food was also all about "plums," which was perfect for someone like me who loves plums. Next time, I want to try the dinner course!

I made a reservation online for a bar that is a dream come true for umeboshi lovers, and entered the place with excitement. Everything was umeboshi-flavored! Even the meat had umeboshi sauce, and the appetizer was also a refreshing umeboshi flavor. I was having so much fun and wanted to eat more! I wanted to try everything! However, my friend wasn't as enthusiastic about umeboshi, and said they wanted to try flavors other than umeboshi. I recommend going to this restaurant with a strong determination.

I visited the dining bar "the CHOYA Ginza BAR" operated by CHOYA, a plum wine brand, located on the 7th floor of a building just a one-minute walk from Ginza Station. I made a reservation because I was very interested in trying their original plum wine cocktails and dishes made with plums. I arrived at 5:00 pm for my reservation, but the place was already almost full. I chose a course that was full of plum dishes and drinks, and noticed that many people around me were enjoying shaved ice with plum syrup, which seemed to be a popular item. When we were seated, there was already a plate of appetizers and potato salad on the table, and I couldn't help but wonder how long they had been there. Unfortunately, the potato salad had become lukewarm and I couldn't eat it. The explanations of the dishes and drinks were very detailed, and the recommended drinks were delicious. The CHOYA Flight, which allowed me to compare different plum wines, was definitely worth it. I got to enjoy rare plum wines such as aged ones, original ones, and blends with fruits, experiencing the world of CHOYA. As I left, I was given a canned plum wine soda as a souvenir, ending the dinner time full of plums. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

#Today's sweet treat, the Choya Ginza Bar's ultimate plum-infused shaved ice non-alcoholic version and yuzu mojito without alcohol. The plum espuma is carbonated and fluffy. The ice is drizzled with plum mango syrup. At the bottom is a yogurt that is not too sweet but has a tangy flavor. The additional syrups are all subtly sweet, with a focus on flavor variations. No need to worry about adding too much sweetness. The rich plum and plum wine flavors are enhanced. The yuzu plum offers a wide range of flavors, not just yuzu. The matcha plum is interesting, with frozen Nanko plum on top being sour, so it's best to nibble on it occasionally. However, it's difficult to eat because it's frozen. The spoon is shallow, making it difficult to eat the yogurt, which is a downside. Overall, while this menu is intriguing, it may feel a bit lacking on its own. It seems that an afternoon tea where you can enjoy a variety of plum-based dishes might be better. It's not necessarily the best place for sweet tooths who don't drink alcohol. The hospitality is excellent. Reservations can be made through the official website. It gets very crowded on weekends, so you can't get in without a reservation. #SweetTooth #Dessert #Sweets #Sweet #Dessert #SweetsClub #Snack #TokyoGourmet #TokyoSweets #GinzaSweets #Choya #Plum #Plum #ShavedIce #JapaneseShavedIce #NankoPlum

I had the ultimate shaved ice with plum (1,880 yen). It was a luxurious shaved ice where you can enjoy the taste change with plum syrup of rich plum, yuzu plum, and matcha plum. The yuzu plum had a good aroma and paired well with the yogurt base, making it delicious.

I wanted to meet up with a friend who loves plum wine, so I decided to challenge myself with a plum wine tasting and pairing. The tasting and dinner course pairing of our own brand Choya's plum wine was truly amazing. The plum wine cocktails were also incredibly delicious. Every dish at dinner was prepared with delicious plums. That ice cream-like dish was a creative twist on plum-flavored potato salad. It was amazing! It was a fun and wonderful plum wine feast. I will definitely visit again soon!

I made a reservation about 2 weeks ago and finally got to visit this place that I've been curious about for a while. The restaurant was always fully booked, but I was able to secure a reservation this time.
- Appetizer: Ume Potato Salad
The potato salad in a cone was mixed with crispy umeboshi, creating a delicious and unique flavor.
- Ultimate Flight
The Choya Ultimate Ume
The Choya Selection Deep & Rich
The Choya Selection Sweet & Juicy
Both of the selections are exclusive to restaurants and are said to be unique umeshu varieties. Deep & Rich has a strong and rich flavor due to the crushed seeds, while Sweet & Juicy is sweet and sour with a cute charm.
- Ume Platter with 5 Varieties
This platter included Ume Liquor Cheese Whip Monaka, prosciutto, four-element pork pastrami, seasonal appetizers, and smoked ume. The cheese whip monaka was my favorite.
- Fried Potatoes with Perilla Flavor
The potatoes were fried to perfection, with a creamy interior and a crispy exterior. The perilla flavor was subtle but enjoyable.
- Fried White Fish with Ume Tartar Sauce
The white fish was tender and flavorful, and the ume tartar sauce complemented it perfectly. The crispy fried fish was delicious on its own as well.
- Ume Liquor Cheese Whip Monaka
This dessert was so delicious that I had to order seconds. The atmosphere of the restaurant, with its dim lighting and elegant decor reminiscent of an English library, was very soothing. The scent of smoke filled the air. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

The atmosphere is very nice, and there seems to be enough seating even for large groups. The drinks are all based on plum wine, and many of the snacks also contain plum, making it a plum lover's delight. We were seated in the corner at the far end, but the staff were attentive and checked on us regularly, creating a good vibe. It's a bit pricey, so it may not be ideal for a hearty meal, but it's a great choice for a second stop or as a place to enjoy some drinks.

Ume-themed Afternoon Tea & High Tea (tax included 4,500 yen) Found this incredibly unique afternoon tea and decided to check it out! It was so rare that I was able to make a reservation, even easier than getting a reservation for strawberry-themed tea! It's a limited-time offer until March 18th!!! 🌟 If you love ume (Japanese plum), you will absolutely love this. Especially the potato dish, I couldn't get enough of it. The interior is stylish, and the all-you-can-drink ume liquor is just amazing 🌟 Not to mention, they had a wide variety of ume liquors for tasting, which was so much fun ☺️!!! I thought it was ice cream, but it was actually crispy plum-flavored potato salad. My personal recommendation is to eat the cream cheese-filled monaka with a little bit of umeboshi (pickled plum) - so delicious 🌟 I also received a non-alcoholic ume liquor as a souvenir ☺️ Recommended points: * Wide variety of ume liquors * A must-see for ume lovers * They even have sparkling drinks with ume flavor * Stylish and calming atmosphere The only concern is that the portion of food is a bit small! But with all the unique items, I left completely satisfied. Date of visit: Sunday Tea Time Reservation required (must!) Atmosphere: Table seating, mostly women, with a few men sprinkled in!

As a tourist from Hong Kong, I am looking forward to visiting CHOYA Ginza Bar. I believe that over 95% of Hong Kong people will be trying Japanese plum wine for the first time, and it must be CHOYA. Since it is not available in Hong Kong, I will need to bring my own glass! Next time, I will bring some better friends along to enjoy it together!

I made a reservation for a dinner course with all-you-can-drink alcohol, focusing on plum flavors. When I arrived at my seat, there were dishes like potato salad with crispy plum, ham with plum sauce, and cream cheese-filled pastries. We toasted with plum-flavored champagne. The plum and mackerel mixed rice was delicious, as well as the tender roast beef. There were various types of Choya plum wine and cocktails to choose from, making the all-you-can-drink option worth it. The final cocktail served with dessert was unique and interesting, with options like yogurt-flavored sake and roasted green tea plum wine. For dessert, I chose a platter and a cheesecake, which was creamy and delicious.

It may not be very Instagrammable, but the taste was really to my liking. I can't drink alcohol, but I appreciated being able to choose a non-alcoholic plum wine cream soda. When I got home, I immediately tried to replicate the plum potato salad.

This is a shop that specializes in plum and plum wine, run by Choya. I didn't have the courage to go alone, so I invited my mother and made a reservation when we went on a trip to Tokyo. I made a reservation online in advance. On the day, the show ended earlier than expected, so I called to see if we could come earlier, but they were fully booked for the day. It's definitely a popular place. We adjusted our schedule and arrived at the reserved time. The not-so-large interior was mostly occupied by women! Everyone must really love plum wine. They also offer afternoon tea, and there were people enjoying that course as well. We opted for the 8-dish course with a 2.5-hour all-you-can-drink option. First, we had potato salad, served in the shape of ice cream with plum inside. Then came the appetizer plate, with fish and prosciutto topped with plum sauce. Even the roast beef had plum sauce. The salad had plum dressing, and the crispy burdock root added a nice texture. Of course, we enjoyed the plum wine along with the food, tasting "THE CHOYA FLIGHT" and the "Ultimate Flight" one by one. The plum pickled in black sugar and the 2L plum were exceptionally delicious. Everything was so rich in flavor, truly worthy of Choya. The fried potatoes with shiso seasoning were a great snack, and the tartar sauce with plum flavor was a hit with my mother. The chicken and white sauce dish didn't have much plum flavor, but the mackerel cooked rice that followed was exceptional. It had a strong plum taste, and even though we were already full, I couldn't let my mother waste any of it. Finally, we each chose a plum wine from the menu. My mother's had a lovely smoky aroma when opened. However, the plum wines we tasted in the flight were on a different level. The dessert platter was served at the end, and it was a very satisfying course! I would like to try their afternoon tea next time.

After drinking at the soba restaurant in the same building, I saw this place in the elevator and decided to visit on a whim. It's like a Choya bar. Of course, I had plum wine while enjoying some snacks. It was the evening of the last day of work, and the place was almost full. The concept is interesting, the food is good, and the plum wine is delicious. It's worth a try.

At a regular drinking party with company seniors! When it's just us girls, we tend to want to go to stylish places like this (laughs). We ordered the "Plum Course" and everything from the appetizers to the rice dishes was all about plums! The rice dishes were all delicious and good! And as a drinker, I indulged in plum wine from start to finish! The premium sake and plum cocktails were exquisite! I'll definitely go again!

■Located right in the heart of Ginza with excellent access
■It was crowded on weekends, and the seats were full. Reservation necessity is unclear.
■The plum wine was varied as expected from Choya, allowing for different tasting experiences with various cocktails. The afternoon tea was unique compared to other shops, with salty snacks that paired well with alcohol. However, the taste of the sweets was average, nothing particularly outstanding, which was a bit disappointing.

It was a very cost-effective and satisfying course with all-you-can-drink option. When I informed them that my companion had a mackerel allergy and couldn't eat the meal in the course, they flexibly replaced it with a different menu, which was impressive. The substitute white fish fritter with plum tartar sauce was delicious. We also enjoyed comparing different plum wines. We had a great time.
