The moment it was brought to the table, I was struck by the powerful visuals of the burger. As you can probably tell from the photos, it's meaty, juicy, and absolutely delightful. Between the fluffy buns lies a patty with the fat of 100% female beef. The meat varies depending on the day's supply, and on this day it was Omi beef. The sweet fat that overflows with each bite is irresistible. And then, a crispy, thick tempura. This tempura does an amazing job! The sweet and spicy ginger-based sauce and BBQ sauce blend together beautifully. Tempura in a burger is an unexpectedly perfect match! Despite being fried, it's surprisingly light and doesn't interfere with the juiciness and meatiness of the patty. It harmonizes the Japanese and Western flavors in a wonderful way, not too assertive but not overshadowed, creating a superb burger. And the tacos! The tortilla with a firm texture, the moist and tender duck confit cooked using French techniques, and the orange mustard chutney as the flavor enhancer. The size is just right and perfect for drinking. The Carrot Râpé we ordered was also delicious. The caramelized nuts on top complement the Carrot Râpé perfectly.
