I finally got to eat. The Napolitan with a sunny-side-up egg on top had a good aroma and the sauce mixed just right, giving me the taste of Napolitan I was craving. It would have been even better with a small salad. The daily specials also looked delicious, so I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal.

Nice to meet you, I'm Chappy Jinbo. I'd like to ask a favor. The restaurant is called Yukyu An, located at 2-12-5 Nakane, Meguro-ku. The phone number is 03-6421-3769. The nearest station is Todai University Station. This time I visited during lunchtime. I chose the Napolitan from the lunch menu, which costs 850 yen. The restaurant has a unique atmosphere, not too spacious but not too cramped either. The Napolitan was chewy with a sunny-side-up egg on top. It was rich and surprisingly filling, so I was satisfied. They also offer takeout options, making it convenient for lunchtime visits. That's about it. See you again.

A nice staff and a simple lunch. It was tasty. The entrance may seem unwelcoming, but the inside is quite cozy.

[UQAN2016-02-13] - Dish: Neapolitan (large portion) - Price: ¥800 - Contents: Neapolitan (bacon, mushrooms, onions), separately cooked bell peppers and bacon - Impression: Forget about al dente! It's well-fried and nostalgically delicious. The separately cooked bell peppers are great too! [Restaurant] - Interior: Spacious with counter seats, table seats, and sofa seats, with lots of comics - Table items: Parmesan cheese, Tabasco, basket of forks and spoons, toothpicks, paper napkins - Staff: There was one older sister working on the day I visited - Overall: A café bar located underground about 200m from the Todai-Daigaku Station exit, on the right side.

[Today's Napolitan] UQAN (Toryu Daigaku) Today's Napolitan is at Toryu Daigaku! Just turn right after exiting Toryu Daigaku Station, continue along the street, and you will find the cafe UQAN just before the Seven Eleven building with stairs leading to the basement. It's about a 3-minute walk from the station. UQAN is a cafe known for its Napolitan dish, with the Napolitan illustration on its website being a symbol of their love for it. The entrance may be a bit hard to find, but just follow the Napolitan illustration to locate it. Descend the stairs to the basement floor where you will find a stylish, dimly lit cafe run by a young man and a lady. I was curious about the toppings! Of course, I ordered the Napolitan, and it seems like you can choose additional toppings. While the "all toppings" option was tempting, I decided to consult with my stomach. In the end, I ordered the Napolitan with thick-cut bacon! After placing my order, the cooking process began. The sizzling sound from the kitchen next to us was like a standard vegetable stir-fry. After waiting for about 5 minutes, the Napolitan arrived. The thick-cut bacon was amazing! The Napolitan with medium-thick noodles, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms was visually appealing with the bell peppers placed on the side. The presence of the thick-cut bacon was outstanding! It turned out to be a Napolitan with a strong impact. In conclusion, you can take home a postcard with the Napolitan illustration! Rating: ★★★★☆ --------------------------------------- 2-12-5 Nakan, Meguro-ku, Tokyo Napolitan: 750 yen + Bacon: 150 yen

I wanted to eat pasta at a public university, so I checked the reviews and it looked delicious, so I decided to go in. First, the location was a bit hard to find, so I got a little lost. I arrived around 12 o'clock, but was told that it would take some time to cook the pasta. I had my heart set on having spaghetti, so I waited. There was a group of regular customers there, which made me feel a bit out of place... There was no menu at the entrance, so I wondered if they only served regular customers. The pasta seemed to be fresh and chewy. The portion size wasn't very big. Apparently, they offer free extra portions, so definitely go for that. It might be a nice place for drinks in the evening.

I visited for lunch today. It was around 2 o'clock so the lunch rush was over and the restaurant was almost empty (maybe I planned it that way★). I ordered the recommended Napolitan dish. While waiting, I read magazines in the restaurant so I didn't get bored. I could hear the sizzling sound from the kitchen, which made me even more hungry. The Napolitan dish that came out was quite generous in portion. (Lunch comes in a large serving for free, but even the regular portion was quite substantial) It had big bacon on top, thick bacon inside, mushrooms, and onions, giving it a true Napolitan feel. The noodles were a bit firm with a good chew. The sauce was not too heavy and had just the right amount of volume. I enjoyed it without getting tired of it. After the meal, I had a coffee and flipped through the magazine. If I had the time, I would have loved to stay here and relax. The cozy atmosphere with sofa seats added to the relaxing vibe. I was also intrigued by the homemade apple pie, so I would like to come back and try it at the cafe next time.

Lunchtime has arrived. The interior of the restaurant is dark, as it is located underground, and a young staff member is busy moving around behind the counter. It seems that the place turns into a dining bar at night, which makes sense given the atmosphere of the interior. When I asked for a recommendation, I was suggested to try the grilled chicken, so I ordered that. I was able to choose from several sauces, and when I couldn't decide, I was told that I could have a half and half with two different sauces, so I went with that. The chicken was well marinated and delicious. The sauces were tartar-like and a tangy one, both of which paired well with the chicken and were tasty. Additionally, there was a dish with layers of pickled radish and cheese, like a mille-feuille, served as a side. It was a flavor I had never tasted before, but it was quite delicious. Rice was refillable, but it was self-service. The water provided was mineral water, and you had to pour it yourself from the bottle at the counter. For an extra 150 yen, you could get coffee, but I didn't have time for it this time, so I left after the meal. The dim lighting may not be ideal for dining with family, but the food was tasty and the interior had a stylish feel, so I plan to come back with friends at night next time.

I went for lunch on Saturday. The lunch menu only had two options - pork tongue curry and spaghetti Napolitan. The atmosphere was like a hidden gem, with lots of books and a cozy feel where you could relax and spend some time. I went with one other person and everyone else there was male. You can read manga, have conversations, or even have business meetings here. The food was average, nothing special in my opinion.

A few minutes' walk from Todai University, on the way to Midorigaoka, there is a place that is a bit hard to find with just a sign, but the blackboard caught my eye and I ended up having a late lunch attracted by the spaghetti Napolitan. You can eat even after 3 pm, which is convenient. The interior of the restaurant is mainly sofa seating, with natural light coming in from the stairs making it not too dark. A cute lady runs the place by herself. The Napolitan is made with thick spaghetti generously coated in sauce, very charming. It's a glamorous portion size. It costs 900 yen, but during lunchtime, it's 750 yen. It comes with bacon and green peppers. Toppings include thick-cut bacon, sunny-side-up egg, and cheese toast. Cheese toast?! The sunny-side-up egg has a perfect crispy outer layer. The taste is so comforting! Whether you're alone or with a friend, you can relax and enjoy your time at this cozy restaurant. "Um, the donuts are freshly made right now," the lady says with a modest smile. She's so cute... But I was too full to try them this time. Other meal options include curry and daily specials. Once you visit, you'll definitely want to come back for the lady's Napolitan.

I heard that the Napolitan at UQAN is delicious, so I decided to have lunch there with my coworkers. We all ordered the Napolitan during lunchtime. It was as good as the rumors say. It had a rich flavor and the thick, juicy bacon was amazing. Plus, the free extra serving was a nice surprise! One of my friends who ordered a regular portion vowed to get the extra serving next time. The lunch was satisfying and reasonably priced. The stylish atmosphere inside the restaurant reflects the owner's good taste. It's a great place to enjoy good food and drinks in the evening as well. Thank you for the meal! I definitely want to go back for the Napolitan.
