I visited at the end of the morning, so it was more like an early lunch. I ordered the avocado cheese hamburger and pancake set, which might be a bit heavy for breakfast but was fine for brunch. I was worried if the sweetness of the pancake syrup would go well with the hamburger, but it turned out to be okay. There's nothing particularly special about Denny's, but it's nice to have a reliable option.

I used it on my walk and took advantage of the 50% off with PayPay, so I went to Denny's for the first time in a while. I don't usually eat much in the morning, so I ended up getting really full. The cheese toast was delicious, but it was a bit heavy. After eating, I had to walk even more.

I like restaurants with a wide variety of menu options. Dennys has a delicious menu and it was fun choosing what to eat. I recently went there and found out they offer takeout and even frozen options now. Amazing!

I wanted to eat tantanmen. I wanted to have it with a glass of draft beer. When I entered the restaurant, I was completely ignored by the staff. It was like an icy hospitality. But I endured it. I tried to make eye contact and raised my hand three times. Finally, after enduring for 10 minutes, a waitress came to check the reservation and finally showed me to my table. It had been a while since I last visited this restaurant. I couldn't find tantanmen on the menu, and they didn't have draft beer either. My heart sank. The restaurant had a high, semi-transparent partition, making it feel like I was entering a cockpit. Most of the customers were alone, staring at their computers. Everyone seemed to be wrapped in loneliness. Maybe that's why the restaurant felt cold. I kept looking at the menu on the touch panel, but no tantanmen or draft beer. My spirit was broken. That's all for my comments. Now, a few thoughts on the photos. I probably won't be coming back to this restaurant again... It was a night where I was overwhelmed by the aura of loneliness.

Denney's in front of Gotokuji Station. It was somewhat crowded with a few minutes wait. The interior was a bit cramped, typical of a station-front store. I decided to try something different this time and ordered the 200g Beef Hamburg. The garlic sauce was delicious and went well with the rice. The hamburger itself was tasty, but the side dishes of sliced potatoes, spinach, and corn were disappointing.

My first part-time job was at Denny's in Shinjuku. At first, I was in charge of frying, so I got really full from eating a lot of fried food like chicken nuggets and fries.

"Station Front Needs" converted to "Station Front 'Needs'" is surprisingly accurate (lol). The shopping street is for the common people, but the area in front of Odakyu Line's Gotokuji Station is dominated by capital-based businesses. Next to the ticket gate is a "Saint Marc Cafe", to the left after exiting the gate is a "Sukiya", in front is a "Denny's", and to the right is a "Hidakaya". Quite a spectacular sight, I must say. Now, the convenient Denny's is located under the elevated tracks. It's a place where you won't get wet even on rainy days. I've used it several times, and its convenience and casual atmosphere are truly valuable. It's good for when you're feeling a bit peckish or meeting friends. It's also smoker-friendly with a proper smoking section. The high ceiling prevents the feeling of smoke filling the air. The French toast, which takes a long time to prepare, is not suitable for when you want something quick. It's nice that they offer both 4 standard pieces and 2 mini pieces. The cappuccino is on par with free drink standards. For a family restaurant, there's nothing to complain about.

Visited around 3:00 PM on a Sunday. Originally planned to go to Angie's, but they were closed from 3-5 PM that day. Ended up walking towards the station and saw the word "hamburg." I don't usually go to family restaurants, but decided to give it a try. It was crowded, but managed to get a table for two. Wish they had counter seats. Saw a lone customer continuously ordering coffee and a family enjoying their meal. Ordered a Chita Highball for ¥646, which was light and easy to drink. The Herb Chicken and Kale Salad for ¥862 was surprisingly delicious. The Caesar salad with chicken was good. The Kai-no-mi lean steak for ¥1564 was cooked medium rare and tasty, although the onion sauce was a bit weak. The All Beef Hamburger for ¥1186 was also delicious, with a surprising daikon sauce. The Kiwi Sour for ¥484 had a unique texture and was enjoyable. The Mini Parfait with Tochiotome strawberries for ¥430 was delicious, and the Matcha Shiratama Parfait for ¥430 was also good, with authentic matcha ice cream. The total bill ended up being over ¥5,000, but Dennys never disappoints in taste. The staff seemed surprised by the amount I ate. Dennys is still delicious, and I enjoyed my meal.

I used to live in Gotokuji 5-6 years ago, so I often visited Denny's back then. This time, I happened to have some business in Gotokuji and decided to stop by after a long time. The interior of the restaurant hasn't changed at all since then. One of the appealing aspects of Denny's is that their menu changes regularly. The prices could be a bit more affordable, but Denny's is a bit on the expensive side. This time, I ordered coffee and dessert more for the atmosphere of Gotokuji than for the food itself. It was nice to take a break and soak in the nostalgic atmosphere of Gotokuji. It's always crowded at this Denny's, which is a good sign of a thriving business.

I came around 1:30 thinking it might be empty, but there was a waiting list! I wrote my name and waited. Maybe because it's the weekend. It felt like an oasis for older people. I was seated in less than 10 minutes and carefully read the menu... I couldn't help but pay attention to the calories when they were written. So, I chose the salmon burger bowl with brown rice, vegetables, and a soft-boiled egg on top. It came with a drink, so I chose herbal tea (red). I had eaten the same thing at a different Denny's before. I felt somewhat healthier, but my stomach wasn't quite satisfied, so I ended up eating bread afterwards. It doesn't make sense. Why does one get so hungry in winter?

It's great that the family restaurant is becoming smoke-free, but it's nice that there is a smoking section where you can still smoke. The food is stable and not bad at all, but for some reason, it feels a bit pricey. The set meals are reasonably priced. The hamburgers are delicious, but I wonder why it feels a bit over budget. Still, when I have nowhere else to go, I usually end up here at Gotoku-ji, the only family restaurant around. I hope it continues to thrive. The constant ringing of the kitchen bell (probably signaling that an order is ready) can be a bit annoying if it's overdone, so maybe they should stop it. I wonder if it bothers me because I have experience working in family restaurants?

I used it for breakfast. The store is open 24 hours, and the interior is kept clean. There is no drink bar, but the drip coffee is refilled or replaced by employees who patrol the area carefully. This attention to detail is appreciated. The employees are well-trained, and at our store, they seem to know the orders and preferences of regular customers, providing service similar to Komeda Coffee. If they have hired appropriate staff based on this store concept, then "Denny's" is truly impressive. The service is standardized, but it seems that each store specializes in employee service based on the store's characteristics. I am always impressed by the meticulous service, such as adjusting the toast's baking time or warming the dishes depending on the ingredients.

Odakyu Line Gōtokuji Station has a family restaurant located under the railway viaduct, making it convenient for transferring between the Odakyu Line and Setagaya Line. I stopped by around 9:00 PM on a Sunday to grab a meal before heading home. The restaurant had several six-person tables, making it a bit of a hassle to count them all. There were a decent number of other customers already there. I was asked if I preferred smoking or non-smoking, and I chose non-smoking. I ordered the avocado hamburger, which arrived in about 8 minutes. I paid with nanaco. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I used it for lunch on my way back from going out on a Sunday afternoon. It was crowded as expected under the guard near the station, but fortunately I was able to get in after a short wait. The interior of the restaurant is narrow, with few sofa seats (mostly chairs). I ordered spaghetti with squid and cod roe, pancakes for children, and hamburger hot pot. It's nice that you can get a coffee refill, but it's a bit of a hassle because the staff come around frequently. When I left the restaurant, there was a long line. As expected near the station.

The spacious interior with cozy booth seating is comfortable. The location in front of the station is convenient.
