The supermarket near Chitose Funabashi Station, Oozeki, always seems to be overflowing with customers. With December approaching and the end of the year nearing, I wonder if they were having a sale or something. Lots of customers. Oozeki's side dishes are pre-packaged. There were hardly any items sold individually except for the tempura fish cake, so I chose the tempura fish cake, priced at 90 yen for one piece, but it was only half a fish cake. I thought it would be a valuable product if it was a whole piece. Since it was pre-made, it was already cold. As a result, the batter was a bit hard, and the fish cake felt tough. The taste is just as good as usual. A reliable tempura fish cake wherever you go.

I stopped by alone in the afternoon on February 3, 2017. My purpose was to get Ehomaki. This Ozeki store is divided into two floors, with bento boxes and side dishes on the first floor, but they were also selling Ehomaki on the first floor. I bought a "Three-variety half Ehomaki (main price 799 yen). It includes negitoro roll, thick roll, and one with cutlet. The price tag says "Corporation Croquette's Song". I had it for dinner while facing north-northwest. I think it's not meant for one person, but I got full eating it alone...

On a certain Saturday afternoon in November 2016, I stopped by alone to browse for a bento box to have for dinner that day. This Oozeki is located near Odakyu Line Chitose-Funabashi Station. It is situated in a corner of the area where shops and restaurants line up on the south side of the station, just a few seconds' walk across Jyoyama Street from the station. This Oozeki is divided into the first and second floors, with bento boxes and side dishes on the first floor. I bought the "Fried Chicken Bento Box (with grated daikon sauce)" (398 yen) and tried it for dinner that day. The price tag says "Croquette no Uta Co., Ltd.". The taste of the fried chicken was good and delicious. It was a Japanese-style fried chicken. The kinpira gobou as a garnish was also good.
