"Special Kobe Beef Lunch Hamburg Course" (with rice changed to garlic rice). The hamburg steak is made by combining minced Kobe beef with salt, pepper, sautéed onions, and diced baguette from a certain bakery in Kobe. The steak is cooked slowly, with beef fat oil drizzled over it. You can enjoy watching the process while dining on roast beef, salad, grilled vegetables (including red konjac). The baguette turns into croutons, adding a nice texture to the hamburger. I tried it with original sauce, mustard soy sauce, and ponzu, and mustard soy sauce was my favorite. They serve a 230g portion, cut in half to prevent it from getting cold, which is a nice touch. The meal ends with garlic rice cooked right in front of you, which was so delicious that I wanted seconds. I had a great time chatting with the cook, who is from the local area, and overall, it was a very satisfying lunch. I'm looking forward to trying the steak and hamburger next time."

Many customers from overseas also think that this restaurant represents the best of Japanese teppanyaki. The meat is incredibly delicious. The focus is not on the performance of cooking, but on truly delicious grilling. The careful and smooth movements of the chef's hands were a pleasure to watch. Also, the garlic rice served at the end is delicious! The appetizers, made with truffles and other high-quality ingredients, are also delicious, but what remains in memory is definitely the Kobe beef.

This is a branch of a shop that is mainly located in Kansai, in Ginza, Tokyo. You can enjoy delicious Kobe beef here. When I visited right after the opening, there were hardly any customers. You can watch the wonderful meat being grilled right in front of you.

I visited for a special dinner with my partner. I was worried if I could finish the 120-gram Kobe beef sirloin, but I had no problem finishing it! The fat of Kobe beef was so light and it felt like I was drinking soup. It was delicious~ The staff's service was polite and I had a pleasant dining experience.

I ordered two lunches, one costing around 4000 yen for a hamburger and one costing around 5500 yen for a lean steak. The lean steak was normal, but the hamburger was unique and delicious. The hamburger with bread coating was crispy and crunchy, absorbing the oil, similar to a minced cutlet.

The restaurant is located about a 7-8 minute walk from Shinbashi Station (about a 5-minute walk from Ginza Station). We made a reservation in advance and visited with a group of four. This was our second visit. We had a private room and enjoyed the chef's choice steak course, which included dishes like foie gras, and even garlic rice for the finale. As expected, the omakase course costs over 20,000 yen per person. The meal was incredibly delicious. Thank you for the feast.

I had Kobe beef fillet and sirloin. Kobe beef is definitely best as steak in Tokyo! It might be better to leave it to the professionals rather than cooking it yourself, haha. I've also had Kobe beef yakiniku in Kobe, but it's just not the same as in Tokyo. The fillet was seasoned with just salt. It was so tender and full of flavor. Just a little salt made me happy! The sirloin was served with mustard sauce, which was also delicious! Lastly, the garlic rice was seasoned perfectly and tasted great!

Shopping in Ginza at GW. Lunch at that time. Usually when going out with two people, it becomes "yakiniku", so this time I thought about having meat but maybe teppanyaki, and made a reservation on a certain website. Kobe beef lean 100g steak lunch course (4,950 yen) Since it was my first time at the restaurant, I chose the most reasonable course. The restaurant had a long counter typical of teppanyaki restaurants, and a separate room with a counter that could accommodate 7-8 people. The appetizer platter consisted of roast beef and prosciutto. Surprisingly, there was a lemon sour available, which is rare in these types of places, so I went for that. The salad was colorful and the topping of colorful popping pearls was made from seaweed. The vegetables were also fresh. My partner ordered medium rare, while I asked for mine to be cooked a little more than medium. Red konjac is rare for teppanyaki, right!? The plate came with garlic chips, rock salt, pepper, and mustard mixed with soy sauce. They cooked the meat in two batches to match our eating pace, which I thought was nice. (So this is half the amount) In addition to the vegetables, there were lotus roots and bean sprouts. The meat was delicious! As I have come to prefer lean meat with age, the balance of fat, tenderness, and volume were just right. The garlic rice (+500 yen) was not too strong in flavor and was easy to eat without getting tired of it. I took a little break with dessert and coffee... I asked if there might be a smoking area, and was told that there is a smoking corner on the balcony. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, and the meat was delicious, but the service was a bit lacking, such as not bringing our coats or stored luggage when welcoming us or during payment. So overall, it was not a perfect experience, but still good.

I visited Kobe Beef Steak Ishida in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo for lunch. The atmosphere is elegant with a lot of natural light coming in through the windows. I didn't make a reservation, but it was okay. I was looking forward to trying the unique hamburger steak here! The hamburger steak is wrapped in croutons and slowly cooked with oil, resulting in a tender and delicious meat. The texture of the hamburger steak is crispy and also very tasty! The variety of sauces offered was also great.

The highlight is their recently introduced hamburger course for 3060 yen! Advance reservation is required! The meal included roast beef appetizer, colorful salad, seasonal grilled vegetables, and for an additional 550 yen, you can switch to garlic rice. It also comes with pickles and red miso soup. A mini dessert and coffee are served at the end. The main dish is a special hamburger made with 100% Kobe beef, only available during lunch. It is a hefty 220g patty, seasoned simply with salt and pepper, and cooked using a French technique called "arrose," where heated beef fat is drizzled over the patty for 20 minutes. The result is a flavorful and juicy hamburger with a crispy crust. Half of it is served with grilled vegetables, while the other half is enjoyed with rice. The garlic rice, prepared in front of you, is fluffy and delicious. The restaurant's expertise is evident in the flavors. The meal is satisfying even for men due to its generous portion. The refreshing yuzu sherbet and coffee served after the meal provide a perfect ending. I enjoyed it so much that I want to come back for the hamburger again next time!

It was delicious anyway! Four of us went. We wanted to compare, so we had the special selection of Kobe beef as the main dish, along with Chateaubriand, fillet, two types of sirloin, foie gras, the restaurant's original hamburger, abalone, spiny lobster, and garlic rice. The special Chateaubriand was clearly different. It was juicy yet light, with a sweetness that melted in the mouth. My friend was impressed with the foie gras, which had no odor, was crispy on the outside, and juicy in the middle, cooked to perfection. In the past, when I went to famous high-end teppanyaki restaurants and ordered the best meat, I would get heartburn from just 60g and end up sharing with the people I was with. I thought that high-quality meat was fatty, but this time it was completely different. I could eat 100g of meat easily. Afterward, I felt satisfied and refreshed, with no heartburn at all, just delicious satisfaction! I was amazed. I heard that even with the same high-quality beef, there can be differences in cooking methods that affect heartburn. It was a first-time experience! The spiny lobster had an incredibly delicious sauce. The visually impressive thick hamburger is carefully cooked over time. It's more like a minced cutlet than a hamburger. The garlic rice, pickles, and red miso soup were all excellent without being overwhelming! It was my first time at this restaurant, and I wanted to try everything on the menu, so I consulted with the manager. He recommended a delicious selection of a la carte dishes and a special course. Located on the 7th floor of a dining building in Ginza 7-chome, this restaurant offers creative teppanyaki dishes with Kobe beef steak as the main feature, with private rooms available. I visited for the first time based on a friend's recommendation and reservation. I had previously visited their store in Ishigaki Island. I dined with two others and enjoyed the chef's recommended dishes with a highball in hand. It was incredibly delicious. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I was drawn to Kobe beef and visited this restaurant. I changed the rice to garlic rice. The meat was served in two portions. Therefore, the image shows only half of the meat (one portion). I chose the cheapest lean meat course for lunch, but it was delicious enough.

This is my 4th visit. I've been to several teppanyaki restaurants, but the meat here is my favorite. The restaurant is also very clean, so you can enjoy your meal comfortably. The size and freshness of the foie gras are one of the reasons I keep coming back. It gives me the energy to do my best again from tomorrow.

Visited a steakhouse in Ginza for the first time during my annual trip back to Kobe. The chef at the Ginza branch is also from a Kobe restaurant, so we had a great time chatting about Kobe throughout the meal. We enjoyed the Kobe beef lean steak lunch course for 4950 yen with a garlic rice upgrade for an additional 550 yen, and seared foie gras for 3850 yen. My wife had a lemon sour for 770 yen, while I started with a Yamazaki highball for 1430 yen and had two rocks for 1320 yen each as we leisurely savored our meal. The counter seats were filled with female customers, giving the place a slightly different vibe from the main branch. The meat was cooked in small portions, allowing us to enjoy the tender and delicious lean steak. My wife, who had some difficulty using chopsticks due to a stroke three years ago, was touched when the chef quietly placed forks and spoons in front of her without her having to ask. This thoughtful gesture made her dining experience much more enjoyable. In Kobe, you have to be prepared to spend around 40,000-50,000 yen per person for steak at places like Aragawa, and around 10,000-20,000 yen at Ishida, Kawamura, or the more affordable Ito Grill. It's great that now in Tokyo, aside from Ito Grill, we have more options to enjoy quality steak.

I visited this restaurant for the first time for a meal with a customer in the future. The taste, cost performance, and location were all good. However, during the cooking, the grill chefs were the only ones present, and whenever they had free time, they immediately went to assist a regular customer. This was the first time I experienced this, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I'm glad I did a trial visit.

I had the Kobe beef course. The meat was cooked in two separate rounds. The second round was more tender as it was cooked through with residual heat. The appetizers, salad, soup, teppanyaki vegetables, and other dishes besides the main meat were all meticulously prepared and incredibly delicious. We received detailed explanations about the dishes, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely like to visit again.

Stylish atmosphere. I made a reservation for 7:30 and visited. Since it was a weekday, I thought there wouldn't be many people, and indeed there were no other customers. I sat at the counter. Personally, I like being able to watch them cook right in front of me at the counter. The staff also spoke English, which was great. I forgot to take a picture of the steak, so please forgive me. The meat was delicious.

I visited this yakiniku restaurant in Kobe before and it was delicious, so I decided to try the new one in Ginza. There is also a restaurant with the same name in Ginza SIX, but it seems to be a franchise, while this one in Kobe is the original store. It is located about a 6-7 minute walk from Shinbashi Station, in a corner of a new building. Kobe beef is known to be expensive, but the cost performance of this restaurant is exceptional. This time, I went for lunch and ordered the Kobe beef lean steak lunch for 4,500 yen. It's a great deal to be able to enjoy Kobe beef at this price. I also ordered the Kobe beef hamburger and changed the rice to garlic rice for an additional 500 yen. From appetizers to main dishes to desserts, it's a very good deal. The Kobe beef cooked on the teppan in front of me was cooked to perfection by the staff. The main Kobe beef dish was outstanding. I have been to other Kobe beef steak restaurants before, but this one is exceptional. The fat is not overwhelming, and honestly, you can easily eat a pound of it (laughs). I highly recommend tasting the umami of the lean meat with just salt. The Kobe beef hamburger is also voluminous, with a crispy exterior and a meaty interior that is almost too good to be called a hamburger. It's almost like a steak (laughs). The teppan counter seats are spacious, and the stylish space allows you to relax without being bothered by the person next to you. This Ginza restaurant where you can taste real meat at a reasonable price is excellent in terms of cost performance. It seems suitable for private rooms for business entertainment, and it's a perfect place for a date as well. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal.
