I visited Hanamoe-gi, located in Tokyu Plaza Ginza, a rare hamburger restaurant. It was a weekday and I had some business in Ginza, so I finished work around 2 pm and headed to Ginza. By around 3 pm on weekdays, most lunch places were closing, and I was having trouble finding a place to eat. I was in the mood for meat, so I searched online and found this restaurant to try. On the same floor, there was a long line at the conveyor belt sushi restaurant NEMURO HANAMARU. The conveyor belt sushi restaurant is always crowded whenever I go, and I still haven't been able to visit it. Back to Hanamoe-gi, we arrived and were seated without having to wait. We ordered the tenderloin steak and hamburger set, with salad, soup, and rice set included. We also ordered a salad with prosciutto. We chose corn potage soup, which was rich and delicious. Soon, the hamburger arrived, with a lot of smoke. The hamburger was served rare, and you could even eat it raw. It was cooked on a hot plate to your liking. The hamburger and steak were delicious. The sauces and salt and pepper on the table allowed us to season the meat to our liking. However, the hot plate was very hot, and the meat quickly cooked, causing the onions and sauce to burn. The hamburger became slightly dry when fully cooked, and the hot plate had a lot of oil, making the meat greasy. Unfortunately, the meat's flavor was lost due to the greasiness and burnt bitterness. I had indigestion until the next day and had to take a break from eating meat for a while. As we were preparing to leave, dessert arrived, which was included in the set. It was a small coffee cup covered in cocoa powder, but inside was coffee jelly. It was frozen, which was unexpected and had a strange texture, lacking coffee flavor. It felt like eating tasteless gelatin. I personally preferred regular coffee jelly. Despite the lack of taste, the restaurant's cleanliness was impressive, considering the heavy smoke from cooking. The staff were very friendly. If I crave hearty meat again, I might visit again. Thank you for the meal!
