A rotating sushi restaurant in Jinbocho. The conveyor belt for sushi and the separate rail for ordered items make it easy to order. I tried various types of sea bream and compared them. While I think that the sushi from major chains is cheaper and tastier, this place should be satisfying enough. The wasabi has a strong flavor with a kick. The rice is all red vinegar rice.

Since the beginning of this year, the restaurant was closed for renovations, but when it reopened, it had switched to a touch panel system. My workplace is in Jimbocho, so when I'm too busy and stressed, I like to come here to unwind. Today, for a change, I didn't have to work late into the night, so I went around 7 pm. About half of the seats were taken, but there was still a spot open at the counter. Before the renovation, the chef used to be in the middle of the counter surrounded by customers in a U-shape, and we would have to use paper or call out for our orders (even though it's a revolving sushi place). But now, they have a system where you can order using a panel and the dishes come out on a two-tier conveyor belt. The lively and energetic lady who used to cheer everyone on seems to have moved towards the kitchen, which made me feel a bit lonely as I really liked her vibe. I placed my order using the touch panel. They offer options like removing wasabi, less rice, etc. Hmm... it seems like the menu has been reduced. There are fewer alcohol options, and they don't have sake anymore. There used to be two types of conger eel, but now there's only one. I wanted to try the sweet shrimp and the big leaf roll, but they were no longer available. The seasoning of the chawanmushi seems to have changed a bit. Oh no, the tuna is almost sold out even at this hour. The sushi rice here is seasoned with red vinegar, which may not be everyone's cup of tea. Sometimes, when you dip it in soy sauce, it can taste a bit salty. The quality of the sushi toppings is high. The toppings and rice are not ice-cold, which is nice. And the pickled ginger is delicious! I always end up eating too much of it. Being in Jimbocho, there are usually no children around, which is great. Sometimes there are foreign visitors too, probably because Yasukuni Shrine is nearby. Since I come here after work, I prefer to eat in peace by myself. When I paid the bill, it came to 4100 yen for 2 beers, tomato salad, chawanmushi, and a total of 11 plates. Gosh! I usually never spend over 3000 yen here! They've definitely raised the prices! It's true that there were fewer low-priced options! But it's okay... I had a quiet and delicious sushi meal, so it's worth it. Thank you for the meal! I will definitely come back!

Maybe because I was treated to it and didn't worry about the price when eating it?

I have been to the restaurant in Tabata a few times, but this was my first visit to the one in Jimbocho. I went around 7 pm on a weekday. The restaurant was about 50-60% full. There are two lanes, one above and one below. You order sushi from a touch panel and it is delivered on the upper lane. The lower lane has sushi rotating on it. Most people seemed to order individually, so not many were taking sushi from the lower lane. I ordered the following: - Natural Live Shrimp (230 yen) - Thick Scallop (330 yen) - True Horse Mackerel (230 yen) - True Squid, 1 piece (150 yen) - Spear Squid (230 yen) - Kanpachi (330 yen) - Indian Tuna, lean (440 yen) - Indian Tuna, fatty (550 yen) - Indian Tuna, medium fatty (500 yen) - Edo-style Small Skin (230 yen) - Chawanmushi (330 yen) - Honey-infused Tamagoyaki (230 yen) "Mori Ichi" is known for its high-quality Akashari, with large and satisfying pieces. However, by this time, some of the recommended items like "Kuro Maguro" were sold out. Some pieces had too much wasabi, possibly depending on the sushi chef. There were two types of Uni, one slightly more expensive than the other. I usually avoid Uni on conveyor belt sushi, but it might have been worth a try. Even after eating until full, the bill was around 4000 yen. The sushi was delicious and the cost performance was excellent. The restaurant was clean and the sushi was tasty, especially compared to the Tabata branch.

The clam miso soup was delicious. It had a generous amount of clams (20 pieces) making it a luxurious miso soup. The restaurant uses a touch panel system which makes ordering easy, and the sushi is served quickly. However, personally, I found the signature red vinegar rice to be too strong in flavor and not to my liking. Additionally, while the sushi is in a higher price range for a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, I felt that the quality of the fish was not very good.

I arrived at the restaurant after 3 pm and there were plenty of empty seats. I was politely shown to my table. I only had a little taste as I was there for work, but the atmosphere was quite relaxing and the sushi was well-prepared. I'm not a fan of wasabi, but thanks to the fresh wasabi, I could taste the flavor without it being overpowering. The variety of tuna was impressive, and I would like to come back again. Thank you for the meal!

I went to have lunch at a restaurant in Jimbocho called Moriichi. It has a rating of 3.49 on Tabelog with around 7,000 yen per person. It's only a 3-minute walk from Jimbocho Station. Originally, I wanted curry for lunch, but the heat made me change my mind and I ended up at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. I thought there weren't many seafood options in Jimbocho, but the sushi was delicious! The vinegar rice was tasty and the freshness of the ingredients was great. I especially enjoyed the fatty tuna and the whelk. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. It's a bit tricky to find the right balance between quality and price in a competitive market like Jimbocho. #JimbochoGourmet #JimbochoLunch #JimbochoSeafood #MoriichiJimbochoBranch #RedShariSpecialty #RegisteredTrademark #It's not written on the menu #By the way, they won't bring it unless you ask #Hilarious lunch experience

I visited this restaurant for the first time for Saturday lunch. The bright and clean interior was welcoming, and the female staff promptly showed me to my seat without any wait. The counter was a bit narrow in depth, but the spacious back wall prevented any feeling of confinement. I placed my order using a touch panel, where I could choose options like smaller portions of sushi rice or no wasabi. When I tried to order beer, shrimp, and clams, a message popped up saying "Up to 3 items per order!" so I settled for beer, shrimp, and clams. The dishes arrived in 1-2 minutes, which was surprisingly fast, but understandable due to the limited space at the counter. The restaurant had just been renovated on July 1st, so the menu and variety were still being developed, but the food was delicious. As others have mentioned, I could hear male voices from the kitchen, but the service was primarily provided by female staff, which was appreciated by female customers like myself. There were also many solo female diners. I inadvertently took a photo of just the beer without knowing that photography inside the restaurant was prohibited. Apologies for that. I enjoyed the beer, shrimp, negitoro gunkan, clams, sea urchin, salmon roe, kelp with herring roe, and green onion and fatty tuna. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I checked out the rotating sushi restaurant with red vinegar. It seems like they recently renovated. The interior was very clean. My only suggestion would be to have a few more menu options. However, the red vinegar sushi was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

"Moriichi, known as the 'strongest conveyor belt sushi in Tokyo,' has reopened its Kanda store. Here are some key points: - Orders are now made using touch panels. - Orders are delivered on a dedicated lane above. - Prices range from ¥150 to ¥660. - The red vinegar rice and fresh wasabi remain the same. Overall, the sushi is delicious, but the prices are on the higher side which may explain the empty restaurant. The staff, however, are still friendly and provide good service. It might be better to wait until the official opening on July 1st for a more complete menu."

The first time I visited was because I read a blog by a gourmet monk. The taste and service are always consistent. The energetic female manager leads the team and they all work efficiently. Make sure to try the seafood salad here! The homemade seafood salad is incredibly delicious! Thank you for the meal!

At first, I was thinking of going to Kurosu-san, but there was a long line, and I didn't have much time, so I ended up going to this place that I had in mind. The energetic older sister was wonderful! All the staff were great! The best part is that you can have a half and half option for the same price (except for rolls)! I tried the red rice which they are particular about and had the "tonbo maguro" (another name for albacore tuna, I learned for the first time!) The dried gourd sushi was personally innovative! Everything was delicious!

- The average rating is 3.0 points, with ratings given in 0.5 increments. - The overall score is calculated by multiplying the food/taste score by 4, service score by 2, atmosphere score by 2, and cost performance score by 2, then dividing the total by 10 (alcohol/drinks are not included). - Not mentioned - It was delicious.

The nearby store was supposed to open at 4:00 pm, but it was not open at that time, so I decided to kill some time for about 15 minutes. All the staff were women. They were brisk and had a nice atmosphere with smiles. Since it was the time it was, the sushi plates were not rotating. You can order as you like. I had squid, gizzard shad, fatty tuna, seared scallop, and tuna. They all tasted fresh without any strange deterioration, and the rice was delicious too. It cost ¥1,170. Cheap! It seems handy when you want to eat sushi quickly.

Actually, I was planning to go for lunch but got turned down because they only open from 3pm on Mondays, so I came after work! It's not common to find red vinegar at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant! It's just that alone made me feel grateful! The staff were really energetic and made the experience very enjoyable. The cost performance is also really good! It was around 2000 yen plus tax for all that, haha. They even have a nursery on the second floor, so they must really care about their employees' working conditions. It was a wonderful sushi restaurant!

I visited the restaurant on a public holiday Monday at 11:00. There were a few people inside. I ordered verbally, although there were paper menus available. It was my first time trying red vinegar rice, and it was delicious. I was surprised to see many female staff members. It's a place where you can enjoy delicious sushi at a reasonable price. I would like to go back again.

Visited "Moriichi Jimbocho Store" in Jimbocho. This revolving sushi restaurant is popular around here. I used it for lunch for the first time. I'm looking forward to trying red vinegar rice sushi for the first time. I enter the store through the white curtain. The staff greets me energetically. All the staff are very cheerful, friendly, and bright. It's great! This atmosphere is wonderful. The revolving sushi is rotating. I am impressed by this common sight. Wonderful! I am shown to my seat and sit at the counter. The staff tells me today's recommendations not listed on the menu board. I follow the staff's recommendations and order. I also respectfully pick up items from the revolving belt. Everything I picked was fresh. I had dishes like sesame-covered spear squid, kelp-topped sea bream, pickled mackerel, medium fatty tuna, salmon roe, spicy cod roe with egg, and a seaweed soup. The medium fatty tuna was delicious with a good amount of fat on it. Personally, I liked the pickled mackerel (three pieces on a plate) as it had a good amount of fat that matched well with the rice. The recommended items today were really fresh and tasty. The boiled sea bream was quite delicious. The rice had a slight acidity to it. The red vinegar rice is visually appealing and unique for a revolving sushi restaurant, so I think it works well. I am satisfied. I feel very satisfied. It was truly a lively and wonderful revolving sushi restaurant! I feel refreshed. The only downside is the unnecessary and unhygienic acrylic panels that are installed. That issue is not the fault of the restaurant, but rather something that we as customers need to address to bring back normalcy. The price was reasonable, around 2200 yen (including tax) for a satisfying meal. Really. I paid with a credit card. The staff's farewell during payment was also energetic, which was great! It was delicious. I will come back again. Thank you for the meal.

Visited in the early afternoon at the end of the year. There was only one group waiting, and we were able to be seated in about 20 minutes after arrival. [Points] Mori One Group is known for its delicious and cost-effective conveyor belt sushi, with the red vinegar rice being a standout feature. I particularly enjoyed the red vinegar rice at the Kanda Jimbocho branch. [About the restaurant] This is the Kanda Jimbocho branch of the Mori One Group, which has locations all over. The conveyor belt sushi features red vinegar rice, with plates starting at 150 yen. I have only been to the Kinshicho branch before, and while there aren't many significant differences in terms of the size of the restaurant, atmosphere, or quality of the fish, I found the rice at this branch to be slightly more flavorful with a hint of acidity, making it more delicious. It is conveniently located near the station. [Interior of the restaurant] The seating consists of a counter surrounding the conveyor belt lane, with over 30 seats available. The spacing between seats is standard, but it feels more spacious compared to the Kinshicho branch. All staff members are wearing masks, and the atmosphere inside is quite lively. [Food] We tried about 10 different types of nigiri sushi. The photos show just a few of them. [Food impressions] Since it was the end of the year, some items were sold out, but we were able to enjoy a variety of our favorites. Unique items like cod roe with lemon were interesting and tasty. Overall, the quality of the fish was excellent, and everything we tried was delicious. The standout dish was the recommended marinated mackerel, which was rich in flavor without any fishy taste. Items like ark shell, sardine, and white fish, which might make some people hesitate at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, were also surprisingly delicious. As mentioned earlier, the red vinegar rice was flavorful with a slight acidity, making it more delicious than the Kinshicho branch. Overall, I believe that Mori One Group offers great taste and value for money in the world of conveyor belt sushi.

A lively conveyor belt sushi restaurant with many female staff members shaking hands. How about trying our specialty dish ◯◯ at this energetic sushi restaurant? Everyone seems busy, but they never forget the spirit of hospitality. The red tuna was fatty like medium fatty tuna and delicious. The egg was sweet and heart-shaped ♡ Don't you just love the eggs at sushi restaurants? The mackerel trio was a great deal with a nice balance of red vinegar, very tasty. The fatty tuna roll we had at the end was fluffy and divine. There was a little mishap along the way. One staff member passed on some dry sushi to another staff member, who then passed it on to us, coincidentally the same order we had placed. The first staff member quickly realized the mistake and made us a fresh one. The second staff member also realized it was meant to be discarded and apologized along with the first. The discarded sushi didn't look too bad, but the professionalism in handling the situation was impressive. When we visited on 1/30, they had already reached their limit for souvenir orders, as the locals had reserved them for the New Year. It made me happy to see that this sushi restaurant is cherished by the community.
