I ordered a set of teriyaki chicken sandwich and iced cafe latte for 830 yen. There were three staff members at the cafe, and it was non-smoking. Unfortunately, I had to wait quite a long time for my order, and the service attitude of the staff was not good, so I probably won't be using this place again. I also noticed that the staff member who prepared the food had heavily decorated nails, which made me wonder if they wear gloves or not. The sandwich and soup tasted average, but the cafe latte was delicious. I recommend stopping by for a break, but I wouldn't recommend it for lunch.

There is a cafe located a short walk from Hamamatsucho Station, where you can find a computer inside and it seems to be popular among office workers. They serve a rich and creamy banana juice that is satisfyingly filling. Check out my blog for more details: https://zan3tho.com

This is my first visit to the cafe "airy avenue" in Minato-ku, Shiba. I arrived at 12:20 and was able to enter without waiting. I ordered the "Cheese Dog Soup Set for 690 yen" and the "Soup Set Drink for 250 yen." Both the cheese dog and the soup were delicious.

I found a trendy cafe a little south of Kanasugi Bridge along the first Keihin. The interior is clean and tidy, run by two women. There are 8 seats at the counter with computers, as well as over 10 tables. There are TVs on both sides. Coffee starts at 280 yen. I ordered a cafe latte for 330 yen at the back counter. It came in a transparent glass cup with a light milk taste. Although it has a trendy atmosphere, it is not just popular with women, as male customers also stop by occasionally. Once you get used to it, it's a comfortable place to hang out.

Hamamatsucho Lunch Series (859th restaurant in Hamamatsucho). Today, I visited Café Airy Avenue, located a little towards Tamachi from Kanasugi Bridge. It was my first time here. This café serves light meals such as hot sandwiches, toast, soup, and beef stew. Upon entering the establishment, I noticed that there was a lot of smoke inside! Despite the scorching heat outside, the café was comfortably air-conditioned and had a relaxing, stylish ambiance. It seemed like a paradise for smokers, as most of the customers were smokers. In this day and age, it can be quite challenging for non-smokers. The café was filled with a mix of office workers and older individuals who seemed to be long-time smokers. They even had computers available for those who wanted to surf the internet. I ordered the Cheese Dog Set, which included a cheese dog, soup, mini salad, and iced coffee for 920 yen. It felt a bit pricey, but for smokers, it's definitely worth it.

Airy Avenue is a cafe with a fairly spacious interior, equipped with computer seats along the walls. They have a decent food menu that is self-service. I tried the Cheese Dog set for 670 yen. After waiting for about 5 minutes, my number was called and I received my order. The Cheese Dog consisted of a soft bun with sprouts, boiled sausage, lettuce, tomato sauce, and plenty of cheese on top. While the size was a bit small, it was satisfying to eat. The soup of the day was a rich corn soup with some corn kernels and lots of croutons, which was quite delicious. The salad had fresh vegetables. They also provided habanero sauce for those who wanted to change the flavor of their hot dog. However, while eating, smoke started to drift from the neighboring businessmen and office ladies, so I decided to leave early. I'm glad I didn't order a drink. Thank you for the meal.

On a regular morning at 9 o'clock, I visited after a long time. I ordered a hot coffee (280 yen). The atmosphere inside the store was calm with a white-based color scheme, and the coffee cups had changed to blue. As always, the morning time here is relaxing and precious. I have been coming here for a few years because it is close to my client and allows smoking. I always go in the morning, so I have only ordered drinks, but it is clear that they grind the beans for the hot coffee. The taste has a bitterness that makes you feel like you are really drinking coffee. Sometimes I also drink Royal Milk Tea, which has a comforting sweetness. Since I always just order drinks, next time I think I'll try the morning set.

In this area, there are no cafes around so this place is very convenient. "airy avenue" *The interior of the store is unified in white, giving a clean impression. I didn't use it, but they have Free WiFi and PCs that can be used freely. And surprisingly, "airy avenue" allows smoking inside despite its stylish atmosphere. It's a cafe where smokers can relax - almost everyone uses ashtrays. The coffee is a bit bitter, so it might go well with cigarettes.

January 19, 2016 - It was a long time since my last visit before the meeting. Today I had a hot coffee. They were showing the American TV drama BONES on the big monitor. It still looks interesting... I used to watch it a lot when I was single. September 9, 2015 - I visited at 2:30 pm, and there were already 10 customers. I had an iced tea for 280 yen. There were a lot of female smokers... March 4, 2015 - I visited at 10:30 am, and there were 3 customers already. I had an iced coffee for 280 yen. The smoking customers bothered me, so I moved seats. I wish they had separate smoking areas... (tears) November 19, 2014 - I visited before a meeting to pass the time. There was one customer already at 4 pm. I ordered a cafe latte for 330 yen and waited at my seat. By the time my order was ready, two groups of customers had arrived. I took a break watching a foreign drama with subtitles. September 18, 2014 - I have visited a few times before, but I wanted to leave a review on Tabelog. Until a few years ago, this was the only cafe around before the major chain opened nearby. There are few dining options, especially for women, so it's always crowded. They have free Wi-Fi and computers inside. There is a large screen showing music videos or movies. It's a pretty cool place. I visited at 3:30 pm after a long time, and there were 3 customers already. The atmosphere hasn't changed. They used to serve the orders, but now it's self-service. I ordered an iced coffee for 280 yen at the counter. I took the coffee and enjoyed it at the central table. The taste was average, not too strong. They were showing a movie with subtitles on the big screen. It's a great place to pass the time before a meeting. I was satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

Kanegasaki Bridge is where I'm killing time. I have 30 minutes until my next appointment. I decided to check out a self-service cafe called "Airy Avenue." The interior is cozy with a white color scheme. It's surprisingly deep inside. I paid at the order counter at the back, got my drink, filled up with water, found a seat, and cleared my own table. I ordered an iced coffee for 280 yen. It came in a large straight glass, so I could enjoy plenty. The counter seats near the entrance have internet access. There are four laptops lined up. On the opposite wall, there are some strange and stylish goods on display for sale (see photo). The high number of old guys smoking is amusing. Maybe just a coincidence. It's a bit disappointing that it's not a non-smoking area. The background music is quiet, and I can just relax while watching people and cars passing by on the street. Lately, I find the feeling of time slipping away to be the most precious. I enjoy just zoning out without playing with my phone or reading a book. I have to be careful not to fall asleep.
