The restaurant is located on the 6th floor of the Ginza Miyuki-kan Building, with a simple entrance that doesn't give off any tension. The menu displayed in front of the shop is as follows (all prices include tax):

The entrance of the restaurant was simple, but the interior had a nice touch of luxury. The atmosphere was reminiscent of the previous location, Shin Goto Cuisine Ginza Kajisen. The staff were gentlemanly and approachable, providing attentive service without being overly formal. We opted for the course we reserved through a special offer:

The table setting with rose-shaped napkins made my heart flutter. The menu for the day's course was placed on the table, allowing us to anticipate the upcoming dishes while waiting.
Upon entering, we were promptly served drinks, and the first dish, the appetizer, was served within 10 minutes of arrival. This speedy service was greatly appreciated as we were quite hungry!

The dried tofu threads were light and not overpowering, perfect for an appetizer. The eggplant had absorbed the broth well, reminiscent of a Japanese simmered dish. The crab was plump and delicious. The meat was like a beef steak, equally delicious!
2. Seasonal vegetables and Angelica sinensis herbal-style steamed soup
Despite being labeled as "herbal-style," the soup was light and easy to drink continuously. However, the vegetables added a subtle umami flavor, making it delicious.
