There are hardly any photos, but I took a break from work and had hot pot for lunch! It's been about six months since I last had it. The soup is still delicious! I mix the spicy and regular soup to create my preferred level of spiciness and enjoy it. If the soup runs out, the staff will add more for you. There are nearly 20 kinds of healthy herbs and ingredients in the soup, which feels good for the body. The meat is also free of any unpleasant odors. It warms up a body chilled by the air conditioning and tastes delicious. The chlorella noodles and almond jelly for dessert were also great. I would like to visit again for a leisurely dinner.

It was my first visit! I chose the basic hot pot course. The assortment of mushrooms and vegetables looks great and is healthy. There are two types of soup, both with amazing aromas. The complex umami flavors that you can't find elsewhere will warm you up from the inside. I think you can enjoy it regardless of the season!

I came here on my birthday and finished work in Kasumigaseki at 9 am, so I took a stroll to Ginza. Usually, when I have this kind of work, I often go to a Gittri-style noodle shop in Shinbashi or Toranomon, but since I had a lot of meat and alcohol the night before, my stomach was still full, so I felt like eating some Chinese herbal cuisine. I found this place on Tabelog and decided to go for their lunch set. It was delicious and the portion was huge! However, it didn't really have a strong Chinese herbal taste, it felt more like a carb-heavy meal. Overall, I was satisfied and it was delicious! Thank you for the meal!

By the way, I realized I hadn't had hot pot in a while, so based on a friend's recommendation, I decided to try this place for dinner. It was filled with various spices and herbs, giving off a strong aroma that seemed really good for the body. They only had pork belly for meat, but there were plenty of vegetables and mushrooms, making me feel too full. The summer hot pot really warmed me up! I'd like to go back in winter next time.

I hadn't been able to go for a while, so I stopped by Ginza for lunch. It was the middle of the three-day weekend, just before the last order, so I didn't have to wait in line without a reservation. The restaurant was very clean and the service was extremely polite. I just wanted to eat the noodles quickly and leave, but I felt bad because of the great service. The ramen had a lot of pork belly, and even came with a small serving of char siu! The minced meat topping was a bit small, but it didn't bother me since I mainly eat it with the soup. The flavor seemed stronger than in Nihonbashi. Since I had plenty of time, I even finished the soup and the almond jelly dessert, leaving feeling completely satisfied.

When I feel tired and like I might be getting sick, I eat at this favorite restaurant I've been going to for almost 10 years. It serves Mongolian-origin medicinal hot pot. The medicinal ingredients include longan, beets, goji berries, ginger, and other unfamiliar items. The moment you step inside the restaurant, the smell is like curry, with strong spices. The hot pot is filled with plenty of mushrooms and vegetables, and I always end up feeling full to the point of thinking I've overeaten, yet I never get indigestion the next day. It's best to wear clothes that you don't mind smelling like food when you go there.

The other day, I visited "Tenshan Feiwei" for the first time in a while at a family gathering. I used to go there 3-4 times a week when they had a store in Roppongi. The hot pot with medicinal herb soup that everyone praised as "delicious" was my favorite. We arrived at the reserved time and were seated. The Yamazaki 12-year-old highball was priced at less than 1,500 yen, and the sour made with "drinking vinegar" was refreshing and delicious. As we sipped on our drinks, the hot pot was being prepared. We ordered the "Seasonal Vegetables and Yonezawa Pork Course" for 5,500 yen, which came with plenty of vegetables, mushrooms, Yonezawa pork, and meatballs. We started by blending the spicy and non-spicy soup and serving everyone a taste. Everyone agreed that it was delicious. I took on the role of the hot pot master, cooking the vegetables, mushrooms, and meat, and serving them to the others. It's a fun and engaging experience for me to manage the cooking pace and fire levels while enjoying conversations with everyone. We finished the meal with "Chlorella-infused Jade Noodles," which had a unique texture and aroma. I love these noodles, so I happily finished the leftovers. It's important to control the heat carefully to maintain the quality of the soup until you reach the Chlorella noodles. Overall, the hot pot was delicious, and we ended the meal with mango sherbet for dessert. It's worth noting that this hot pot is different from authentic Chinese hot pot, as the flavors are adjusted for Japanese taste preferences. The staff are Chinese, but the owner is Japanese, and they offer a unique version of hot pot tailored to Japanese customers. It's important to understand the differences from authentic Chinese hot pot, but I believe that Tenshan Feiwei's hot pot is delicious in its own right and recommend it to everyone, even those who are not fans of spicy food.

Lately, the weather has been fluctuating between extremely hot and cold, making it difficult to keep up with. On a chilly rainy day, I decided to head to the restaurant area in this building. I thought I'd try something warm like porridge. The advantage of a restaurant area is that you can quickly fulfill your luxurious choice. I came across a restaurant called "Tenkoukaami" which seemed to specialize in medicinal hot pot. They had a lunch set with medicinal hot pot noodles, which sounded interesting. As a solo diner, I initially thought hot pot might be too much for one person, but then I saw an older gentleman entering the restaurant alone and ordering hot pot. So, I decided to go for the lunch set A, which included medicinal hot pot soup, a variety of mushrooms and vegetables, premium Yonezawa pork shabu-shabu meat, recommended Chlorella and jade noodles, dessert, and a drink. The hot pot arrived with two types of soup - a clear and a spicy red one. Both soups contained nutritious ingredients like wolfberries, Chinese dates, and longan. The staff quickly boiled the soup on the IH heater at the table. The plate of mushrooms and vegetables was generous, and I couldn't resist diving in before taking a photo. The first bite of the spicy soup was a burst of deliciousness, followed by the clear soup which had a stronger umami flavor. The meat was tender and not too fatty, and the variety of mushrooms and vegetables added to the rich flavors of the soup. The Chlorella and jade noodles were slurp-worthy and easy to eat. After enjoying the hot pot, I requested noodles, followed by dessert and a drink. The iced Taiwanese tea was refreshing, and the dessert, Ogoyochi, was a perfect way to end the meal.

Near Ginza Station, on the 7th floor of Belle Vie, there is a Taiwanese hot pot restaurant. Last order is at 8:30 pm, so be aware of the early closing time. They have private rooms with high ceilings. We tried the seasonal vegetables and Yonezawa pork course (5,500 yen) with an additional order of lamb. The variety of mushrooms was impressive and gave a healthy vibe. The noodles were made with chlorella, and the spiciness was just right for the pork and lamb. The Chinese tea was also delicious, but the drinks were a bit pricey, which is expected in Ginza. Next time, we want to try the lamb chops.

At the Bell Vie in Namiki Street, there is a herbal hot pot restaurant. I have tried various other places recently, but in the end, I always come back to Tenka Kaimi. The taste of this place is just unmatched no matter where I eat. In the case of this type of two-color hot pot, the white side is important to me, and despite trying many other places, none can compare to the unique umami of Tenka Kaimi. I chose the most affordable course (5,000 yen) but was surprised by the portion size. If you like vegetables and mushrooms, this course is sufficient with moderate adjustments for other items. The service is not great, but considering it's a hot pot restaurant, it's acceptable. The taste is excellent, so I recommend it to those looking for a hot pot restaurant!

This is my favorite restaurant that I keep coming back to. Whenever I feel like having hot pot, I come here without hesitation. They have a lot of mushrooms and vegetables to eat, and collagen balls are also included, so my skin feels great the next day. The soup is especially delicious and I always end up drinking a lot of it. This time, I ordered a course menu for around 7500 yen (with shark fin and 2 types of mushrooms), but I think the 5500 yen course would be just right for women!

I made a reservation for two people for lunch on Saturday about 3 days ago. We had a reservation for 12:30 as the slots before 12:00 were already full. We ordered the Lunch Hot Pot Course A Set for 2,880 yen excluding tax. The set includes basic vegetables, mushrooms, a little bit of pork belly, spinach noodles, almond jelly, and a choice of cold Taiwanese tea or hot coffee. The private room was a nice touch. The soup base, which includes various Chinese medicinal herbs, spices, and herbs, was exquisite. We also added the fried noodles-like dish for 550 yen per person (shown in the second photo, you dip this in the soup before eating). The total cost came to about 3,500 yen per person. However, be aware that the curry-like hot pot aroma sticks to your whole body, hair, and clothes when you enter the restaurant, so be careful if you have plans afterwards. After leaving, I could still smell the cumin-like scent on my clothes and hair, making me feel like an Indian uncle saying Namaste to me, which was quite funny.笑

I have been to the Nihonbashi main store before, but this was my first time at the Ginza store!! The interior was slightly more relaxed than Nihonbashi, and since we had a private room, we were able to relax a lot ( ◠‿◠ ) I chose the course recommended by the staff♡ The hot pot at this restaurant is amazing, with all kinds of mushrooms available! On the flip side, if you don't like mushrooms, it might be a problem because they keep coming out in abundance haha. Just with mushrooms and vegetables, you can get pretty full. Many people might not even get to the meat or the finishing dish... haha Personally, I like the jade noodles for the finishing dish♡ I think of this hot pot as something you can eat a lot of without gaining weight, so I want to go back while I'm on a diet ( ◠‿◠ )♡ I am very satisfied with this place♬

I had the Jade Noodles. The soup had a good balance of spiciness and umami, and the smooth and light noodles paired perfectly with it. It would be nice if there was an option to have rice or not... it was a bit too much for me. It was a warming lunch on a cold day. Next time, I want to try the lunch hot pot.

I visited a girls' night out at a restaurant located on the 7th floor of loft in Ginza Ichome. A friend made a reservation for us, and it was my first time visiting. As we approached the restaurant, the aroma of spices filled the air, whetting our appetites. We ordered the hot pot course for each person, and everyone could choose their own drinks. I started with draft beer and bottled Malt beer, and ended with hot Shaoxing wine. My friends enjoyed sake, Cassis, and frozen Dong Ding oolong tea. The hot pot had a variety of mushrooms in yellow, brown, and white colors with fluffy names. We melted horse collagen and it was delicious. I'm looking forward to tomorrow, not only for a full stomach but also for plump skin. We finished with Chlorella-infused jade noodles and my friends had almond jelly as a palate cleanser. The course dessert was vanilla ice cream. It was a delicious meal. Thank you!
