I revisited the restaurant in September 2021 after 9 months. I didn't make a reservation and managed to find a seat in the bustling restaurant after sanitizing my hands. I enjoyed a Yuzu Ginger Ale for 580 yen (tax included) and ordered the Genovese Carbonara for 1,680 yen plus a large portion for 250 yen (tax included). This dish featured homemade basil sauce with fresh tomatoes as toppings. I chose this dish after seeing Yoko Ikuno from Fuji TV's "Ariyoshi-kun no Shojiki-sanpo" enjoying it on December 12, 2020. The combination of Carbonara and Genovese was unexpected but exciting, with rich and delicious flavors harmonizing well. The addition of fresh tomatoes added a nice touch, enhancing the flavors of the thick-cut bacon. Overall, it was a delightful experience at this Carbonara specialty restaurant that made me want to try all the varieties they offer.

Located a 3.4-minute walk from Iidabashi Station, this shop has been on my radar as a carbonara enthusiast due to its name as a carbonara specialty store! I arrived right at opening time, but there were already about 6 people in line. There were also solo diners, but there are counter seats available, making it easy for solo diners. Although I was intrigued by the lemon and sansho pepper options, this time I ordered the classic Bacon Carbonara in a large portion. A salad is included in the set, and it arrives shortly after ordering. After waiting for about 10 minutes, the pasta arrives. It may not be clear in the photos, but the bacon slices are large and there is quite a lot of pasta. The taste of egg and cheese is rich and creamy, but not too heavy, and it is easy to keep eating. The black pepper also adds a nice accent. Thank you for the meal.

Located underground, down a narrow alley about two blocks before the Bishamonten shrine from Kagurazaka-Saka intersection, is a pasta restaurant specializing in carbonara. There are six types of carbonara on the menu, but I ordered the classic Bacon Carbonara (1280 yen). It comes with a side salad topped with delicious fried onions. The restaurant has a semi-underground feel, with natural light streaming in during the day. There are about 20 seats available at tables and the counter. You can watch the chefs prepare your meal while you wait. The carbonara, made without cream and instead using egg yolk for a golden shine, was served in about 10 minutes. It featured thick-cut bacon, pepper, and a hint of dashi for added flavor. Overall, it was a dish of high quality and taste.

A cute underground shop located about a 3-minute walk from Iidabashi Station. Even on weekdays, the place gets crowded after 12 o'clock, with people waiting on the stairs. The menu offers various kinds of carbonara, such as sansho pepper carbonara and Korean-style carbonara, which makes it interesting. Since it was my first visit, I ordered the classic simple carbonara. Soon after, the salad and carbonara arrived, and I was surprised by the taste. Even though they don't use heavy cream, it was very rich and delicious, making me exclaim "Yummy!" with every bite. I highly recommend trying this place at least once.

Had lunch at Hasegawa, a carbonara specialty shop in Kagurazaka. There was a line before the store even opened, but I managed to get in on the first round. I ordered the lemon pasta and the sansho pepper pasta, with a lemonade to drink. The lemon pasta had a refreshing taste with the strong acidity of the lemon balancing out the rich carbonara. The sansho pepper pasta had a addictive flavor with the sprinkled sansho pepper adding a spicy kick. I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again. Thank you for the meal!

Visited a carbonara specialty shop for the first time. Ordered the most traditional dish along with lemonade, plum wine, and shiso sherbet. The carbonara was rich and delicious, just as expected from a specialty shop. The bacon was thick and flavorful. As for the sherbet, I was expecting it to be sour, but it turned out to be sweet and lacking in flavor, which was disappointing.

On Saturday afternoon, I waited in line for 20 minutes! There were mostly female customers. I was a bit concerned because the door leading from the outside staircase into the restaurant was left open, allowing dust and dirt to come in... But the pasta was so delicious that I could definitely go for seconds! I chose the regular carbonara, and it was rich, with a strong garlic flavor, and really tasty...

I went to Kagurazaka to eat carbonara after seeing a review that said you have to get there before the first round or else you'll have to wait. I arrived 30 minutes before opening, which was apparently too early as there was no line yet, but by 15 minutes before opening, a line had formed, so I was glad I came early. I ordered the "Classic Bacon Carbonara" and the "Fresh Wasabi Carbonara" drink set. The drink set comes with a drink and a dessert. I chose the "Ginger Ale" and the "Tropical Juice" for drinks, and the dessert was affogato. The classic carbonara was just like you would expect, and the fresh wasabi had a nice kick to it, making it rich but refreshing to eat. It seems that a salad comes with whatever you order, and it was also a delicious salad.

I was browsing through a special feature book on Kagurazaka at the bookstore and saw this place, so I decided to check it out. I ordered the Yuzu Carbonara, which looked very rich and flavorful. It turned out to be a very rich carbonara. Maybe next time I'll try the Korean-style carbonara with fresh wasabi instead? I'd like to try that next time.

I was interested in a carbonara specialty store, so I decided to check it out. The interior of the store has a nice atmosphere with slightly dim lighting. Although they open at 5:00 PM, they were able to seat us a bit early. Since the seating is limited, I recommend making a reservation before going. The dishes I tried were: Tomato sauce carbonara, Carbonara with fresh wasabi, and Baked eggplant and tomato with freshly grated cheese. First, I tried the Baked eggplant and tomato with freshly grated cheese. The eggplant was soft, and the combination of tomato sauce and cheese was excellent. I could have eaten it endlessly, it was that delicious. The Tomato sauce carbonara, being a carbonara specialty store, had a rich flavor and the pasta was perfectly al dente. I highly recommend this place for special occasions like dates. The fact that they accept PayPay payment was also a plus for me. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

It was really delicious! I had been wanting to visit this restaurant since seeing it on TV a few years ago, and I finally got the chance to go! I visited shortly after the opening, so there were still seats available and I was able to get in smoothly. I had the classic carbonara, and from the first bite, it was so delicious that I closed my eyes and savored it slowly. The perfect balance of bacon's saltiness made it so tasty that I finished it in no time, feeling like I could even eat a large portion? But it was just the right amount to end the meal deliciously. It was so good that I can't go back to the typical cream-based carbonara. The dressing for the salad in the set was also delicious. I want to try other carbonara dishes, so I will visit again soon!

I visited the restaurant on Wednesday at 12:30 PM, walked in without waiting in line, and the restaurant was 90% full. I ordered the classic Bacon Carbonara with fried garlic, and got the large portion. The meal came with a side salad by default. There was nothing special on the table, but the salad dressing was very tasty and generously applied. The pasta was rich and creamy, coating the spaghetti well and pairing nicely with the thick-cut bacon. It was delicious.

Visited for lunch on Saturday. Managed to get a seat right at the 11:30 opening. Customers kept coming in, and by the time we left, there was a line of about 15 people. It seems like they don't take reservations for lunch. The taste is amazing. The noodles are cooked perfectly, the bacon and sauce seasoning, the amount and texture of the sauce, everything is top-notch. It's a taste that you can't replicate at home. The homemade dressing for the salad is also fantastic. You can experience the best carbonara here.

I went to the restaurant right when it opened on Sunday and was able to barely get a seat. The carbonara with sansho pepper was very flavorful, and I was surprised by how well the sansho pepper and carbonara flavors complemented each other. I heard they also have wasabi carbonara, so I'd like to try that next time. When I left the restaurant, there was already a line forming, so I recommend going around the opening time on weekends. The turnover seems to be good, so you may not have to wait too long.

I visited a popular carbonara specialty shop for lunch on a holiday. I arrived 10 minutes before opening, but there was already a line outside the shop! Luckily, I was able to get in on the first round. It takes a little time for the food to be served, so I recommend arriving a little early and getting in on the first round. This time, I had the classic carbonara with cheese topping. The fluffy cheese aroma was amazing. It was rich when eaten, but not too heavy, with a hint of dashi broth that gave it a Japanese twist. This is a new take on the classic carbonara, the quality is incredible! I also took a bite of the basil carbonara, but personally, I preferred the classic one! It felt more like a basil pasta than a carbonara! The dressing for the salad in the set was also delicious! This is truly a fantastic restaurant. Thank you for the meal! It was delicious!

I went to a restaurant specializing in Carbonara, wondering what it would be like. The rich sauce with wasabi flavor really complemented the dish well. Other menu items with Sansho pepper or lemon must be to pair with this sauce. The Spumante alone didn't feel refreshing enough, but the dessert sorbet served as a nice palate cleanser. The GANCIA ASTI SPUMANTE, a sweet sparkling wine, was well chilled and easy to drink on a hot day. Served generously in a flute glass, the price was reasonable. I went before noon on a weekday and there was a short wait. I visited for lunch! There were seats available, but I had to wait for about 15 minutes to be seated. I ordered the regular carbonara and the carbonara with sansho pepper. The regular carbonara was rich and delicious, but the one with sansho pepper was a bit too strong with the pepper. However, I think it would go well with other dishes or drinks.

Lunch was crowded as usual, but I finally got to try the "Carbonara Genovese" that I had been wanting to eat! The rich egg yolk and crispy thick bacon make it delicious, and what's great about this carbonara is that it doesn't get greasy even towards the end. It doesn't feel like the fat is separating even as time passes. It's really well made! I wonder what other amazing pasta dishes this restaurant could create if they tried something other than carbonara. While pondering that, I of course finished every last bite. The salad was also delicious.
