They also provide paper aprons for odor control. ✔︎ Gutsy draft beer It was a hot day that didn't feel like the rainy season, so I ordered a large size of draft beer. It may not look like it in the photo, but I think it's twice the normal size. I drink fast, so it's not a problem for me, but for those who drink slowly, the regular size may be recommended to prevent it from getting warm. ✔︎ Absolute Namul A mixture of Namul and Korean seaweed. Enhances the deliciousness of Namul. This appetizer alone could go well with several beers. ✔︎ Salad from here The so-called Cholegi salad. The sesame oil-based dressing stimulates the appetite. This salad definitely goes well with grilled meat. ✔︎ Legendary Assortment Jr. The awaited meat. A must-order dish when visiting this restaurant. The half-size of the legendary assortment includes thick tongue, thick skirt steak, and thick fillet. We ordered the small size for three people, but it still had quite an impact. The staff skillfully cooked the meat to perfection, so we just watched. The tongue and skirt steak were cut and finished on the shichirin grill. I like rare, so I quickly picked up both types and ate them. The tongue was incredibly tender, unlike anything I've had before. The skirt steak provided a satisfying meaty texture. The fillet, which was finished in the kitchen and served with garlic chips, green onions, and ponzu sauce, was also delicious. This rare and tender tongue, including scallions, was served with wasabi. The taste was incredibly delicious, and it completely overturned my expectations of tongue. ✔︎ Shiramori 7 points A platter of horumon including maruchou, engawa, nodonankotsu, binnta, nodochinko, shimachou, and tansuji, the contents vary depending on the day's supply. While horumon is typically enjoyed with miso or sauce for a rich flavor, the recommended option here is salt. The freshness and quality of the ingredients are evident, showcasing the restaurant's confidence. This dish allows you to fully enjoy the distinctive textures and umami of each type of horumon. ✔︎ Cheese Meat Rice Rice topped with meat and sauce, absorbed the flavors, topped with cheese, and baked in a stone pot. This was a somewhat sinful way to end the meal, but it was incredibly delicious. A solidly flavored ending even after enjoying the presence of the hearty meat. ✔︎ Ice Gratin Even had dessert. A cool down after a hot meal. Vanilla ice cream with a crispy surface and a browned top. After the beer, I enjoyed lemon sour and vice sour. Usually, I start with drinks, but the meat was so delicious this time that I thoroughly enjoyed eating. I was completely captivated by the deliciousness of the chunky meat. A restaurant where you can rediscover the deliciousness of meat. Highly recommended for times when you want to recharge with a hearty energy boost, especially in the upcoming season.
