On this day, there was only one person in line at a place that usually has a long line. I decided to purchase a souvenir set for 2000 yen, which came with a paper bag. They recommended warming it in the oven for 1-2 minutes if you want to eat it at home. The mentaiko had a strong salty taste, and the matcha had red bean paste sandwiched inside. I think this shop is good for bringing a little something as a gift.

I always pass by when transferring from Ikebukuro Station on the JR line to the Seibu Ikebukuro Line, but I can't resist buying it if there's no line. There's a type of mini croissant I've never bought before, "mentaiko"! There are five types of mini croissants: plain, chocolate, sweet potato, mentaiko, and matcha (limited time only). This time, I bought chocolate, sweet potato, and mentaiko. Even though they are mini, the sweet potato paste is rich and delicious. The chocolate is also rich and delicious, so I always end up buying it. Single items are sold by weight, so the price varies depending on the grams. Set prices are determined by the number of items.

When you exit the ticket gate at Ikebukuro Station, there are many small shops selling food along the underground street. Among them, this shop is always crowded in the evening or on holidays. I've been wanting to try it for a while. Since the line was short that day, I decided to buy some. While waiting in line, I looked at the menu. They had a set of 10 mini croissants in 5 flavors: plain, chocolate, sweet potato, matcha, and mentaiko. I ordered the set and took it home to try. The croissants had a crispy surface like a croissant, but the inside was soft and delicious! The plain one had a nice buttery flavor, and the mentaiko was particularly tasty as a unique option. The flavor and saltiness of the mentaiko paired well with the croissant. It's no wonder there's always a line for these croissants.

In Ikebukuro Station's underground passage and on the train platform, you may catch a whiff of buttery scent. I saw a famous mini croissant shop from Fukuoka on TV and decided to go buy some. They had flavors like chocolate, mentaiko (spicy cod roe), and sweet potato. The mentaiko croissant had the paste spread on the outside like a mentaiko France, but the chocolate and sweet potato ones had the paste inside the dough, unlike what I expected. Despite being mini-sized, they were priced at less than 100 yen each, which is very affordable. I'll definitely buy them again. Thank you for the meal!

Around 7:00 PM on Saturday, when I exited the ticket gate, I was greeted by a sweet and pleasant smell. I was curious about what it was, and it turned out to be croissants! There was a long line at a croissant specialty store. I remember there used to be a store called Linlin here before. Despite the line of about 10 people, I was able to purchase some croissants during my transfer time. They offer a set of 5 croissants for 450 yen, with flavors like plain, chocolate, mentaiko, sweet potato, and seasonal (strawberry). The plain croissant was the best in my opinion. The dough was moist and had a nice elasticity. The small size makes it easy to eat as many as you want. I was surprised to see a mentaiko croissant, typical of Fukuoka. Individual croissants are priced at 75 yen each, and you can also buy a paper bag for 5 yen. They recommend warming the croissants in a toaster oven for 1-2 minutes for an even more delicious experience. The next day, the croissants were even more moist and tasty. They only accept cash or transportation IC cards. Enjoy your croissants!

The popular MIGNON at Ikebukuro Station often has a long line, but it's worth the wait. They offer a Morning Set for ¥200, which includes three croissants: plain, chocolate, and sweet potato. The set is a great deal and perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. The croissants are warm and fluffy, just like they were freshly baked. Even adults can enjoy this deal, not just students. Highly recommended!

As soon as I exited the south ticket gate of JR Ikebukuro Station, I was greeted by a wonderful smell of butter that I couldn't ignore. I decided to satisfy my hunger with some croissants, so I got one with mentaiko (spicy cod roe) and one plain. I also noticed a tempting smell of chocolate and strawberry, but I saved those for next time as I couldn't eat anymore. Back at the hotel, I dug into the mentaiko croissant first. It was delicious from the first bite, with a nice salty flavor like a snack. I finished it in no time. The plain croissant I had with my coffee for breakfast. It was the second day, so it wasn't as crispy, but it was still tasty. I found myself craving more buttery croissants. If I ever come back to Ikebukuro, I would definitely buy a set of 25 and share them with everyone!

Croissant Morning Set 200 yen tax included Today I arrived at Ikebukuro station in the morning because I had to go straight to my destination. I was looking to buy lunch when I had to transfer, and I found something perfect. It's a set of three croissants: plain, chocolate, and sweet potato, all for 200 yen tax included. They are small croissants but they have filling and are delicious, and quite filling too. It would be nice to have a shop like this nearby.

Just outside the south exit of JR Ikebukuro Station, on the left side, there is a shop that always has a long line. I had passed by it many times, but recently, I visited the shop on my way home from work. Luckily, there was no line and only one customer ahead of me. I bought some mini croissants based on the delicious taste of the souvenir I had received from a senior at a recent alumni gathering. I bought 2 chocolate flavored, 2 strawberry flavored, 4 mentaiko flavored, and 4 plain flavored croissants, totaling ¥1,440 including tax. They are small in size and have a subtle flavor, making them perfect for a snack or to satisfy a craving. They are also great for calorie control. I recommend this shop to anyone starting their journey in Ikebukuro.

My beloved camera is! Zoom, thump, starting to run (hehe) Bam, boom, speeding away - This kind of race is a first for me (3, 2, 1, Fight) Zoom, thump, my heart is pounding (hehe) Bam, boom, I love it so much - Today, I might win (ry Ah, that was "Your Beloved Horse" by Uma Pyoi Densetsu. Well, my beloved camera... It broke down and I sent it for repairs. It's taking forever to come back. Until it returns, I can't visit the shops where I can take good photos... But I need to keep active or I'll run out of stock. So, until it returns, I'm taking photos with my tablet. Some of the photo quality will be extremely low. You can see how much I rely on my camera's performance. I apologize, but I hope you understand. Now, in these gloomy times, I visited the "Miniyon" store in Ikebukuro. They came all the way from Hakata, a mini croissant shop. They emit a wonderful smell in the middle of the station, always crowded with people. Always lined up, it's quite chaotic. If it smells like this in front of the ticket gate, I'm definitely going to stop by. They offer 5 types of croissants, all priced below 100 yen. You can buy just one, but... Do people really order just one? Most people buy a set, I'm sure. It's embarrassing, right? Here's what I ate: ■ Souvenir Set Plain, Chocolate, Sweet Potato, Mentaiko, Strawberry - A set of 5 types with 5 pieces each. When you open the package, a sweet croissant aroma fills the air. They are small and round, easy to eat. They have a sweet and fragrant taste of butter, with chocolate, sweet potato, etc. Mentaiko matches well with the sweetness of the dough and the saltiness of mentaiko. I'm a fan of sweet things, but mentaiko might be my favorite. The Ikebukuro store is famous in Tokyo, but there's also one in Shinjuku. I'd like to visit the Shinjuku store once my camera is back in action. Thank you for the meal!

There is a Minion store inside Ikebukuro Station! I happened to have some business in Ikebukuro, so I finally got to go! I bought a set of five different flavors: plain, chocolate, orange, mentaiko, and sweet potato. The chocolate one has chocolate inside as well, giving a strong chocolate flavor. The sweet potato flavor has a nice sweet potato taste, and the mentaiko flavor has a nice kick to it. I thought they would also be delicious if warmed up a bit! The orange flavor has a citrus taste with a noticeable sweetness, giving it a unique deliciousness. The plain flavor is reliably delicious, making it a safe choice for souvenirs. However, if there is alcohol involved, I think the mentaiko flavor would also be a great choice!

After work, I stopped by the croissant shop inside Ikebukuro Station. It's a special shop for me, originating from Fukuoka. Whenever we visit our hometown, it always warmly welcomes us with the rich scent of butter and a long line right in front of Hakata Station. I had heard about this shop opening in Ikebukuro a while ago, but today was my first visit. I bought 6 croissants for breakfast, handmade by artisans since its establishment. The price was a bit hesitant at 280 yen for 100g, but when it said 70 yen each, I couldn't resist. The taste was amazing, with a chewy inside and crispy outside. The next morning, after toasting them, they regained their crispiness. The butter was subtly fragrant, not overpowering. The size was slightly smaller than the palm of my hand, so 2 pieces per person for breakfast was just right. This is it! I would shout in excitement about the taste. Thank you for the meal. I will definitely come back.

This is a mini-sized croissant specialty shop in Ikebukuro! It is said to be a bakery from Kyushu, but recently it has been expanding to major JR terminal stations such as Omiya, Shinjuku, and Ikebukuro in the Kanto region. The small size and reasonable price make it easy for people to buy them quickly while getting on and off the train. The shop is busy when the train arrives and quiet when it's not. They have a few standard flavors and one seasonal flavor. I tried the orange flavor and it was delicious with a crispy texture and rich orange flavor. This shop seems to be expanding to more terminal stations, and their mini-sized croissants are great for souvenirs as well.

I went shopping in Ikebukuro and on my way back, I got a B set (4 plain and 4 chocolate) and 5 sweet potatoes to go. The plain ones were not as sweet as before, but the chocolate ones were perfect for someone with a sweet tooth like me. I need to buy more soon, but I'm worried about getting fat. Hmm ===========

Whenever I walk through Ikebukuro Station, the sweet smell of the bakery at Hakata Station always wafts through the air. Like a conditioned reflex, I find myself lining up and waiting to place my order. I purchase the A set (10 plain buns) and the B set (5 plain buns and 5 chocolate buns), taking one to a friend's house and one home for myself. As always, they are delicious.

Chi's "Autumn Pan Festival" Project H - A world of self-satisfaction (only those who understand will understand) (^^ When you come to Ikebukuro, you have to buy itヾ(・・ )ォィォィ Today's 5-piece set, I'll also buy some for my niece(^o^) The taste of the autumn season is "Sweet Potato" and it was delicious this time too. I gave some to my niece, but she's on a diet so... maybe it ended up in my nephew's stomach? I'll buy some again next time.

I'm addicted to the mentaiko croissants here! On this day, I got a variety pack of 12 croissants for 1012 yen, including 6 mentaiko, 2 plain, 2 chocolate, and 2 sweet potato flavors. All the croissants are delicious, but the mentaiko croissant is the best when reheated! It has a strong mentaiko flavor, with a buttery and juicy texture. It's really delicious.

I thought that one of the reasons for its popularity would be the fair prices, but overall, the prices have increased. However, I still think it's relatively cheap. As a croissant lover, I have tried it several times before. At "Mini One" in Ikebukuro Seibu, a mini croissant costs close to 200 yen each, but this store sells them for less than 100 yen each. This time, I bought and tried them myself for the first time. The "All-In Set (5 pieces)" (420 yen) - as shown in the photo. Despite being small, the fact that you get 5 croissants for 420 yen shapes my opinion based on that price range. I can't help but compare it to Mini One, but I think it's good to be about half the price. The size is not that small, even though it's half the size. The croissant has a coating of sugar that gives it a sweet taste. There are not many air pockets, and it feels relatively dense. It has a proper wheat flavor, and there is no particular discomfort compared to a regular croissant. However, the buttery taste will be a matter of personal comparison, and in croissants with chocolate or cream filling, the impression may change as the filling sinks in. But again, this is a mini croissant that costs less than 100 yen each. I don't intend to go into too much detail. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal. When I got off at Hakata Station, there was a nice smell and I heard that there was a Minions shop at Ikebukuro Station, but I hadn't been able to visit it. However, when I was returning from a business trip and had a meal in Ikebukuro, I remembered and decided to look for it. It was right next to the south ticket gate, with people lining up immediately after exiting the gate in a constant queue. It's so popular! I lined up and bought a set of five. If you're not sure what to get, just go for this! In fact, I had already set my sights on it before I even started to hesitate. By the way, I heard they also have shops at Osaka Station and Omiya Station. Are they aiming for nationwide domination? I received it as a souvenir for my family the next day. This time, the seasonal product was strawberry-flavored.
