I purchased the Kalbi bento and lean meat bento. The rice comes with meat on top, and kimchi is also included. The meat, as expected from KINTAN, was thick, tender, and delicious. You can take out the kimchi and warm it up in the microwave, so you can enjoy a warm bento at home. There are various meat combinations available, so you can choose the bento with the part of the meat you want to eat. The Kalbi bento was even more delicious than I expected. I would like to use this service again!

The aged KINTAN & salt Harami bento on the Shinkansen was very tender and delicious, making it a pass as a bento. It's priced around 3000 yen, which seems reasonable. However, considering the high price for a bento, I was hoping for something more impressive. It was tasty though. Thank you for the meal.

★I arrived around 3:30 pm on a weekend afternoon★I waited for a little while★I had a green meat bun★TasteThe skin was green and very cute, maybe it's just me? The skin had a slight vegetable smell, giving it a healthy feel haha. The skin was not too soft, it had a bit of elasticity. The filling contained minced pork, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots. Overall, it was delicious★Cost PerformanceIt was quite delicious, but at around 240 yen per pork bun, I think it's a bit expensive★Customer ServiceThe staff was friendly★Repeat VisitI wouldn't go out of my way to buy it again, but if I happen to pass by next time, I might buy it again. Therefore, I rate it as ★★★ out of five points★★★ ===========

I have been to KINTAN's Daikanyama, Ebisu, and Roppongi locations. I often visit the Ebisu location. The prices for their bento boxes range from 2,700 yen, which is quite high. In comparison to the reasonable bento boxes at the Shibuya Food Show, KINTAN competes not only in taste but also in cost. I tried the "Black Wagyu Bento" (2,700 yen) and it was really delicious! I don't want to share this hidden gem, but I have to - it's a great value for money and highly recommended! Follow my Instagram account @tokyo.tube for more recommendations.

Recommended by a family who has dined at Kintan before. Purchased a dinner exclusive bento box. Probably had beef tongue, kalbi, and harami? (Sorry if I got it wrong) It was incredibly delicious... The meat was very tasty. The portion was just right. It came with plenty of side dishes like kimchi, which was a nice touch. I would love to dine at the restaurant sometime!

I'm considering what to get at Tokyu Food Show! There's a KINTAN takeout option... I've used the Ebisu store before and couldn't resist trying it out. I bought the Beef Kalbi for 1,099 yen. It was delicious. A surprising twist was the pickled plum kimchi inside the kimchi! I was surprised haha. The kimchi flavor wasn't too strong. Thank you for the meal!

I just learned the name of the restaurant for the first time, but it seems to be quite popular. They serve kimchi separately in a pack, and they also offer takeout with thoughtful touches. I bought two different types and tried them both, and they were both delicious.

I tried KINTAN's bento for the first time. The meat was so tender that it was easy to chew even when cold. There was no unpleasant greasiness in the fat, and I enjoyed it until the end. It is delicious on its own, but warming it up a little in the microwave might make it even better.

Shibuya Tokyu Food Show. I entered and found Platinum Pork on sale for ¥300 off! I couldn't resist and bought it. The Platinum Pork ginger pork bento box was originally ¥980 tax included, but with the discount, it was ¥680 tax included. I heated it up in the microwave and it tasted almost like freshly made. The meat and rice were tender, and the bento was delicious. The meat had a good flavor without being overpowered by the sauce. There were plenty of slices of meat, which was satisfying. The meat was not too fatty and had a nice sweetness without feeling heavy. The ginger pork was not the typical sweet and savory flavor, but a light and tasty version. Even the kimchi was delicious. It was clear that the shop takes care in their work. I would like to visit their physical store as well. This bento box was a great deal for under ¥1000, and with the discount, it was even better. I now know that I won't be disappointed with this shop, so I look forward to trying a different bento box next time. Many grilled meat bento boxes are priced over ¥2000, and it's heartbreaking to spend that much and have it be a disappointment.

KINTAN, a bento box specialty shop that opened in Shibuya in July, offers a special bento box with black wagyu beef and eel. This bento box is not usually available, but it was offered as a limited edition for the midsummer day of the ox. The black wagyu beef is incredibly tender and sweet, and it pairs perfectly with the rice drizzled with sauce. The eel has a thick and satisfying texture. Despite feeling like there is not much rice, the bento box is filling. Although it is not cheap, costing less than 3000 yen, it is a luxurious and satisfying meal. Thank you for the feast.
