We visited this restaurant together during our temple and shrine tour in the area. He ordered the chilled soba with fried mochi, while I opted for the 100% buckwheat soba. We also shared the Bismarck pizza with bacon and a soft-boiled egg, just like last time. The pizza lunch came with a salad and a drink, which I gave to him. He found the dressing on the salad too tangy for his liking. However, he really enjoyed the chilled soba with fried mochi, being a fan of mochi. My 100% buckwheat soba was delicious with its rich soba broth and generous portion. The pizza seemed a bit pricey compared to what it came with, and the bottom was slightly burnt this time. It was lunchtime and the restaurant was busy, so they were probably rushed. The spider lilies in the garden, which were stunning last time, had already withered this time. Despite these small drawbacks, it's still a favorite spot of ours, and we look forward to trying other items on the menu next time we're in the area. Lastly, we were able to use au PAY for electronic payment.

While I was touring the temples and shrines in Inagi City alone, I happened to pass by a shop. On that day, the shop's premises were filled with many cluster amaryllis flowers, which caught my attention. Intrigued by the menu as well, I decided to go in for lunch. Inside, the shop had a stylish and lovely atmosphere. I ordered the unique Soba flour pizza with grilled bacon and soft-boiled egg Bismarck. I also got the dessert of the day, panna cotta. The pizza had a fluffy and thick crust, with a delicious combination of cheese, bacon, and soft-boiled egg. The dessert was not included in the set, but for 1100 yen excluding tax, I thought it was a great deal with the pizza, salad, and drink. The building seemed to have remnants of its past as a soba restaurant, and I would have liked to try their soba as well, but I was satisfied with the pizza this time. I plan to come back with my partner next time to order soba and share the pizza. The staff who served us was very friendly, and I also noticed a wisteria trellis in the shop's parking lot, so I would like to visit during that season. I wanted to post this review before the cluster amaryllis flowers wither, and this time, I attached the most images ever in my review. Additional note: I believe they accepted au pay as a payment method.

Near Inagi Station, a little off Tsurugawa Street, there is a soba & Italian restaurant. Surrounded by residential areas, it's surprising to find such a charming place here! The combination of soba and Italian cuisine may seem unusual, but they use soba flour for their pasta and pizza dough! Even on weekdays, the lunch sets are around ¥1000, which is quite reasonable. Pasta and pizza lunch sets come with salad and a drink for ¥1100, while soba dishes like zaru soba are priced at ¥660 and tempura soba at ¥1100. The restaurant has a modern Japanese atmosphere, and I was torn between trying the soba and the pasta made with soba flour. In the end, I chose the A lunch set: eggplant and mozzarella cheese pasta in tomato sauce, with orange juice as my drink. First, a salad was served - a small bowl of leafy greens with a delicious basil dressing. Then came the pasta. The soba flour gave the noodles a brownish hue and a chewy texture, with a subtle soba aroma. The tomato sauce was flavorful yet light. Intrigued by the "daily homemade dessert ¥220," I asked about it and discovered it was basil panna cotta. The panna cotta had a basil-infused flavor that was fresh and unique, topped with red beans. It may not be for everyone, but I personally enjoyed the bold taste. The restaurant seemed to have undergone renovation, with an old exterior but a stylish and modern interior. The spacious seating and convenient parking for three cars added to the comfortable dining experience. Despite stumbling upon it by chance, I had a satisfying lunch experience here!

After a yoga class, I came to a new dining kitchen called "Erts" in the local Inagi City. The interior of the restaurant is mainly wooden, with a spacious and lovely atmosphere, complete with beautiful interior tables and chairs. The place was filled with adult women, giving off a vibe that seems popular among housewives. The main menu consists of pasta and pizza, but with a twist - they use homemade pasta and pizza dough made from buckwheat flour. Yes, this is the renovated and newly opened restaurant from the famous "Hanako Chaya Fujita Soba." Of course, they also offer traditional Japanese soba on the menu. During lunchtime, you can choose from 5 lunch menu options and 3 weekly specials, making it a tough decision. I ordered the "Eggplant and Mozzarella in Tomato Sauce, Large Portion." The soba pasta, with its unique texture resembling a less elastic fettuccine, paired perfectly with the mozzarella cheese and eggplant. It was delicious and definitely made me want to come back. I'm curious about the soba dough pizza too. With the power of Mina-chan and Princess Mikame, we were served with a complimentary panna cotta. The new sensation is truly delightful!

I went on a weekday and it wasn't crowded. I had wild vegetable soba and tempura soba. The dipping sauce was on the sweeter side. The taste was okay.

A hidden gem with a unique genre of Italian cuisine using soba flour. The atmosphere is great, and the restaurant can satisfy my daughter who wants pasta, my wife who wants pizza, and me who wants Japanese food all at once. Overall, the food is delicious. The 1,100 yen lunch is satisfying in terms of atmosphere and quality. Personally, I found the zaru soba to be of very high quality. The texture and flavor of the soba were well balanced, making it the most delicious soba I've had recently. I will definitely come back.
