The quality of the meat was top-notch, which really determines the class of a restaurant. For drinks, the draft beer was Heartland. The wine included red and white wines from Italy and France. The quality of the wine for a free-flowing option was impressive, and the unwavering high-quality feel of this restaurant made us fall in love. It was delicious. I saw a post about a cheese risotto and carbonara at a restaurant in Fussa, and I really wanted to try it. Today, I visited the restaurant for the first time after checking their opening hours on Instagram, even though it was a scheduled day off. I took the train for the first time in a while due to the state of emergency, and I was really looking forward to it. When I arrived, I didn't see a sign outside the restaurant, so I thought they might be closed. However, as I was discussing this with my daughter, a staff member opened the door for us. We didn't have a reservation, so we felt a bit sorry as we entered the restaurant. I thought I had a good grasp of the menu from Instagram, but since it was my first time at the restaurant, I was a bit confused. The menu the staff brought us didn't have risotto or carbonara, so I asked the staff if they had them. They said they did, so we placed our order. The drink menu only had alcohol and soft drinks, so we didn't order anything. Later, some customers who had made a reservation arrived, and they were receiving detailed explanations unlike us. Maybe they were regular customers, so I guess this difference was unavoidable. But I couldn't help feeling sad because the staff didn't explain that they had things like oolong tea. I had been longing to visit this restaurant during the self-restraint period, so I was really disappointed. My daughter said it was okay if the food tasted good, but...

A few colleagues from work and I went there! Even though it was late at night, there were many customers and the restaurant was bustling. All the dishes were delicious, and the drinks were stylish and popular with women. It was fun to watch the cooking process, so we were entertained throughout the whole time without getting bored. Highly recommended for a date!

I was impressed to find such a wonderful restaurant in Fusou! The teppanyaki is reasonably priced, but the atmosphere and presentation of the dishes have a high-class feel.

I originally wanted okonomiyaki, but I had it a few days ago, so I went with the roast beef bowl instead. My friend also ordered yakisoba for sharing. The roast beef had a lot of fat but the meat tasted good. The yakisoba had a strong flavor, making me crave rice.
