I visited a newly opened restaurant and decided to try their dishes. Liver and leek stir-fry for 880 yen was delicious with crispy vegetables and flavorful liver. Mixed vegetables for 1,080 yen was also tasty with a generous amount of ingredients. I forgot to take a picture of the soupless Chinese-style spare ribs for 1,480 yen. It was served in a large pot with a flame underneath to keep it warm. It had plenty of vegetables and a flavorful, well-seasoned meat.

The inside of the restaurant was clean and tidy. It was convenient to order using a tablet. I ordered stir-fried meat and vegetables, eight treasure vegetables, and spare ribs. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy, very delicious. The spare ribs were served on a hot plate to keep them warm. They were delicious. Thank you for the meal. The staff were energetic and polite, which was nice.

Chicken and cashew nut stir-fry set meal for 890 yen ordered through a touch panel. The restaurant has a main counter and several box seats. I felt like eating chicken and cashew nut stir-fry, so I visited this place. The vegetables are lightly fried once, but the stir-frying time is short, so the onions are a bit spicy, but other than that, it was a delicious cashew nut stir-fry. Chicken and cashew nut stir-fry usually costs around 1000 yen at other places, so I think 890 yen is quite cheap.

I used it for dinner after leaving work in the afternoon. I ordered the Pork and Wood Ear Mushroom Stir-fry Set Meal for 690 yen, which is available from 5:00 to 11:00 PM. The amount of rice was too much, so I asked them to reduce it. It comes with soup and pickles. It's nice that there are plenty of ingredients, but the taste was a bit too strong.

I visited the restaurant at 4:00 PM on a regular day. There were two other groups of customers inside. I was seated and ordered using a tablet. The water served was too warm, so I asked for cold water or ice, but they said the ice machine was broken and they had no ice. I wondered if that meant they couldn't make the cold noodles I wanted, but they said they could. I ordered the cold noodle and half fried rice set for 950 yen. Even at this time, it seemed like they were still serving lunch. Since the water was too warm, I ordered a ginger ale in a bottle, thinking it would be cold, but it came with ice in a glass. The food arrived in less than 10 minutes. The cold noodles were properly chilled with ice, but the taste was just average. I had a high expectation for the fried rice at this kind of restaurant, but it was also just average. The set came with salad, pickled vegetables, and almond jelly, which was a good deal for 950 yen. Overall, it was okay, but I probably won't visit again. Thank you for the meal.

When passing by, the first thing that caught my eye was the price. All-you-can-eat for 2,480 yen? Isn't that incredibly cheap? There seem to be around 100 varieties, but not many people were there. Maybe because it's a new place, I thought. So, I came at night with great interest. They don't provide wet towels, so I washed my hands thoroughly in the restroom. The menu has a variety of options, but wow, the plates are huge. Even though there were three of us, the portions were about 1.5 times what we expected, making it hard to make up for the cost. Normally, this would be something to be happy about, but I wanted to try a wider variety at an all-you-can-eat place. They tell you not to leave any leftovers at the beginning. They have fried rice, Shanghai yakisoba, porridge, and more. It would be helpful if the items with quantities listed were more clearly marked. The shumai are quite large, so I recommend trying them early on. The river shrimp were bigger than I thought, but still delicious. Everything had generous portions, but the shrimp chili was just average. When I started feeling full, I refreshed myself with tomatoes, edamame, and almond jelly, which were also served in large portions as expected. It might be best to go with about four people. The staff seemed to be Chinese and used a translation device to show me the Japanese translation, which was nice. The sweet and sour pork and stir-fried dishes seemed a bit bland, but the fried rice and yakisoba were perfectly seasoned. The chicken wings that I couldn't finish were even bigger than the ones at Yamachan. When I took them home, they were priced at 580 yen each. If you're confident in your ability to eat a lot, I recommend giving this place a try. It's quite affordable in this area.

Ramen shop on the street in front of the battleship building with a flashy exterior? The taste was much better than expected from the appearance (sorry!). Visited with a friend for dinner on a weekday. We ordered the dinner limited miso ramen for 690 yen to share, along with the crab fried rice (not a typo) for 1080 yen. The fried rice came with tofu and egg Chinese-style soup, and we also ordered the pork, mushroom, and egg stir-fry for 880 yen. Orders were placed using a tabletop tablet. There is a category page for "Dinner Limited All Items 690 yen" with 6 items listed. We were torn between ordering the dinner pork, mushroom, and egg stir-fry set for 690 yen or ordering it as a single item. However, since we wanted to try the fried rice, we opted for the single item. We later regretted not getting a doggy bag for the leftovers. The fried rice arrived shortly after ordering, followed by the mushroom and egg stir-fry, and then the miso ramen. The fried rice was okay, but it was made with imitation crab instead of real crab meat. The taste was good, but the value for money was not great. The accompanying soup was excellent in terms of ingredients and flavor. The pork, mushroom, and egg stir-fry, on the other hand, was exceptionally delicious with a generous portion and rich flavor. The amount of egg used was impressive, especially considering the current egg price increase. The miso ramen was also delightful, with plenty of vegetables, pork, noodles, and flavorful broth. The pork used was surprisingly tasty. Overall, despite the flashy and suspicious appearance, the food turned out to be delicious. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the quality of the ingredients. The restaurant also offers all-you-can-eat options, but we did not opt for it as we do not eat much. The lemon-infused water on the table was a nice touch. While the crab fried rice may not be recommended, the overall food quality is good, and with careful menu selection, you can enjoy a delicious and cost-effective meal. We will probably come back again. Thank you for the meal.

2023.03.26 (Sun) Rain, First visit, Entered at 12:56, 3 customers before, 5 customers after, Served Vegetable Tanmen at 12:59 for 890 yen. Visited a continental Chinese restaurant that caught my eye when commuting on Sundays. (The purpose was Vegetable Tanmen!!) I entered and sat at a 4-seater table near the entrance. Ordered the "Vegetable Tanmen (single item)" I was aiming for using the touch panel menu. The water was self-service. There were glasses and a pot on the table. Soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, GABAN white pepper powder, and S&B shichimi togarashi were all available on the table. It took about 3 minutes to be served. The noodles were slightly dark yellow curly thick noodles. The texture was good with a slight chewiness and firmness. Ingredients: Pork, cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, onions, leeks, and wood ear mushrooms. The ingredients such as pork and vegetables were lightly stir-fried before being combined with the soup. The pork was diced belly meat with a firm texture and lacked the juiciness of fatty meat, tasting somewhat bland. The cabbage had a strong crunchiness. The other vegetables were cooked just right and easy to eat. The amount of vegetables was slightly over 250g. The wood ear mushrooms had a pleasant chewy texture. The soup had a cloudy salty flavor with a base of chicken broth and aromatic vegetables. It had a unique flavor, possibly from continental seasonings, with just the right amount of saltiness and a moderate oiliness. The light pepper flavor from the white pepper powder was noticeable, and there was a hint of bitterness, possibly from the vegetables or seasonings. Finished all the noodles and ingredients. Since the soup had a slight unpleasant taste, I left most of it. The salad consisted of shredded cabbage, purple cabbage, and carrots with sesame dressing, which tasted good like store-bought dressing. It seemed a bit watery, possibly from sitting for a while. The pickled zha cai was thinly sliced, spicy, and had a good texture, but it was overly salty. The almond jelly had a smooth texture and rich flavor, although the portion was small. Overall, the noodles and ingredients were satisfactory. The soup had a slight bitterness, which was a bit disappointing. With the salad, pickles, and almond jelly included, the cost performance was decent. The service was ordinary. The interior was clean and had a sense of cleanliness, likely because it had only been open for less than half a year. Thank you for the meal.

I love Mapo Tofu, so I have tried Mapo Tofu from various places, but this was the first time using a whole block of tofu. The Chinese auntie brought over the set meal saying "It's hot, it's hot" while carrying a sizzling stone pot like Bibimbap. When I lifted the lid, the Mapo Tofu was bubbling away loudly. I tried to eat some salad and soup while waiting for it to cool down, but it took a while to calm down. When I accidentally put it in my mouth, it was sure to burn my tongue. The taste was okay. The strong impact of the sizzling pot may have negatively affected the taste evaluation, giving it a bit of a punchline feel. It's not very spicy, so it might not be satisfying for those who love extremely spicy food. Also, be careful with the oil splatter on your clothes. Maybe the restaurant just opened? The interior is clean, and there are thoughtful shelves to place your belongings.

Jellyfish set meal with 3 dumplings for 1,070 yen. The dumplings have a rough cut and a crunchy texture with a ginger flavor. The jellyfish and egg stir-fry set meal is richly seasoned. The pickled vegetables have a strong spicy taste and aroma that explodes in your mouth. The soup has a strong peppery flavor.

I visited the restaurant on a regular night. It was around 22:00 after work, and I found it while walking towards the station on a different route than usual. **Outside the restaurant:** It's about a 7-minute walk from Hamamatsucho. It's located near Zojoji Temple, and I saw a sign for a dinner-only 690 yen menu. I decided to go in because I wanted something cheap and filling. **Inside the restaurant:** There were a few counter seats and table seats in the small restaurant. Despite the late hour, there were a few customers. Each seat had a tablet for ordering. I ordered the Ma Po fried rice (690 yen), which is a night-only menu. **Food:** The food arrived in about 2 minutes, as fast as serving curry rice (laughs). I was surprised and didn't have high expectations, but it was actually quite delicious. The Ma Po had a good amount of numbing spiciness from the Sichuan pepper, and the tofu was plentiful. The fried rice was fluffy and tasty. It wasn't overpowering, which complemented the Ma Po well. **Overall:** I didn't expect much due to the low price, but the food was surprisingly good. The restaurant is open late, so I might visit occasionally in the future.

During regular lunch hours, I revisited the restaurant just before 12 o'clock. The restaurant was 90% full, with many solo salarymen and office ladies. Orders were placed using tablets, and I ordered the same menu as last time: pork and mushroom stir-fried with egg set meal for ¥890, which is a limited-time lunch menu. It took 5-6 minutes from ordering to serving. The taste was similar to last time, slightly on the sweet side, likely due to the eggs. I think it would be better if the dish had a bit less moisture so that the egg flavor could stand out more. The Chinese egg drop soup had a good amount of saltiness, unlike the typical bland taste found in Chinese restaurants. If the texture of the white rice could be improved, it would be even better, but considering the price of ¥890, it's understandable. Given the location and effort put in by the business, I am grateful and will definitely revisit.

Oh, oh... it's become more delicious~! Just last month everything was bland, but now it's richer and has a Chinese taste! Even the soup, which was tasteless before, now tastes like Chinese soup! The gyoza also seems crispier. I tried the mapo tofu for the first time this time. It's so rich! I finished the rice in no time. There's a lot of meat in it too! I'm so happy. It's my third visit and I'm completely satisfied. During lunchtime, only set meals are available. Individual items are not available. I wish they had individual items too. Thank you for the meal!

I was craving Chinese food so I went to a restaurant in Minato-ku on a Sunday afternoon because they were offering a 20% PayPay point refund. I thought even if it's just a local Chinese restaurant, it wouldn't be too bad, but I was wrong. The food wasn't terrible, but it wasn't delicious either. I could have done without eating there. The pickles were especially lacking in flavor, they should either increase the portion or use smaller bowls. The staff seemed indifferent, not sure if they were really listening to what customers were saying. The interior had LED lights in 7 different colors and loud American hit songs playing, creating a bizarre atmosphere. If the food is meant to match that vibe, then it might make sense. Despite being unusually clean for a local Chinese restaurant, if they fix the LED lights, music, and food... it could become a great restaurant.

In the 63rd restaurant attack in the Shibuya area, there are tablets at each table for ordering, which is becoming more common lately. After waiting for about 10 minutes due to the crowded interior, the food arrives. The tantanmen catches the eye with its large blue mustard greens. The soup has a moderate spiciness and retains its heat until the end. The noodles are medium-thin wavy noodles that are a bit soft. The minced meat with spiciness adds an accent, but overall it's simple. It would be nice if it had a bit more personality. The fried rice has a colorful mix of ingredients with a subtly seasoned and delicious taste. It's a bit difficult to eat towards the end because it's served on a flat plate. Although the ordering system is automated, payment is done by taking the paper order ticket to the register for payment, which may not be very efficient as the staff handle each transaction individually. Thank you for the meal.

As I was looking for a place to have lunch, I stumbled upon a new restaurant that had opened up. And they were offering a 20% PayPay cashback deal in Minato Ward. Of course, I had to check it out. You can order using the touch panel at your table. So, I decided to go for my favorite, the five-ingredient Cantonese noodles (890 yen) with an additional 100 yen for a set of fried rice. In no time, my order arrived! Wait, there's a strong smell of garlic... Garlic fried rice? No, it's definitely the smell of the Cantonese noodles. The dish has some ingredients, but it lacks the expected thickness. Let's try the soup first... Hmm, the taste is a bit different from what I imagined. It's not bad, but it's not what I had in mind. I feel like the garlic and ginger flavors are overpowering. I also wish the Cantonese noodles had more thickness to them. The soup seems a bit oily, and I wonder what kind of fat they used. The ingredients are decent for the price of 890 yen... I guess. I wish they put more effort into the meat. The noodles are average. The fried rice from the set is just there, nothing special. But for 100 yen, it's acceptable. I might be a bit critical when it comes to evaluating this dish on its own. However, considering the five-ingredient Cantonese noodles I had, I might be a bit harsh. Maybe things are different at night when it turns into an izakaya. Would I go back again? Not sure. It might depend on the timing. Overall, it was an okay meal.

Weekday lunchtime around 12 o'clock, I visited the restaurant for the first time. The seating inside was about 80% full, and there was a line forming outside the restaurant. I ordered the pork ginger stir-fry lunch set from the tablet menu, which came with a regular portion of rice for ¥890. Although you can get free refills or a larger portion of rice, be aware that ordering it through the tablet will incur an additional charge, so it's better to order verbally from the staff. The food was served in about 7-8 minutes, and the ginger stir-fry looked very shiny and sweet, which was confirmed after the first bite. I'm not a fan of sweet dishes, so I added plenty of seven-spice chili powder for a spicy kick. The shredded cabbage salad was fine, but having the same ingredient in both the salad and the main dish felt a bit redundant. The rice was of good quantity and quality, suitable for those who prefer quantity over taste. The dessert of almond jelly was a refreshing end to the meal, balancing out the sweetness. The restaurant had partitions separating the counter and table seats, with mirrors on the ceiling and neon lights, giving it a bar-like atmosphere. I found it interesting and will definitely revisit this place.

During a regular weekday lunchtime, I revisited a restaurant a little past 11:30 AM and found that it was just opening with only 10% of the tables occupied. Orders were placed through a tablet, and I chose the pork and egg stir-fry with mushrooms set meal for ¥890. The meal was served in about 8 minutes, and it was quite filling! The eggs and pork belly were cooked just right and went well together. The dish was a bit soupy, but dipping the rice in the sauce made it even better. If there were more mushrooms, it would have been perfect! I will definitely visit this restaurant again!

The overall taste is still gentle. I wish it was a bit more authentic! I tried ordering dumplings for the first time. I wanted more of a homemade feel rather than frozen. The Stir-Fried Pork with Green Peppers set meal was satisfying with a good portion, including 3 dumplings, all for 1070 yen. The cost performance is good! The staff are as friendly as ever. There is a new Chinese restaurant that recently opened near Hamamatsucho or Daimon, close to Shiba Park. They offer a dinner set for 690 yen, which is a great deal. I started with a 100 yen "Tris Highball" for alcohol disinfection. The appetizer was a 3-piece set of delicious "gyoza". The main dish was a flavorful "mapo fried rice" with a good level of spiciness. It also came with a generous portion of "Chinese soup". Overall, it was a tasty meal. P.S. If you use PayPay as part of a campaign in Minato-ku, you might get 20% cashback (lol).
