I had always admired "Ukaitei" and luckily I was invited by someone from work to go there. As we arrived in the car, the doorman opened the door for us, making us feel like royalty. The atmosphere inside the elegant mansion was modern and graceful, with a red carpet and a beautiful blue-themed counter seat area that resembled the seabed. We ordered the Special Course for 24,200 yen, which included various dishes made with high-quality ingredients. Each dish was prepared with skillful cooking techniques that enhanced the natural flavors of the ingredients. The Teppanyaki experience engaged all the senses, and every dish was delicious and impressive. The live abalone was steamed on the iron plate with rock salt, resulting in a tender and flavorful dish. The Wagyu beef sirloin steak and fillet steak were both exquisite and flavorful, served with various condiments that complemented the meat perfectly. The meal ended with a delightful dessert of Dark Cherry Flambe with vanilla ice cream, which was a perfect conclusion to the satisfying dining experience. Overall, Ukaitei exceeded my expectations with its delicious food, elegant ambiance, and attentive staff. It was a memorable dining experience that I will cherish for a long time.
