This is a favorite restaurant of mine that I have been visiting about once every two days since the pre-opening on April 1st! This place serves dishes omakase style, where the food keeps coming and you can make your own drinks. It costs around 4,000 to 5,000 yen for a two-hour stay. They have homemade gyoza made on the spot, daily vegetable dishes made by the owner, fresh sashimi, and unique drinks like lemon sour made with a whole lemon. It's a great place to eat, drink, and interact with the owner. They are open until 4 am if you enter by 2 am, which is very convenient. Since the dishes are mainly vegetable-based, it's perfect for getting your nutrients when living alone! It would be even better if they were open on Sundays (laughs). [Out of 100 points] Taste: 90 points, Presentation: 80 points, Drinks: 95 points, Cost performance: 90 points, Interior: 80 points, Service: 95 points, Overall: 88.3 points. Evaluation criteria: 0-49 points - Unacceptable, 50-69 points - Bad! 70 points - A little better, 75 points - Alright, 80 points - Quite good, 85 points - Very good, 90 points - Extremely good, 95 points - Outstanding, 100 points - No room for improvement! *In terms of bars, cost performance is the most important factor. If you spend 10,000 yen and get the satisfaction of 20,000 yen worth, it will receive a high rating, but if you spend 20,000 yen and get something average, the rating will be lower. Would you consider it a good bar if it scores 80 points?
