It is located right in the middle between Kudanshita Station and Ichigaya Station, where "Chili Parlor 9" used to be until recently. It just opened in June 2023. In the evening, it seems like a place where you can enjoy Japanese sake, wine, and Japanese cuisine. But of course, I went for a reconnaissance mission for lunch. I entered the restaurant a little before 12 o'clock on a weekday, and the place was about half full. There were more female customers. As a solo diner, I took a seat at one of the five seats at the counter (there were about 8 tables as well). After 12 o'clock, it quickly became full. Some customers were being turned away. Is it becoming popular as a new individual restaurant filling the gap between chain stores and high-end restaurants? The lunch menu that day had three options (the menu was beautifully written!). 1. Boiled pork and colorful vegetable negi-dare gozen ￥1500 2. Assorted sashimi gozen ￥1800 3. Negitoro Yukke donburi ￥1300 I ordered option 1, "Boiled pork and colorful vegetable negi-dare gozen" (comes with a small dish, pickles, red miso soup, and a drink). It arrived in about 10 minutes. Wow, there was more food than I expected. And surprisingly, there were many types of vegetables and mushrooms. This looks good. The taste was just as the name suggests, but the tenderness of the boiled pork when it touched my tongue was amazing. I couldn't stop eating. I finished it with the red miso soup. It was delicious! The service was polite, and it was a pretty good restaurant.

A popular chili parlor that had closed down a while ago has finally reopened! The entrance had "Japanese cuisine" written on it, so I was looking forward to the opening. I happened to find out on Instagram that they had started serving lunch, so I went there right away. The lineup of three daily specials is usually posted on Instagram Stories around 11:30 AM. Last time, I had sesame soup udon and chicken soboro bowl. The flavors were gentle and delicious! The sesame was especially tasty. You can also choose between coffee or tea after your meal. Since it's a new place, the restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and they bring your drink after clearing your plates. The dishes are also clean and you can feel the attention to detail. The other day, I had seared salmon bowl. It had my favorite myoga ginger and I was satisfied! The red miso soup was also delicious. My companion had swordfish ginger stir-fry. I had a taste and it was also delicious! It's fun to try different dishes every day with the daily specials. I also want to try their dinner menu. Thank you for the meal.
