[Nearest Station] Ginza Station, 3 minutes walk [Visit Time] Sunday, around 12:00 [Purpose] Lunch [Regular Holiday] Irregular holidays [Reservation] Not required [Waiting Time (outside the store)] 5 minutes [Number of People] 1 person [Budget] 1,000-2,000 yen [Order Content] Rich Special Tsukemen 1,290 yen [Recommended for People] Looking for a ramen shop around Ginza Station, in the mood for eating tsukemen [Overview] Tsujita, the pioneer of rich tonkotsu and seafood tsukemen, has been leading Tokyo's tsukemen culture with overwhelming dedication since its opening in 2005 in Kanda-Ochanomizu. With branches in business districts such as Iidabashi and Yaesu, it has expanded to Osaka, Kanagawa, Saitama, and Fukuoka. In 2011, it expanded to Los Angeles, establishing the "Tsujita" brand domestically and internationally! By the way, when I visited the famous omurice restaurant "YOU" in Ginza this time, I unexpectedly encountered a long line of people. I walked towards Yurakucho while looking down at my phone, and found this store bustling with activity as it was open! As a self-proclaimed tsukemen Instagrammer, I had no choice but to visit. [Report] ☆ Rich Special Tsukemen 1,290 yen The rich special tsukemen at the Shibuya branch is 1,170 yen, so the Ginza branch is about 120 yen more expensive. The prices reflect Japan's real estate market! Leaving that aside, this time I ordered without hesitation the most popular classic "rich special tsukemen"! Noodles: Overwhelmingly smooth and chewy. It looks perfect. The boiling and cooling of the noodles are spot on. Soup: A thick seafood soup that sticks to the smooth and chewy noodles is like a work of art. And the "tsukemen style" born to ensure that you can enjoy the tsukemen until the end is synonymous with Tsujita. I followed it carefully throughout the meal. With black shichimi, you won't get tired until the finish. [Tsukemen Style] 1. First, eat it as it is without squeezing sudachi or adding black shichimi. 2. When you finish one-third of it, squeeze sudachi on the noodles, mix well, and then eat. 3. The remaining one-third should be eaten by sprinkling black shichimi on the noodles. 4. Finally, there is soup-wari, so please lift the soup bowl and ask the staff. Thank you for the meal!

After running errands one day, I visited Tsujita for lunch. It was my first time there. Before lining up, I purchased a meal ticket. I had the special dipping noodles for 1050 yen. You can customize the flavor by adding vinegar or black seven spice, and the soup has various flavors like dried sardines (sorry, I'm not good at explaining). It was delicious. The soup had slices of pork and green onions, making it a satisfying lunch. I would love to eat here again. Thank you for the meal.

【Reservation】Not required 【Reason for visit】Favorite tsukemen restaurant 【A la carte or course】A la carte ~Impressions~ ⚫︎Rich Tonkotsu Pork Tsukemen 1,380 yen (Extra noodles +150 yen) The thick, rich fish-based soup with pork chashu that melts in your mouth is a perfect match for the fish aroma and the richness of the pork. This dish is incredibly satisfying and delicious! I love chashu, so I prefer the pork version over the regular tsukemen! The meat is tender and blends well with the noodles and soup. The noodles are smooth and have a good chewiness, very springy! The noodles just slide down effortlessly! I added sudachi halfway through for a flavor change. The refreshing aroma and acidity of the sudachi make it light and easy to eat, not too heavy! It's really delicious! Lastly, I added some black shichimi for another flavor change! Black shichimi is not very spicy, so it's best to sprinkle generously. I finished it in no time without getting bored and had no problem finishing the large portion! Definitely a must-try! ・Rich Tonkotsu Pork Tsukemen ▪︎Food: ❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎ ▪︎Price: ❤︎❤︎❤︎ ▪︎Service: ❤︎❤︎❤︎ ▪︎Cost performance: ❤︎❤︎❤︎ ▪︎Atmosphere: ❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎ ▪︎Satisfaction: ❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎ ▪︎Likelihood to revisit: 100% ▪︎Situation: Alone, casual ※ ❤︎ is a 5-point rating scale

After opening, before lunch. No waiting. Rich tsukemen. The soup is good. Noodles are good, ingredients are good. The chashu is not bad, but slightly smaller than shown on the website. The seven-spice for flavor enhancement is just right with a little. The cost performance is not great. Despite its popularity, in a fiercely competitive area, it's a bit questionable whether to repeat at this price.

I visited for the first time. I ordered the rich flavored egg tsukemen for 1,200 yen and a canned beer for 350 yen. The soup was rich and hot, and the noodles were chewy. It was very delicious. The vinegar citrus and black seven spice for flavoring were a nice touch. I would like to try the regular ramen next time.

Tsukemen with seasoned egg for 1,200 yen. It's been a while since I've been exploring new restaurants. This place offers a double soup that is completely different from the usual flavors. The noodles are smooth and the thickness is just right. Despite being a chain, the taste remains consistently delicious. Surprisingly, both the noodles and the soup have improved since the days in Ogawamachi. This place might be the only one I need for tsukemen. Tsujita is the only place where you can enjoy tsukemen without getting tired of it till the end. There are quite a few foreign customers, which shows that this tsukemen is something to be proud of worldwide.

Collaborating with Sangawa-ya Seimen, this rich special dipping noodles are served with chewy medium-thick noodles, flavored egg, char siu, and menma. The soup is made from a variety of ingredients including pork bones, chicken bones, seafood, and vegetables, creating a thick and sticky texture that coats the noodles well. The noodles are first eaten as they are, then squeezed with sudachi citrus for a refreshing twist. Sprinkling black pepper on the noodles as you progress adds a punch of flavor. You can also enjoy a soup refill at the end to savor every last drop. This is the Tsujita style of dipping noodles, and it was delicious!

I visited Tsujita Ginza, which I had been curious about for a while. I decided on the special tsukemen after looking at the ticket machine photos and it was surprisingly easy to get in despite there being about 10 people in line. There were instructions on the table on how to eat the dish, so I followed them and tried everything. It was nice to add kabosu to the dish. However, I was a bit disappointed because the chashu looked different from the one in the ticket machine photos. I finished off with soup wari.

The smooth and chewy noodles were excellent. The seafood pork bone broth was consistently delicious. Squeezing the kabosu citrus added a refreshing touch, making it perfect for flavor variation. I also made sure to finish every last drop of the soup. The atmosphere of the restaurant is open and clean, which is great. You can use your Suica card at the ticket machine, which is convenient. The regular tsukemen comes with just one sheet of nori (with a little bit of menma and chashu in the soup). You can add extra noodles for an additional 150 yen.

The ramen shop was relatively clean and inviting, making it easy for women to enter without hesitation. While it may not be the most cost-effective option, you can choose a special large serving which will leave you feeling satisfied. The sudachi (citrus fruit) adds a refreshing touch and is easy to eat. However, I wish they would add a bit more of the small sudachi slices. Thank you for the meal.

This is the starting lineup for when going to Ginza for lunch. Managed to eat without waiting in line this time. Indeed, there were fewer people lining up with the temperature exceeding 35℃. No, there was a sudden influx of customers after entering the store! There is quite a line, so need to quickly give up the seat. The ramen here is consistently good. Looking forward to the next visit.

It is a well-known famous restaurant. I have always wanted to go there, but whenever I go to Ginza, I forget about it and finally got to go. I visited around 2:30 pm on a Saturday and there was no wait, so I smoothly entered the restaurant. It operates on a system where you buy a meal ticket first. I was seated and there was a paper apron in the bag holder under the table, so I prepared while waiting for about 7 minutes. The noodles and soup arrived. It was simply delicious. The taste change from sudachi to black pepper was enjoyable, and the rich flavor of the soup was great because it didn't get boring. I finished it smoothly. I wanted to try the soup refill, but I'm on a diet so I saved it for next time. On that day, there was only one Japanese staff member in the hall. The kitchen staff were all foreigners, but they were very nice, explaining loudly and greeting customers. The atmosphere was nice. The kitchen is open so you can see everything, and it is well-maintained, making it pleasant to sit and watch. The only downside was the display of consumables used for business lined up in front of you, but it would be better if it were in a less noticeable place due to the location in Ginza. However, the staff-only area is likely to be small, so it can't be helped. You can enjoy the taste of a famous restaurant in Ginza. It would make foreign guests happy, so it's a restaurant worth looking forward to.

I discovered tsukemen that caught my eye at the convenience store and decided to stop by. Honestly, my impression is that it's just average. It's not bad, but it lacks something special. The noodles and soup don't quite match for me. That's my honest opinion! The atmosphere of the store, the staff's response, and their energy are all wonderful!

First time visiting the Ginza branch. I entered around 7 pm on Saturday and was seated right away. The majority of customers were foreign tourists. The interior of the restaurant was clean and had a good atmosphere, with only counter seating and plenty of space between seats. The staff were lively and the overall vibe was great. I ordered the tsukemen with flavored egg and added extra sudachi topping because I love sudachi. The chewy noodles and flavorful soup were delicious! It tasted just as good as the main branch. The location of the Ginza branch is convenient, and I would love to visit again when I'm in the area. ♡

The taste is consistent, but I somehow felt the pleasantness of the service at this store more than the ones I usually go to. I had been avoiding this place because they were out of sudachi for a while. I ordered extra sudachi to squeeze over the noodles and also extra sudachi to squeeze into the soup-wari donburi at the end. It had been a while so I had forgotten, but I should have asked for the soup-wari to be lighter. They always say to let them know if it's too strong, but I feel shy to say it, so I should have mentioned it at the beginning. By the way, I just remembered because I was too shy to say it, but a girl who came in later said, "It's too cold because of the air conditioning," and then they turned it off. I was sitting next to her and I was actually really hot, haha. It's tough, this customer service business. Those who speak up without hesitation seem to have the advantage, I guess.

It was so close that I kept passing by, but I finally visited. Since they opened in Ogawamachi, they have been serving beautifully delicious tsukemen, raising the level of tsukemen shops in both store appearance and taste. I chose the Hikikomi Buta for 1360 yen, a bit more expensive than the special. The crumbled chashu sinking in the dipping sauce gives it a visual edge over the special. The slightly white, smooth thick noodles are just right in texture, not too soft or too firm, and in today's world where many types of noodles exist, I think everyone will find them tasty and satisfying. The dipping sauce, which used to be considered "quite rich," now seems to have a good balance between animal and seafood flavors at an easy-to-eat concentration. I enjoyed adding table pepper, black shichimi pepper, vinegar, and the provided sudachi lime one by one, and even tried soup splitting, changing the taste gradually. I felt the saltiness was a bit strong, but overall, it was a delicious balance without any flaws. I prefer the special over the Hikikomi Buta - considering the content, I couldn't find a reason why the special would be better, maybe it's just slightly more expensive. Thank you for the meal!

I visited "Tsujita," located about a 2-minute walk from Mitsukoshi in Ginza, and it was a great location. During lunchtime, there was a small line of salarymen, but the interior was clean with a traditional Japanese atmosphere. The restaurant is part of a chain with well-designed interiors, making it welcoming for women. The service was energetic and friendly. I ordered the "Rich Ajitama Tsukemen" for 1,180 yen. It was a standard tsukemen, but the saltiness was strong and the flavor was intense. It was a bit too salty for me, but those who like bold flavors or had a bit too much to drink the night before might enjoy it. Thank you for the meal.

I visited around 7:30 on Saturday night. It was not crowded when I arrived, but it became full shortly after and there were about 5 people waiting in line when I left. I ordered the Ajitama Tsukemen with sudachi topping. It arrived after a 5-minute wait. First, I tried the noodles as they were. The slightly sweet dipping sauce coated the thin noodles well, allowing the flavor of the noodles to come through nicely. It was delicious. Next, I added the sudachi to the noodles. The refreshing citrus flavor of the sudachi paired well with the dipping sauce, creating a well-balanced taste. It was tasty. Then, I added black shichimi pepper to the noodles. The spice of the shichimi pepper added an accent to the dish, creating a delicious and well-thought-out flavor. The noodles were a good match for the seasoning, offering a nice change in taste. Lastly, I tried the soup broth with the noodles, but it didn't add anything particularly special. In my personal opinion, the flavor of the seasoned egg was a bit weak and overcooked for my liking. I will definitely visit again.

I tried the new Tsujita ramen in Ginza. I ordered it with green onions and sudachi topping, my personal favorite combination. The noodles were beautifully presented in the bowl, exuding elegance. I started by trying the noodles alone, then dipped them in the rich soup. The soup was packed with umami from animal extracts, making it flavorful and satisfying. I added some sudachi and black pepper for a different taste experience, which really enhanced the dish. I finished by washing down the bowl and my stomach with the extra soup. The energetic shout from the manager and their kind hospitality made the experience even better.

Tsujita has appeared in Ginza without me even noticing. While their other locations are also impressive, this one is exceptionally beautiful! Perhaps due to its location, there were many foreign customers. As usual, I ordered the tsukemen with extra egg. It was rich and satisfying as always. The staff were all friendly and energetic, making it a lovely overall experience.

I visited around 5:00 pm for an early dinner and was able to get in without waiting in line before it started getting crowded. The seafood-based soup with dipping noodles was truly impressive. The chashu was tender yet had a meaty texture, providing a satisfying bite. When I took a bite of the egg halfway through, I felt a gentle, mellow flavor. As I started to feel the richness, squeezing some sudachi over it brought out a refreshing taste that highlighted a different aspect of the soup. It was a bowl that allowed me to experience various flavors in a delightful way.
