I had lunch at Wakiya, a private room on the 3rd floor of Wakiya Greeting Tea House, located on the 3rd and 4th floors of Turandot Goryu on the back of Tokyo Midtown in Roppongi. I pre-booked the Wakiya-style body-friendly modern Chinese course, especially focusing on incorporating plenty of vegetables. The Wakiya Greeting Tea House Lunch Modern Chinese Course includes:

- Double Flavor Dim Sum: Today's dim sum wonton soup with crab and rapeseed blossoms
- Seasonal Dish Recommendation: 3 recommended dim sum dishes - shrimp xiaolongbao, choy sum steamed dumplings, shrimp steamed dumplings
- Seasonal Dish Recommendation: Today's recommended spicy stir-fried shrimp and chicken wings with chili
- Kunlun Shark Fin: Shanghai-style stewed shark fin with lettuce, served with freshly cooked rice in a clay pot
- Shark fin and rice dish: Shark fin chazuke with freshly cooked rice
- Various treasure noodle dishes: Choose between dan dan noodles, tofu spicy dan dan noodles, or soy sauce ramen

The main Chinese course in the private room was focused on shark fin dishes. The total cost of the Wakiya Greeting Tea House Lunch Modern Chinese Course + Sparkling Wine was originally 13,694 yen (12,000 yen for food, 1,694 yen for drinks), but with a time sale, it was discounted to 10,800 yen.
