It had been a while since our last "drinking party". Looking back, it had been about 3 months. I almost forgot how to plan a drinking party (laughs). Personally, I haven't fully lifted the ban yet, but this time it was an exception for a men's gathering of 3 people. From the group, there is sometimes a "Fussa restriction". I usually check on Tabelog for places to eat, but I felt like I had exhausted the obvious choices, especially in the area west of Tachikawa along the Ome Line and Itsukaichi Line. So this time, I came across this place on Instagram. Nowadays, you can get more local information from Instagram than from Tabelog. During the pandemic, "Craft Beer and Food" places are quite active. I searched for "#FussaCraftBeerandFood" and found this place. However, since it was a drinking party, it was risky without a free-flowing option. I didn't want to worry about the pace of drinking during our chat and drink as middle-aged men, so I called and asked, "Do you have a free-flowing option?" and they said, "Yes, we do." = Free-flowing option for 2.5 hours at 5,500 yen =. I usually look for places with a maximum of 5,000 yen, but since it had been a while, I thought, "Well, why not" and decided to visit. It's about a 5-minute walk from the station. A nice hidden feeling as you walk a bit and reach the second floor. A counter in a U-shape with a teppanyaki counter. And two 4-person table seats. The lighting was dimmed, giving a high-quality feel. It seems like a good place for a date or anniversary celebration. However, this time it was a chat and drink with three middle-aged men. It felt a bit out of place at first, but that feeling quickly disappeared. The delicious food, wine, and Heartland beer entertained us nicely. = Free-flowing course for 2.5 hours at 5,500 yen. = 1. Appetizer assortment 2. Cheese assortment 3. Prosciutto assortment 4. Salad with homemade dressing 5. Beef minced meat gratin 6. Lava grill 7. Okonomiyaki x 2 pieces 8. Dessert. The food was all of high quality and had a taste that was a step above. It met the expectations raised by the atmosphere of the restaurant. The dressing on the salad was delicious. It was a salad that served as a substantial side dish. The counter was bustling with customers, and the teppanyaki performance unfolding right in front of us was enjoyable. Even at the table, the lava grill performance was exciting! Even middle-aged men like us got excited (laughs). The quality of the meat was top-notch, which really determines the class of a restaurant. For drinks, the draft beer was Heartland. The wine included red and white wines from Italy and France. The quality of the wine for a free-flowing option was impressive, and the unwavering high-quality feel of this restaurant made us fall in love. It was delicious. A recommended place for a night when you want to feel a little special. Thank you for the feast.
