Located in the town of Fussa, near the US military base, is a legendary old live house that has produced bands such as The Street Sliders, JUN SKY WALKER(S), and ZIGGY. They also offer lunch, so I decided to stop by alone. I ordered the "Fussa Dog" with a side of potato and a drink, priced at 1100 yen. The Fussa Dog is a local specialty in Fussa, consisting of a 16cm long, 23mm thick sausage (made by either Ohtama Ham or Fussa Ham, two major ham shops in Fussa) served as a hot dog. This Fussa Dog is topped with relish, chopped onions, ketchup, and mustard, creating a delicious combination. With each bite, the juicy sausage and accompanying flavors fill your mouth, making it very tasty. The potato side was crispy and hot, also very delicious. I chose a cappuccino for my drink, which I enjoyed leisurely after finishing the hot dog and potato. The cappuccino was also very tasty. The interior of the live house had a vintage and sophisticated atmosphere, with great background music. The hospitality of the female owner and the young woman working there was excellent. While it may be difficult to find time to attend a live performance at night, I highly recommend this place that has been a part of Fussa's culture. Thank you for the meal.
