[Ordered Items (including consumption tax)] - Orion The Premium: 900 yen - Shikuwasa Sour: 660 yen - Orange Juice: 450 yen - Children's Soba Set: 750 yen - Taco Rice Set: 1450 yen - Mixed Fry Set Meal: 1800 yen [Impressions (personal thoughts, as the perception may vary depending on the ordered items and individual taste preferences)] - Visited before noon on Sunday [Regarding the Mixed Fry Set Meal] - The batter for the fried items was thick, but the croquette was juicy and delicious. - The minced cutlet was juicy and flavorful. - The fried items paired well with white rice, but the flavor of the mixed rice dish (jushi) overpowered the sauce of the fry, which was a bit of a waste (I ended up enjoying the jushi separately). - It is possible to change to white rice (when ordering through the tablet). - The miso soup was elegant and delicious. [Other Points] - Orion The Premium had a delightful aroma and tasted great (I have had the canned version before, but this was my first time trying it on draft). - I found the pricing to be on the higher side. - Orders are placed through tablets, allowing for detailed customization such as no green onions. - The atmosphere inside the restaurant was filled with Okinawan vibes, with awamori and real goya (bitter melon) displayed near the register. - There is no payment button, so you bring a card or ticket with your table number written on it to the register for payment. - Card and contactless payments are accepted. - I look forward to trying other dishes on my next visit. Thank you for the meal.

I went for a second round around 20:30 on a regular night. There were about 5 groups waiting, but we were called in about 15 minutes. Of course, they had Orion beer! They also had a good selection of cocktails. The food was mainly fried dishes, and they had a great variety of croquettes, especially the Ishigaki beef croquette!

The eldest daughter said, "There's something left undone...!" so we went to Skytree Soramachi two days in a row. Soramachi is amazing. There are enough activities to keep the kids entertained for two consecutive days. But I really wanted to go to the Yaeyama Islands. For lunch, we decided to eat at this restaurant just to get a feel for it. We ordered a luxurious set meal and Okinawan soba (made with mainland-style animal broth and flat noodles). In the end, the best dish was the juushi. It was somehow tangy, and I couldn't quite tell what it was cooked in, but the sweetness of the sauce was rich and it was delicious. It had a rich flavor, so when paired with the goya champuru, it was a well-balanced meal. The soba had a pre-made soup flavor. The noodles seemed to be fresh and were not bad. We are full now. But still, the summer vacation is short.

Hateruma Gozen. I had Okinawan cuisine after a long time. The variety in one dish was sufficient. The braised pork, tofu, and stir-fried pork were especially good. The Okinawan soba had delicious broth but the noodles were a bit disappointing, they were close to instant noodles.

I chose a restaurant with tatami seating because I was with my child. I ordered Okinawan soba set. The taste was neither good nor bad. However, they provided a baby chair, children's plates without having to ask, and children's straws, which was very helpful! I recommend it for those with children. ✨

The restaurants at Solamachi are crowded even on weekdays due to the end of the pandemic. Most places have long lines during lunchtime, but this particular restaurant was easy to get into without waiting. I decided to try their Okinawan soba from the lunch menu. I ordered it through the touch panel and it arrived in 5 minutes. The simple Okinawan soba had pork belly in it, so I wondered if it was actually Sokisoba. However, after taking a bite, I found that the noodles weren't tasty and the broth was weak. It was quite different from the Okinawan soba I love. Since this restaurant specializes in Okinawan cuisine, they probably have other dishes as well, but if their main dish, Okinawan soba, is of this quality, I wouldn't be interested in trying the other dishes. I usually think that the restaurants at Solamachi are of a certain standard, so I choose places that may not be special but are reliable. However, this particular restaurant seems to be a bit below that standard.

Waves shining in Okinawa, run by an acquaintance. The atmosphere of the restaurant is bright, and the staff move lightly and make you feel good. On this day, we ordered group dishes such as Somin Chanpuru, Huchanpuru, Agu Tebichi, Mozuku tempura, Island rakkyo, Rafute, Mozuku vinegar, and Papaya sherbet. We were soothed by the gentle flavors. Drinks included Orion beer, Awamori, Sanpin tea, and Pineapple juice, creating a lively conversation. I want to go to Okinawa again.

*Waiting time* No waiting on Sunday at 18:15 *Order & Price* Sea grape salad, Fu Champloo, Taco Rice *Atmosphere* It has a cozy izakaya vibe. *Service* Orders are placed using a touch panel. *Impressions* The sea grapes were fresh, plump, and delicious. The Fu Champloo was juicy with plenty of vegetables. The Taco Rice had melted cheese that paired well with the Fu Champloo. *Expectations* The prices are reasonable and the place is not too crowded, making it easy to use.

We visited the restaurant on a weekend night, and as expected, it was crowded at the popular restaurants in Solamachi. We chose a relatively less crowded place and were seated in a tatami room. The atmosphere was like a traditional Okinawan house. We started with a draft beer for 750 yen. The food we ordered included an appetizer, Okinawan salt yakisoba for 900 yen, simmered pork cartilage for 780 yen, Aguu pork dumplings for 680 yen, mozuku seaweed tempura for 730 yen, and pork cartilage soba for 1100 yen. We didn't have high expectations, but surprisingly, all the dishes were quite delicious. The appetizer was just okay, probably made from sautéed kelp. The simmered pork cartilage was fatty and tender, a treat for someone who loves pork fat like me. My companion couldn't eat it, perhaps feeling a bit pretentious. The pork dumplings were flavorful with a good amount of meat. The tempura had a nice crunch and the flavor of the mozuku seaweed was enjoyable. The salt yakisoba paired well with the beer. The pork cartilage soba had firm noodles and a flavorful broth with a good balance of animal and seafood flavors. We had two rounds of Orion draft beer, and it was a satisfying meal. All the dishes were delicious.

Arrived around 10:45 AM before the Sunday opening. The revolving sushi and ramen shops next door had long lines, but there was no line here. It was quite noisy with many families with children. Ordered the Hateruma set meal and Agu salt-grilled dish. The Okinawa soba in the set meal wasn't my favorite type of noodles, but my companion enjoyed it. The broth was well-balanced. The Rafute was a bit disappointing for me as I prefer it to be more tender. The Agu salt-grilled dish was tasty, but I think it's a bit overpriced at 2200 yen. The noise from the children at the neighboring shops on Sunday made it hard to relax. The variety of dishes was good, but I felt it was a bit off-putting for the staff to enter from the front door 1-2 minutes before opening.

I went to eat lunch at Soramachi on Tuesday. The weather was nice. I decided to try out an Okinawan cuisine restaurant called "Hateruma". It seems like a relatively new restaurant, as I remember there used to be a more izakaya-style place here before. The interior had a vibe as if you had wandered into a house in Okinawa. I was thinking of getting the Okinawa soba set, but when I looked at the menu, I saw that I could switch the miso soup in the Goya champuru set for an additional 400 yen to a small portion of soft bone pork soba. So, I went with that. The set was quite luxurious, with salted pork, mozuku seaweed, and other Okinawan specialties lined up. The Goya champuru seemed to use firm island tofu, which was chewy and had a nice texture. The preparation of the Goya seemed a bit lengthy, as the texture was not quite there, but the Goya champuru with pork was easy to eat and tasty. The juushii (seasoned rice) was particularly delicious, with a nice sheen and well-absorbed oil. The seasoning was also well done. The pork soba, however, was the most disappointing Okinawa soba I've had so far - the broth was very light! It felt like it had been watered down... It was lacking, so I relied on the pickled ginger to add some flavor. Out of the whole set, the juushii was hands down the best. And the most impactful part was... the shockingly open-mouthed habu sake bottle. (Crying) I hate snakes... ( "That's how they live.")

I have been to Solamachi many times, but I had never been to the Skytree observation deck, so during winter break, I went there with my daughter. After sightseeing at the Skytree, we went to this Okinawan restaurant for lunch. It is a new restaurant that opened in May 2022, located next to the revolving sushi restaurant "Triton." Although I usually don't eat Okinawan food, my daughter had never tried it before, so I thought it was a good opportunity. Also, while other restaurants were crowded, only this restaurant and a curry shop were empty. We ordered the following: - Hateruma Gozen (2,500 yen) - Children's soba set (750 yen) - Ryukyu Highball (600 yen) The Hateruma Gozen is a set of various Okinawan dishes. It includes Okinawan soba (small), juushi, goya champuru, rafute, sea grapes, mozuku vinegar, salted entrails, and a 3-piece assortment (mimigar, jimami tofu, kuubu-irichi). We could enjoy a variety of Okinawan dishes. The Okinawan soba was a bit light in flavor but delicious with a gentle taste. My daughter also liked it. The other dishes were also overall light in flavor, allowing the taste of the ingredients to shine. At the time of payment, we bought snow salt chinsuko (80 yen) as a souvenir. It was my daughter's first time trying chinsuko, and she seemed to like it. I have never been to Okinawa, so I would like to visit someday. (2023/01)

I came to Asakusa for work and decided to have lunch at the Skytree. The food court was crowded and all the restaurants had long lines, but I found a Okinawan restaurant where I could get in without waiting. I think it must be a new addition because I don't remember it being there before. I ordered my favorite dish, Soki Soba set meal. It was a bit pricey at 1250 yen, but considering the location, it was understandable. The service was great, with young and friendly staff. I hope this restaurant does well.

As I was wandering around trying to decide where to eat, I noticed a brightly lit restaurant that had a distinct ethnic and tropical vibe. It seemed like a nice place reminiscent of a restaurant in a tropical paradise. So, I decided to dine there. The staff's uniforms had a Okinawan touch, which added to the atmosphere of being in Okinawa. Since my friend loves Okinawa, I left the ordering to her. We were served a starter of simmered kelp, which was quite generous in portion. We also ordered Mozuku seaweed tempura, which was large and filling. It was a bit oily, different from what I had imagined. The taco salad had a slightly spicy kick but paired well with the lettuce. It had a flavor that could become addictive. The Fu Chanpuru had a nice taste to it. I was impressed by the unique way of eating Fu, as I had never tried it before. The curry potato was neither good nor bad. Lastly, we shared the Soki Soba and Okinawa Soba, both of which had delicious broth. We finished everything, emptying our bowls. Thank you for the meal.

I heard that there was a Okinawan restaurant opened at Skytree, so I decided to go check it out. However, I had been turned away by several other restaurants before coming here. It seems that many places in Asakusa and Sumida Ward are closed on Wednesdays. But the restaurant here turned out to be really good. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. In the end, I ended up drinking too much. (laughs)

This is a restaurant located inside Soramachi at Skytree, serving Okinawan cuisine. It is also located on Okinawa's Kokusai Street, which raises expectations. I ordered the traditional Okinawan soba, which comes in various toppings. The soba had a very light and mild flavor, almost bland in a way. It could be said that its lack of distinctiveness is its defining feature. This restaurant seems to focus more on Okinawan cuisine in general rather than just soba, but they also offer soba on their menu.

I was able to enter smoothly despite the holiday crowd, and the staff were all very kind! I have eaten a lot of Okinawan cuisine, so I decided to try something different and had the Agu pork salt-grilled set meal. The portion and balance were just right. The flavor was not too strong, and I thought this must be a healthy taste.

A restaurant in Solamachi where you can enjoy Okinawan cuisine! It opened in May ☑️Soki Soba for 1000 yen. It has a refreshing flavor and is delicious! It also comes with Agu pork. The moderately thick noodles go well with the refreshing broth! It's recommended to share other dishes as well. They are tasty but the portions are small and the prices are high. The most disappointing part is that the alcohol was really not good, it felt like touristy prices. I wouldn't go back for a repeat visit. You can enjoy authentic Okinawan cuisine here!

I spent the evening at Skytree, so I took a break at an Okinawan restaurant called Hateruma on the 6th floor of Skytree Town. While looking at the menu, I ended up changing my plans to have a full meal. I couldn't resist the temptation of an Orion beer. The appetizer was Kubui Richi, which was really delicious! The broth was amazing! I wonder why it's not on the menu because it's so tasty. I couldn't order more. Next, I tried the simmered soft bone pork. This is recommended for women as it's not too fatty and seems good for the body. The delicious broth really stands out in this dish. Is there plenty of collagen in it? The texture of the soft bone is nice. It had been a while since I had Okinawan cuisine, so I also had my favorite island pickled garlic tempura. Since they ran out of Orion beer, I tried the Orion Clear Free for the first time. It had a refreshing taste fitting for its clear name. It went well with the pickled garlic tempura. I was curious, so I also ordered Sata Andagi. It was as expected, crispy on the outside and warm and fluffy on the inside, satisfying. I had it with Sanpin tea, but I wished they had milk. The restaurant is named Hateruma, but the impression is more of Okinawa Island than Yaeyama. Since the broth was delicious, I'll try Okinawa soba next time. There was no island chili pepper on the table, so I'll bring some next time to make it more Yaeyama-like. I'm also curious about the champuru dishes and Durr Tempura. Next time, I'll have a Sanpin High with my Sanpin tea... End of summer with plenty of delicious homework. Looking forward to the next visit to Hateruma.
