I invited my friends to have lunch at "Le Parc," a restaurant near Ebisu Station known for its dim sum and tea. We arrived right at the 11:30 opening time and found a few groups already waiting in line, which made me a bit anxious. However, we were able to get a table without a reservation. The restaurant is indeed popular, as expected. We were seated on the second floor by the window and received very polite service. The interior was stylish, with a cozy atmosphere, fitting the slogan "Chinese in Paris' downtown." We ordered the lunch set of five types of dim sum, steamed vegetables, and tofu skin rolls for 1,400 yen, which came with soup, pickles, almond jelly, or tapioca. The five dim sum were: Jade shrimp dumplings, squid and shiso dumplings, chive dumplings, pea shoots and scallop dumplings, and shumai. We all opted for congee instead of rice. The soup, steamed vegetables, tofu skin rolls, dim sum, and congee were all delicious. The dim sum were small but had a chewy texture and rich flavor in each bite, living up to their reputation. The almond jelly dessert was a generous portion and a satisfying end to the meal. The pleasant atmosphere, attentive service, calm window-side table, delicious food, all made for an elegant and lovely lunch experience. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal.
