I was able to get in without a reservation. The aged meats were very delicious. The staff helped me with how to cook them, which was helpful. The price of alcohol was a bit high. They only had pork meat, so the variety was limited, but I still felt satisfied. They also had a counter, so it seemed suitable for one or two people.

I think it was my first time trying aged pork offal. They offer carefully selected aged pork offal, with high freshness and a wide variety of cuts, all cooked on a shichirin grill. Each part seems to have been meticulously prepared, as there is no hint of any unpleasant smell. I've never had such tender pork cheek before, and I was surprised by the lack of odor in cuts like the small intestines and fresh liver. This up-and-coming pork offal restaurant requires a reservation on weekends. The meaning of "Eiji" in Aging Pork is unclear, whether it refers to the restaurant or the owner's name. I enjoyed the delicious meal. Thank you.

The pork intestines are a bit pricey here, and the alcohol is also moderately priced. I used to think it was because the pork intestines were aged until just before eating. But I realized that was wrong. There are only three types of aged meat: tongue, head, and skirt. It makes sense that there are fewer delicious parts that improve with aging. If you age liver, it just becomes less tasty! I tried the aged tongue, it was okay. But the fresh white liver and diaphragm are overwhelmingly delicious. The color of the intestines here is completely different from other stores, probably because they are not frozen. White liver is basically fatty liver. It is decided to be discarded by veterinary medicine at slaughterhouses. But it's delicious when people eat it. They seem to be sourcing it. The fluffy lungs I had from the daily menu today were incredibly fresh and delicious! This was the first time I had such fluffy lungs. If you want to eat high-quality pork intestines, this is the place to go. I will definitely come back!

I often go to yakitori restaurants, but I found it very rare to come across a pork hormone restaurant and was drawn to visit. The shop has a counter and tables in the back, and I was seated at a table in the back. I ordered several dishes like aged pork, and they were all delicious. The grilling was spot on! Everything I tried was delicious. The owner, Eiji-san, was very friendly and easy to talk to, which added to the enjoyment. Lastly, he served a dessert as a special treat for the ladies, and the pudding was amazing! It was a firm pudding and the best. I would love to host a meat-loving girls' gathering at this wonderful restaurant.

I was intrigued by the new store, a pork offal restaurant! The fresh cuts were not at all smelly and very delicious. The owner, a former professional from a yakiniku restaurant, only serves cuts that he is confident in. The seasoning and sauce were also delicious and satisfying! This place will surely liven up the Kanda area in the future. I will definitely visit again.
