Nagi-san from Inari-cho. This cafe is located about a 5-6 minute walk from Asakusa Street towards Ueno. It is a popular cafe with a wait of 4 groups ahead of us when we arrived. Luckily, we were able to get in after about 20 minutes. One of the good things about this place is that both the sweets and drinks are made very carefully and, of course, delicious. We visited with the intention of trying the custard pudding, but it was sold out. Instead, we had the seasonal dessert, Cocoa and Banana Rare Cheesecake. The presentation was beautiful, making the banana look luxurious. The cream had a good taste, the banana aroma was pleasant, and it was delicious. The staff at the cafe were kind and provided attentive service, making it a comfortable and enjoyable cafe time. Looking forward to going back again. Next time, for the pudding... Thank you for the meal.

I recently realized that I really love peaches... During peach season, many different restaurants and cafes have dishes and sweets made with peaches. One place that caught my eye was this one. The peach cheesecake and peach squash not only looked beautiful but also tasted incredibly delicious, so peach lovers, this is a must-visit! I visited on a weekday around 9:30 am to avoid the weekend crowds. The interior had 5 tables, so it might get crowded with 6 people sitting. I ordered the Peach Rare Cheesecake (¥900) and Peach Squash (¥700). They cut the peaches after you order, which was surprisingly meticulous. The peaches that day were the "Minehō" variety, with firm flesh that was not overly sweet. The rare cheesecake was very smooth, not too sweet, and paired perfectly with the peaches! The sauce that came with it, with peaches or maybe brown sugar, added a nice depth to the sweetness. Despite being sweet on sweet, it wasn't overwhelming and had a nice richness. The relaxed atmosphere made me lose track of time. I heard the pudding is also delicious, so I would love to visit again. Thank you for the meal.

▷Peach Rare Cheesecake▶︎Peach Squash A peach dessert filled with passion and dedication. The peach on top is complemented by a sauce that enhances the peach flavor, and the beautifully arranged peach slices resemble flowers, offering a unique taste experience. The peaches used, called "Mifeng," were sweet and fresh! The rare cheesecake is set with whipped cream, providing a smooth texture and gentle sweetness that is simply amazing. Whether you eat the peach alone, the cheesecake alone, or together, it is a truly exquisite treat! The Peach Squash contains peach pieces inside, allowing you to scoop it up with a spoon. The fizzy sweet peach flavor is perfect for summer! With various textures and flavors of peaches to enjoy, it is recommended for those who want to savor peaches to the fullest! Check the Instagram story for updates on peach availability, as they tend to sell out quickly! If you want to make sure you get to try it, it is recommended to visit in the morning. I visited around noon on a weekday, so it was not crowded! It is a perfect cafe to relax and unwind. The staff were wonderful, creating a cozy atmosphere. The interior is relatively small, with 6 seats and 5 side tables.

Nagi Ueno Cafe, which opened in May 2023, is a small cafe located just a 3-minute walk from Ueno Station, Asakusa exit. The cafe, opened by a former staff member of the popular Pechicasu Kamasan in Asakusa, has 6 seats inside and 2 seats outside. It opens at 8:30, making it a great spot for morning activities. On weekdays, the cafe is closed, and I entered at 9:10 to find 3 customers already inside and 4 more coming in after me. I ordered the Peach Rare Cheesecake for 900 yen and the Peach Squash for 700 yen, totaling 1600 yen. All the other customers had also ordered these items. The Peach Rare Cheesecake is beautifully decorated with peaches arranged like rose petals. The peaches used today are the Asama White Peaches directly delivered from a peach farm in Yamanashi. After tasting a peach petal, I found it to be the sweetest peach I've had this year. The peach petals are eaten first, followed by pouring the accompanying peach sauce over the cheesecake. The peach sauce, with fruit chunks, is sweet and complements the cheesecake well. The Peach Squash is a refreshing drink with peach jam and sliced peaches at the bottom. Mixing it well before drinking brings out the fruity peach flavor. It was a delicious meal. I look forward to revisiting as new fruit-based desserts are introduced in the future.

I saw a post on Instagram about a peach rare cheesecake that caught my attention, so I decided to check it out. The place is a small shop on the way from Ueno Station to Asakusa, with no big sign outside, so it might be easy to miss. However, it's located diagonally across from Kissaten Kojou, so if you remember that, you shouldn't have trouble finding it. The interior of the shop has benches along one wall with small side tables. The counter where the staff work is quite close to the seating area, so you might hear some noise while they work. They open at 8:30 am, but due to the time needed for preparation, I went there on a weekday before 10 am and they only had one slice of the rare cheesecake left. Unfortunately, the peach squash I wanted to order was sold out. They mentioned that the peach delivery had arrived and they would start preparing it, so if you come around lunchtime, you might have a chance to try it. I ordered the Peach Rare Cheesecake (¥900) and a Café Latte (¥650). The cheesecake was served in a glass with salmon-pink petals, made with Asama white peaches. The delicate color gradation was beautiful, resembling a rose with natural colors. The cheesecake was not too sweet, with a prominent acidity that enhanced the sweetness of the peach. Drizzling the peach compote syrup over it added a rich sweetness to the experience. Although I couldn't try the peach squash, the latte was satisfying with a strong espresso flavor. They open early, so it seems like a good spot for a morning outing.

I heard that my favorite neighborhood cafe started serving peach sweets, so I went to Nagi-san at the end of July. I ordered the Peach Rare Cheesecake (900 yen) and the Peach Squash (700 yen). When I arrived around 9:30 on a weekday, there were empty seats and I was able to sit down right away. The peach rare cheesecake that I was looking forward to had peach slices delicately arranged on top like flowers, with plenty of peach sauce on the side to pour over. The staff must be very busy arranging these delicate peach petals on top after each order, especially when there are multiple orders at once. The peaches that day were Asama white peaches, as the staff kindly informed me. The flesh was soft and sweet. The peach squash had jam and fruit chunks settled at the bottom, so I enjoyed mixing and scooping as I drank it. I had another delicious experience on this day. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the restaurant with high expectations after seeing it on Instagram. I arrived at 10 am on a weekday, but unfortunately the peach rare cheesecake I wanted was sold out, so I settled for the pudding instead. However, I was surprised when the peach rare cheesecake was brought to the customer next to me after I had already ordered and started eating my pudding and coffee. I couldn't believe it. Was this a place where they choose the customers to serve? Leaving that aside, I ordered a hand-drip "Colombia" coffee. I personally tasted berry notes, with a taste of caramelized apple and a rose-like atmosphere. However, as soon as I drank it, the powdery texture and strong bitterness overwhelmed me. It seemed like there was a problem with the drip recipe. As the coffee cooled down, the powdery texture, grittiness, and bitterness increased. I ended up leaving the coffee, as well as the pudding. It was the first time in my life that I couldn't finish a pudding. It wasn't about the quantity, but the taste. I couldn't taste the egg flavor or sweetness, and the cream on top lacked sweetness as well. The caramel didn't have enough burnt flavor, so it lacked both bitterness and sweetness. The worst part was the red something sprinkled on top of the cream. I couldn't quite tell what it was, some kind of berry perhaps, but its acidity ruined the whole experience. I won't be coming back. Additionally, the food and drinks took a long time to be served.

Nagi - A café with a not too sweet, not too firm, not too soft, but pleasantly thick pudding ice cafe latte that goes well together. The interior is not spacious, but I was able to enter alone at the right timing. It gives more of a quick and enjoyable café vibe rather than a place for long stays. It seems like you can also enjoy your treat on the outside bench.

One morning, I had sweets for breakfast at a cafe called "Nagi" located between Ueno Station and Inari-cho Station, near the retro coffee shop "Kojo". The exterior of the cafe is simple, so it's easy to miss. Inside, there are small tables with benches, creating a cozy and calming atmosphere. The bright interior with large windows adds to the ambiance. The menu includes coffee, soft drinks, and beer, as well as sweets and toast for food options. They also offer a morning set. I was tempted by the morning set, but I couldn't resist the custard pudding. I ordered a cafe latte and custard pudding. The cafe latte was served in a thick cup, with a good balance of bitterness and milky richness. The custard pudding was firm, topped with whipped cream and strawberry crumble. The pudding was large and satisfying, with a subtle sweetness and a refreshing texture. The caramel had a hint of bitterness, complementing the creamy pudding well. The strawberry crumble added a nice touch of acidity. Overall, Nagi is a cafe with a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a leisurely visit.

July 21, 2023✎︎__________・Cafe Latte and Pudding/1300✎︎__________Located in Ueno, Tokyo, Cafe♡ just opened on May 4th! The simple exterior and interior are predominantly white in color. It's great that they open early in the morning! There were people coming for breakfast as well as many office workers getting takeout due to the proximity to the business district. Dogs are also welcome, and there was a well-behaved and cute one when I visited (*´ω`*) The cafe has about 6 tables, so it's not very spacious. The menu includes light meals and sweets. The prices seemed typical for Tokyo. Although I didn't see it when I visited, they apparently started serving peach cheesecake, which I wanted to try... The pudding was thick and not too sweet, with a nice touch of strawberry crunch for acidity. The caramel was also deliciously bitter! The latte art on the Cafe Latte was cute too♡ Tokyo has so many wonderful cafes, it's amazing! Thank you for the meal♡

◆Turning a simple pudding into an outstanding dish, this pudding has a soft and chewy texture with a gentle and round eggy flavor. Topped with plenty of fresh cream that adds a pure sweetness, the crunchy texture and sweet-sourness of the strawberry crunch provide a nice accent. It paired well with a refreshing milky café latte.◆Menu for this visit: Pudding Ice Café Latte with Ice (daytime) 1500 yen per person.◆How to enjoy this cafe: A small café that serves freshly roasted coffee. They offer toast, pudding, gateau chocolat, pound cake, and more as accompaniments to coffee. Dogs are allowed. Opened in May 2023.◆Order details: The pudding ordered this time was 650 yen, the ice café latte was 650 yen, and adding vanilla ice cream was an additional 200 yen.◆Source of information: Review by Miruminku. A cozy community cafe where you can enjoy a "small retreat". Located between Ueno Station and Inaricho Station, I went there from Ueno Station. They open at 8:30, making it perfect for morning activities. They also offer morning sets, but on this day, I went for the pudding (limited quantity). It had freeze-dried strawberries on top of a creamy pudding, adding a nice touch of acidity. The cafe has about 5 seats lined up next to each other, creating an intimate atmosphere. It seems ideal for solo or duo visits, and they also welcome dogs.

★Pudding★Ginger Lemon Soda A smooth and slightly sweet pudding! It is creamy yet firm, likely to be well-received by everyone... The subtly sweet and finely textured whipped cream is exquisite. It is whipped right before serving, so you can enjoy the freshly made cream, which feels luxurious. Freeze-dried flakes are sprinkled on top of the whipped cream, with cute raspberry accents that are sweet and sour, adding a nice touch. The moderate bitterness of the caramel helps to enhance the flavor, making it very delicious! This pudding is so good that I want to go back for more anytime. The interior of the cafe is warm with the wood accents and sunlight filtering through the windows. If you like light-colored cafes, you will surely like this place. [Waiting Time] Weekday 3:00 PM, no wait. Due to the limited number of seats, it is recommended to visit with a small group. [Recommended Company] Partner: Yes, Friends: Yes, Family: Somewhat, Solo: Yes.

I was delighted to hear that a wonderful cafe had opened in Ueno, so I eagerly went to Nagi for a visit. I ordered a cafe latte and pudding (1300 yen). This shop opened in Ueno on May 4th. When I arrived at the shop around 10 am on a weekday, there were no other customers yet, just one person who came in just after me to dine in. Pets are allowed, and it seems that many people who are out walking their pets stop by early in the morning. The background music was quiet piano music. The interior had a gentle wooden atmosphere that left a strong impression, which can also be seen from the photos on the shop's Instagram. When I talked to the owner, I found out that they are also knowledgeable about cameras, and the design of the shop's business card was done by the owner. They are truly a talented person with a wide range of skills! The pudding I ordered this time was soft, smooth, and quite large. The crunchy dried strawberries on top of the cream added a delightful texture. As I casually sipped the latte, it somehow felt special, so even though I'm not knowledgeable about flavors, I couldn't help but mention it to the owner. Then I found out that they were using special, expensive beans this time due to the roasting process. It was a very lucky timing. The name of the shop, "Nagi," comes from the tranquility of the sea and sky in Hiroshima, where the owner is from, resembling a calm "lull," so they wanted to create a place where people can feel at ease, which is why they chose the name Nagi. I'm really happy to have such a wonderful shop in the neighborhood! Since weekday mornings seem relatively quiet, I would like to visit again at such a time. I enjoyed my meal on this day as well. Thank you for the delicious food.

[3.5 rating] Visited the shop around 3:08 pm, located about a 5-minute walk from Ueno Station. Arrived in the early afternoon with no other customers present. The interior of the shop had small tables and seats, with music playing. Ordered a cafe latte and pudding for 1300 yen (tax included). Ordered and paid upfront. The good points were that the service was very polite. The shop is slightly hidden from the bustling area near the station, giving it a hidden gem vibe. The cafe latte had a good depth and bitterness of the coffee, combined well with the creaminess of the milk. The pudding had cream and a raspberry-like crunchy powder on top. The cream was rich in milk flavor, and the crunchy powder added a nice touch. The pudding itself was slightly firm, with a very intense flavor. The texture was smooth. The caramel was of the light type. The only downside was that the prices were a bit high, making it feel somewhat expensive. The small and low tables inside the shop were a bit of a concern. Thank you for the meal.

A shop that recently opened in a slightly hidden area of Ueno. They serve freshly roasted coffee, toast, pudding, and chocolate cake. I ordered a pound cake for ¥450 and the Evergreen drip coffee for ¥650. The pound cake that day was banana-flavored, soft, fluffy, and light with a strong banana taste. It was served with lightly whipped cream. The Evergreen coffee was medium-dark roasted, extracted at a high temperature, with a clear acidity. The shop allows dogs inside as long as they are held or on the floor or in a bag. The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed.

Yesterday, I went to Ueno for lunch with a friend I hadn't seen in a long time. We walked around the station area and found a new cafe that has been getting a lot of buzz lately. Unfortunately, when we got there around 3 PM on a Sunday, their popular pudding was sold out. The cafe offers four types of beans for their drip coffee, all roasted in-house. The coffee is light and easy to drink. The iced latte and matcha latte were also delicious and would definitely be popular among young people. I want to go back earlier next time to try the pudding!

Cafe Latte and Pudding ¥1,300
Located about a 4-minute walk from Ueno Station, Nagi offers a set of "Cafe Latte and Pudding." The pudding, which jiggles and shines, has a beautiful glossy appearance when sliced. It has a smooth texture with a caramel that is not too sweet. On top of the cream, there is a sparkling berry crunch, making it a very stylish pudding. The crispy berry sugar adds a sweet and sour flavor. Some people might have different preferences when it comes to the sweetness of the pudding alone.
The simple interior with a white exterior is not very spacious but has a gentle atmosphere where time flows calmly. Customers keep coming in one after another. If you want to relax, it might be better to visit in the morning.

Newly opened cafe in the Ueno area! The owner used to be a barista at Bridge, so the coffee here is incredibly delicious. I got a takeout of a light-roasted, vibrant and sweet coffee that was truly unique and tasty! The pudding was larger than expected, with a mild sweetness. It tasted great with plenty of caramel sauce. The combination with whipped cream was also delicious. The crunchy strawberry topping added a nice texture contrast. There aren't many light-colored cafes in this area, so I'm really happy they opened here! #TokyoCafe #TokyoGourmet #TokyoSweets #TokyoCafeHopping #CafeHopping

The pudding was soft and bouncy, larger than expected, and not too eggy. It had a modern touch with a mild sweetness, creamy texture, and a hint of caramel that wasn't too bitter. It was not the traditional type of pudding.
