Last night, or rather early this morning, I safely returned from the last sacred place of 2019 around 6 AM. I had a fun erotic talk with my two favorites for the last time this year. And to top it off, I even received a homemade apple pie for the first time and was in a great mood♪ However, things didn't go as planned (-""-;). Unexpectedly, the restaurant was taken over by the manager's numerous acquaintances for a year-end party! The small space was quite noisy with many regulars coming in because it was the last day, making me feel uncomfortable, so I left soon after entering... Even so, I stayed until the closing as the last customer with a strong determination. I did slip out for a bit though, haha. But next time, I have to speak up to the manager, can't let it slide. The next day, on New Year's Eve, I chose this as my last meal: - Tuna Sushi Set for 1,280 yen, with 6 pieces of fresh tuna including chu-toro and o-toro. The taste of tuna is amazing as the name suggests, consistently delicious! It also includes salmon, shrimp, ikura, crab, white fish, totaling 12 pieces, so it's quite substantial. With fresh tuna at this price, it's a pretty good value. - Pork Cutlet (4 pieces) for 278 yen, with thickly cut pork cutlets served warm. They are tender with little fat, and go well with salt. Perfect for the end of the year. - Kirin Gold Low Carb Beer (500ml) for 146 yen - Strong Zero Double Grapefruit (500ml) for 142 yen Well, as usual, I enjoyed these in a normal way~♪

I love Peko-chan♡ While using it, I happened to see the White Day corner. I peeked inside to see what they had, and I found a Peko-chan can! It's a collaboration with Hello Kitty, a 7cm square can with 2 candies inside. I collect Peko-chan goods, and even though I have many items that I haven't used and stored away, when I see something I don't have, I can't resist buying it. This collaboration can was one of those items I didn't have! I just had to buy it! It was so cute that I couldn't choose which one to get. There were various illustrations to choose from, and when I saw the sign saying there were 6 different ones, I went on a hunt and ended up buying all 6. They were 150 yen each, so even with 6 of them, it was only 900 yen. There was a Fujiya store on the same floor, so I went to check there before going to the register, but they didn't have the same item. I asked the staff, and they said the original Fujiya store doesn't carry these cans.

I bought a pork cutlet bowl for dinner, but it doesn't taste like dashi at all. The pork is advertised as high-quality, but it doesn't taste that great. Well, it's just a 358 yen pork cutlet bowl, but I wish it had more dashi flavor and a stronger taste. The onions are too thickly sliced, they should be cut thinner. The rice is too soft and sticky, it should be cooked firmer. Also, the rice tastes a bit musty, like it wasn't polished properly. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the taste. It feels overpriced at 358 yen (excluding tax).

A locally-oriented supermarket chain with stores in the western part of Tokyo's 23 wards, the Tama area, and the eastern part of Kanagawa. They operate under the names "Sanwa" and "Food One" with a total of 65 stores. The store in question is located in front of Wakabadai Station, in the same building as the home center "Unidy," with Sanwa on the first floor and Unidy on the second and third floors. The variety of fried foods in the deli section is limited, lacking the excitement of selection found in other supermarkets. However, they do offer the standard items like croquettes and minced cutlets, so I chose the minced cutlet. The surface of the breading looked greasy, giving me a bad feeling, and when I took a bite, the filling inside was soggy. The oil content was overwhelming. The size of the cutlet was large, making it quite challenging to eat. At 98 yen per piece, it may seem like a good deal based on size alone, but the excessive oiliness was a major drawback. [Revisited on 2014.02.02] Since I found the fried food too greasy and concerning last time, I opted for the hamburger bento this time. The hamburger looked cheaply made at first glance, and the curry seemed lacking in ingredients. As expected, it was disappointing.

The pickled mustard leaf onigiri and salmon sesame onigiri are delicious.
