タケマシュラン
Ebisu's "Tora no Ana" owner runs a referral-only restaurant called "Ura Tora." The phone number and location are not disclosed. Let's start with the leeks. The owner's roots are in Korea, and their miso, passed down through generations, is exceptionally delicious. The sardines are fatty and rich. Just dipping them in soy sauce allows the fat to spread smoothly. The garlic chives taste more like strong green onions than garlic. These little appetizers come out at a good pace, which is nice. The oyster gratin is technically a gratin, but the oyster flavor dominates and is delicious. Eggplant in a thick sauce. This eggplant is delicious. It's fresh, juicy, and full of flavor, perfect with the richly seasoned meat sauce. Grated nagaimo topped with fresh seaweed. The seaweed's ocean flavor explodes in your mouth. Six plates of dumplings with leeks, onions, green onions, lotus root, shiitake mushrooms, and garlic are served. Each one is delicious, but maybe there was no need to eat them in a luxurious restaurant like ours. I also accepted the shiitake dumplings for those who don't like shiitake, so I'm full. A dish made from the sardines mentioned at the beginning. Oh, delicious. The fat is just right, and the umami is concentrated, making it one of the best sardine dishes I've ever had. Oden is served. The octopus balls and hanpen are delicious. They are among the best I've ever had. Water dumplings are also thrown into the pot. Although the restaurant's main dish is steak, I ended up eating dumplings only (laughs). Bone crackers. Although wine was the main drink that day, the taste makes you want sake. Stewed hormone (?). As expected from a yakiniku restaurant, the quality of the hormone is excellent. It's fatty, but there's no unpleasant taste. The main event, T-bone steak, is served. The surface is crispy and fragrant, while the inside is almost raw, my favorite doneness. It's very delicious, but I ate too much in the beginning, so I'm feeling uncomfortable. The salad is also delicious, but unfortunately, my stomach is too full to enjoy it. But I ate it. The tomatoes are delicious. Arrabbiata. Well, this is just a regular arrabbiata. It has a medium level of flavor regardless of whether you're full or not. The curry has a very strong acidity, similar to hayashi rice before simmering. Dessert is shaved ice and soft serve ice cream. This is delicious. It's a special shaved ice made with water from Mount Fuji, and despite being at the peak of fullness, I ate every bite. This restaurant serves a variety of dishes made with excellent ingredients, and I haven't been this full in a long time. It reminded me of the rush at Motomachi Umemiya. Next time, I want to plan more strategically, focus on the steak, and leave some room in my stomach while enjoying the meal.
