It's just a few minutes from Ueno Station Central Exit. The signature dish, the crab sashimi platter, is truly delicious. It's delivered directly from Sakaiminato in Shimane Prefecture. It was easy to eat because it was easy to peel and cut. Personally, I think the standout dish is the crab miso grilled in the shell. Crab miso can vary in quality depending on the restaurant, with some having a strange smell or overly sweet seasoning. However, here, there was none of that, and the rich and sake-compatible seasoning was truly impressive, showing that it's a specialty store. It was also nice to be able to grill it to your liking at the table. We also ordered crab miso rice balls, steamed vegetables (delicious with crab miso dip), and seasonal dishes like miso-glazed whole eggplant, all of which were reasonably priced and delicious.
