It seems like spring break has started, as even on weekdays, all restaurants are crowded. I am no exception, with 10 groups of customers already waiting by 1:30 pm, including a group of over 10 high school students. This is a Skairaku restaurant! While waiting, I look around the restaurant. In addition to shabu-shabu, there is also ice cream, a drink bar (including alcohol), and self-service waffles. Perhaps it's because it's spring break, but there seems to be a time limit even on weekdays, which surprises me as there is usually no limit. Today, if you choose the all-you-can-eat option, there is an 80-minute time limit. This time, there were two of us for lunch, so we opted for the all-you-can-eat beef and three types of pork (loin/belly) for 1,599 yen, with the drink bar included. There are two flavors to choose from (with an additional 100 yen for two flavors), and we chose beef bone salt broth and chige (you can add more spiciness later, so we started with a little spicy). The broth also came with aromatic vegetables like green onions, leeks, Chinese cabbage, and scallions. When the meat arrived - 3 beef slices, 2 pork belly slices, and 2 pork loin slices - we quickly devoured them in the broth. You can order additional meat at any time, so we ordered 5 beef slices, 2 pork belly slices, and 2 pork loin slices. We finished them in no time! It was getting interesting. We ordered another round - 4 beef slices, 4 pork belly slices, and 4 pork loin slices. The pace started to slow down. With only 10 minutes left, we decided to end with soft serve ice cream and hot coffee for dessert. The surrounding area was filled with biscuits and cornflakes, as everything is self-service. While it is a good service, it can get messy if not used properly. The restaurant may have anticipated this, but it's important for each customer to be mindful of their actions. My stomach was full, and the chain restaurant lived up to its reputation! They also offer a variety of coupons, which is popular among families and large groups. Thank you for the meal.
